Just bc someone doesn't agree with you doesn't mean he's having a heart attack.
Let's review other bold predictions:
I wouldn't say Fed BE study results are due now. More like the middle of the month.
we weren't the ones talking about a buyout just yesterday.
Nasrat is not letting Elite go for 75 cents, so stop spewing that "bullsh*t".
It has increased numerous times since the CC. It has increased several times this very day.
I predict this prediction
.75 would be very disappointing and I'm confident Nasrat wouldn't settle for those breadcrumbs.
Are you speaking for all "shorts"?
Are we going to just pretend like the following didn't happen?
Not crappy at all. Status quo if anything.
Is it your assertion that Nasrat is sabotaging his own worth?
Elite is moving or going forward with SequestOx. Green light means go. Which part is a stretch, the green or the forward?
I imagine he's saying a partnership in place contingent on approval. Nasrat talked about further deal discussions after BE results return.
if you think management screwed up, then you must believe that Nasrat intentionally ignored FDA guidance. It's a fact that Nasrat either followed their guidance or he ignored it. There are no other options. If you say he screwed up, then you are saying Nasrat intentionally sabotaged his own wealth.
Do you know of any other options?
cockiness also leads one to trusting the powers that be to keep their word. Yeah, shenanigans: Roll eyes.
Since you obviously know, disclose to all of us what drug it is and what our cut is.
Wouldn't say that was quick. Was about the norm. No delays probably helped.
Some notify Oxford, the definition of "massive" now means one.
You keep saying deadline as if there were some real deadline. First of all, there was no deadline. Secondly, if there was a deadline, you don't know when it was.
There is no
You are incorrect. TMax is a small issue. If it were a "huge issue", it would require a P3 trial and not just a BE study.
You are simply not understanding what "Top Line results" means. It has absolutely nothing to do with positive or negative results. Weezuhl already explained it. I had this exact debate with Lasers probably a year ago or more.
Top-Line refers to the primary endpoints of a study. Results can be negative or positive. Primary endpoint results are expected in July.
It's not poor execution and management. It's 100% standard protocol. Do you understand who is conducting these trials?
she's on vacation until tomorrow or so.
Yes but your statement doesn't really address Nasrat's once low, borderline disdainful, regard for breadcrumb generics. Nasrat's specific word was "breadcrumbs", wasn't it?
I don't remotely buy the narrative that Nasrat is trying to prop up the generics bc SequestOx might be in trouble. We have far better alternatives in the pipeline to prop up the company if SequestOx has further delays than what is clearly a breadcrumbs generic drug. If anything, Nasrat as CEO of Elite should be trying to sell off the breadcrumbs division as opposed to bring more into the fold. However, as owner of another company, it completely makes sense to bring another breadcrumbs generic on board.
It is blatantly clear Nasrat has stepped into the gray area of conflict of interest between Micah and Elite.
That would really just be jumping to conclusions. There are many possibilities and variables of why we wouldn't have the update by any particular date. If we don't know by Thursday afternoon, though, there are really only two possibilities. Nasrat didn't know by Friday afternoon, or he's not telling us.
Nasrat clearly brushed off our present generics as breadcrumbs, which means he didn't have much interest in them. Now he brings in another breadcrumbs generic for Elite but is also one that earns him side money apart from his responsibilities to Elite and Elite shareholders. That's bizarre and questionable at the very least. What concrete good does this do for Elite shareholders? Please no pie-in-the-sky generalizations about this somehow improves our standing with the FDA.
At best, this move doesn't seem to have any ability to increase Elite shareholder value. If true, that should mean the CEO of the company really shouldn't have done it bc his responsibility is to make moves to increase shareholder value.
I agree that's what happened Thursday and Friday, but that's certainly not the reason we weren't at .30 on May 17th.
Your statement is true assuming they have the results.
You think stuff like this is sincere?:
Geez, those are not rookies. Those "rookies" is probably a combination of LPC selling, market makers who are professional manipulators, and traders selling. MMs and traders are the ones who pushed it up. They got tired of waiting and got out. I suspect they are also concerned the info is going to be released today after market, which would be bad.
The person to whom you responded didn't ask any questions. To what questions are you referring?
I don't recall any nasdaq promises. Maybe you can cite them if they actually exist.
Well, Gee, that would be clever if it wasn't meaningless bs. Following guidance from the FDA is industry standard and basically the only option. Can you cite any examples of when a CEO said we decided to go against the FDA's guidance and still got a drug approved?
