To say "because the FDA didn't say anything about our tech" means they approve it - is pure garbage by omission. It means nothing. Proof is in the pudding starting this week.

You are simply ignoring reality, a very important reality. Nothing about the technology was included in the CRL. If the technology were invalid, it would have been included in the CRL.
