So sad that so many opted not to fight for their shares, especially since they would have won, even if they had lost.
Your securities entitlements are worthless to me...even if they could be transferred...which they can't be, of course.
Then offering to sell is silly...or perhaps just cynical? Of course, if anyone offered up 25K shares...in cert form...for $1000...I would be at the front of the line...
Got a certificate?
I can't remember the last time I saw a gap 'n run. Bodes well for tomorrow.
Truer words are rarely spoken, and the answer is naked shorting.
It is all a product of the fractional reserve system. Just like a $ you deposit in bank is lent to 30 people or more. Money is created out of thin air. The stock market is no different. As long as you don't ask for a certificate...the system works....for them....
I'm in court against my broker...I have proof. Different stock...but not the exception....far from it.
With funds from the President’s Emergency Request, we
can expand production capacity to other domestic manufacturers and produce larger quantities of Ebola monoclonal antibodies using tobacco plants or mammalian cells.
let them eat static
Maybe be not, but: IBio’s current partnership with the Gates Foundation will make it almost certain that iBio patents will indeed be involved in ZMAPP and Ebola vaccine production.

Street Sweeper is a known short rag. I don't even know why anyone would give it any credibility.

The one statement on which the plaintiff seeks rely that comes closes to linking iBio up to the Ebola drug efforts of Caliber is the October 17 Internet article that supposedly said that an “iBio Spokesperson Says Any Lab the Wants to Make ZMapp Vaccine Using Plant-Based Technology Would have to License it from Bio; Caliber has License.” Even this statement doesn’t quite deliver the alleged misrepresentation on which the plaintiff purports to rely (that is, that Caliber’s license arrangement with iBio has to do with Ebola). For what it is worth, I wasn’t able to find this statement on the website to which the complaint refers, and even then, I am not sure how far the plaintiff will be able to get relying on a third party’s account of what an unidentified spokesperson may have said.
They never claimed anything of the sort. I don't listen to hearsay or third party conjecture.
You are confusing a listed stock with a penny stock...big difference. I doubt IBIO would respond to petty stuff when much bigger news awaits...maybe...I hope...
These law firms only interest to line their pockets...which is all well and good....just keep that in mind....and the fact they are effecting the price further hurting the very people they claim to be helping...
I don't see the problem, legal or otherwise. Their process has a wide application...including Ebola...which is all they said. Investors asked " could your process be used to make Ebola antigens?" The answer is "yes it could, but is not currently." The rest is speculation, which is what we are doing here.
Exactly, which is why their filings and PRs are all that matters. 3rd party "quotes" and hearsay won't go anywhere...
Ditto that.
I have seen that, and there is nothing in there that isn't true or contradicts their filings or PRs.
All, true...I go by filings and company PRs...and all IBIO has ever said is there process COULD be used to make Ebola drugs, and they are prepared to do so if called upon. What's wrong with that?
In the absence of contract or signed agreement, what we have here is:
Speculation: The act of trading in an asset, or conducting a financial transaction, that has a significant risk of losing most or all of the initial outlay, in expectation of a substantial gain.
Here is a good one:

Well, for what it is worth, I didn't find anything either.
...blowing smoke...
Where in the filings or PRs can I find reference to this?
The next day, a representative of iBio reportedly stated that the manufacture of experimental Ebola drug, ZMapp, would require a license from iBio. On this news, iBio's stock price increased significantly.
What is the source of this?
Think about it...these ambulance chasing law firms are hurting the very people they are trying to help with these PRs...now that's weird....lol...
...that said...I've gone over the company PRs and filings, and IMO, these law firms are blowing smoke...
I doubt very much they will....I would say they are much bigger than that. Big picture thinkers not interested or concerned about the daily ups and downs of the market.
There is nothing in print that I can see that would lead me to believe there is fraudulent activity on the part of iBio. They never claimed to be helping make Ebola drugs...only that they were in a position to help do so if called upon. As for the hearsay, that will go nowhere...
lol....law firm sucking for business is all...hilarious!
Streetsweeper is a known shorters rag. Stick with the facts.
adding here

Low volume slide is not a cause for great concern.
Firefly Dx system, designed to deliver molecular diagnostic results rapidly at the point-of-need, which could be used for quick Ebola detection
I'm in.

Like I said, current protocols are not adequate.
Probably not a safe long term investment...but short term, I wouldn't bet against the virus...I don't see any good news coming on that front for long time.
Also, it must be clear by now that full hazmat suits are what is required...gowns and gloves are too risky.
Because of its high mortality rate, EBOV is also listed as a select agent, World Health Organization Risk Group 4 Pathogen (requiring Biosafety Level 4-equivalent containment)

I would be interested to know why an Ebola infected person would not be treated according to the above...I imagine a lot of doctors and nurses are now wondering the same...
Another nail in the coffin...when will the miscreants finally acknowledge they are toast?
Curiously, you share the same lack of knowledge that my broker
has of how a securities transaction is supposed to work. The concept that one book entry has to match up with one company share in T+3 seems as alien to you as it is to my broker. Whether they take DTC seriously or not, is how they determine as whether a trade is good or not? That's weird stuff.
