This company will be defunct before any of the gains jerseyfish is talking about materialize.
Copper is tanking and brining EXMGF down with it. Seems like every time excelsior has good news something catastrophic happens i.e. trade war / Coronavirus. Copper will recover when the virus scare is over with - barring a recession. I’m excited for the revenue, just hope copper price is up by the end of Q1.
Yeah, no one cares, I couldn't find much internet presence. Potentially big payout with Axon lawsuit however.
Holding up pretty well considering the sector’s performance.
Short volume looks good on the day. There may be some pumps yet on this pos
Cool.
Anyway, I hope I can make a few K and get out of this. Then you’ll never see me again. I don’t post on boards I’m not invested in.
Yeah, laugh at my 80,000 shares
I'd never pay 10X times the price. I'm already in this. I want another pump but don't believe in this product.
CBD is a great drug. Don't know much about H2 and I suspect that Fishoff doesn't either.
That means very little to me. I can find an OTC company that can at least present a professional and detailed website.
It's so poorly written that it reads as if it promotes autism. This was typed in a hurry and not proof read. These types of things suggest a lack of attention to detail and reflects poorly on the company.
I can see this might have another pump. The CBD drinks market went kinda crazy.
But to actually believe in this product long term... don't be duped. The alleged benefits of the product are ludicrous. One couldn't possibly buy into that unless they're that foolish. They're practically describing it as a miracle cure for everything with no evidence whatsoever. C'mon now.
Don't have to be an expert to recognize BS claims. You're telling me you actually believe this product has all of these benefits. There's no reference and no data to support this claim.
Also the site is rife with poor grammar. Can't even take the time to type things out properly - lazy.
I like evidence.

What a load of tripe!
I should clarify. No real product of value.
Definitely has a lot happening... the apparel, the blockchain, the CBD. They pivot with the next big fad. Nothing will come of this.
BS
Hiph has no cash, no real product, it screams scam. No reason to believe this is going to explode like that. Maybe one more pump left in it.
I suspect you’re right
Trustworthy CEO? Ha!
I fear that this might just be a POS
I think it’ll track the copper price until the EPA decision can deliver a nice upward trend. So nothin until October 12th methinks.
Doji Monday, jump on Tuesday
Bit - a small piece, part, or quantity of something.
After that dip there was about 700k ask at .19 and .20. Today I saw large bid is several hundred k. I think a couple larger investors have left and another has stepped in.
The next news is either results on primate study, location of the human trials, or Phase 1. Phase 1 should really put Nemus on the map.
200,000+ on ask at .2 should keep this down for a bit
Anyone know why the seven day extension lands on November 5th? Also, is there another round of dialogue possible after November 5th?
Assuming everyone is on Holiday at the end of the year - no final permit until January?
Only difference Iv'e found this time round is the dosing:
"Anticipated dosing design will permit patients to act as their own controls (contra-lateral eye dosing)"
Anyone seen this before?
Yeah, it sure is strange. Maybe they're an office on the second floor. The building has 190-194 on it though.
Also, these people also have the same address:

Admittedly, the granting of Epidiolex was good news for the industry and NMUS.
However, Zynerba was getting approved in 2016 and 2017 when NMUS was ostensibly getting rejected.
I just think it reflects poorly to go to the FDA with the same argument. Surely there could be another approach - or at least an explanation. Murphy had an interview not long ago and he failed to describe anything new. He just harped on the same UM and "medical indications of unmet medical need" tropes.
Please share what is different this time round.
Finally, a couple items from the 8-K filed today:
"For the purposes of this proposal, AMRI has assumed that the final API material is intended for Phase I Clinical Trials."
Good to see that this is in fact prepared for Phase I Clinical Trials. Anyone else think it's strange that NMUS didn't specify that this was for Phase I and AMRI had to assume it was? Weird...
"Process Development Including Analytical Support
Description [****]
Estimated Labor Fee [****]
Reimbursable Expenses [****]
Anticipated Timeframe [****]"
I get the confidentiality, but typical NMUS to be as least descriptive as possible.
What if NMUS cancels this agreement? Will we be informed?
Anton is back! Where's Vinpat?
Been following NMUS since its debut. Largely unimpressed thus far.
Seemingly it is old news. There's also another occasion where NMUS entered a similar agreement with AMRI with the same drug - so three times they've done this with AMRI. My guess is that they brought the drug (NB1111) to the FDA and were rejected... twice.
Viewing the old presentation from February 2016, the first time they entered an agreement AMRI, they were developing THC-VHS SLN. The presentation cites novelties of the drug: neuroprotective, IOP data, and lack of side effects.
The presentation from June of this year presents the same THC-VHS SLN, the same data, and cites the same novelties. It seems like they're going to the FDA with the same case for NB1111. Why should we expect a different response? They've done very little to explain their case here and why this time around we'll see the FDA give the go ahead.
NMUS has been historically poor at communicating with investors. It's frustrating to see them cite lack of capital for their inability to advance their pipeline yet their board members collect six-figure incomes and the shares are diluted for their benefits packages.
I'll be surprised to see this advance to Phase I. I think Dr. Murphy and his pals are happy to sit around, not actually do anything, and collect their benefits.
The point is you just suggested that there was more buying than selling, when in fact they're equal...
Head and shoulders...
Yeah Emerald is relinquishing their majority with the sale of 85,700,000 shares. This'll drop them to about 20% ownership.
Nemus is officially a giant POS.
Garbage 10-K LOLO
What do you possibly expect to be good out of the 10-Q for Q4 2017? Nemus was on the brink of collapse before Emerald provided the $400,000 of which we already know about.
Public Notice: Public Hearing and Extended Public Comment Period; Excelsior Mining Arizona Inc's Gunnison Copper Project.
Public Hearing Scheduled and Comment Period Extended Through February 27, 2018

I believe the EPA has offered a preliminary permit:
"...EPA has made a preliminary determination that the activities under the draft Class III UIC Area Permit (draft Permit) are protective of underground sources of drinking water (USDWs) as required by the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA)."
"EPA has made a preliminary determination to issue a Class III UIC Area Permit to Excelsior pending this public notice and comment period."
Good to see this going ahead. Perhaps a final offer will be reached in March.
ONWARD AND UPWARD! EXCELSIOR!
Can someone explain what is happening with the R/S of NBG? I havent invested in this and havent payed it much attention.
I just recently started following this company. Any reason that there was such little activity today? Basically no money traded hands.
