The below statement in the PR is much more direct and gives us greater hope as well. "The reformulated product is expected to have a shorter Tmax than the original SequestOx™ formulation under fed conditions."

That statement is not intended to imply positive or negative results either. That statement is simply plain English for the primary endpoint. If you want comfort, know this. There is hardly anything in pharma that is easier to fix than TMax. If there had to be a problem, and you could pick that problem, TMax is near the top of what you would pick.
