Hey Tin: Thanks for the reply. I am confirmed and I'll see you folks in SFO on Friday.
The Eagle
Tin,
I'm booked at the Hotel but they didn't have any Hartcourt rooms reserved at some discount. Can you help me here.
Please advise and Tnx...
The Eagle
EC...........Nope .... that would be a Baaaaaaaaaad thing for this lad. Just teasing when I found the board almost absent of any comments.
Looking forward to the SHM..
All the best,
The Eagle
Tin,
Made my hotel and air reservations. Looking forward to seeing all those that make the SHM. I'm expecting two of the three deals to be completed (hopefully) for that momentous occasion.
Blessed,
The Eagle
The board was so quiet-that I thought maybe the rapture had occurred and no-one told me...
The Eagle
Andy
Where did everybody go?
The Eagle
EZ...
Thanks, will be trying to make my arrangements to attend the SHM now that I have a clearer calendar.
Appreciat your help,
The Eagle
EZ....
Can you give me the hotel information for the SHM on the 24th.
Thanks very much,
The Eagle
Hey Lucky Five,
The Eagle is still circling and watching the Hartcourt saga.
Am getting more pleased that I have kept my holdings. HRCT continues to defy conventional investment logic and we stubborn ones have and will continue to believe.
Best to all,
The Eagle
Mike you have a PM...Andy
Dear Bro. MBR..
The loss of a father is always a tumultous event. From my family to yours are our sympathies and prayers.
Years ago, I came across this poem...may it help you during this life-trial...
My Father's way may twist and turn,
My heart may throb and ache,
But in my soul I'm glad I know,
He maketh no mistake.
My cherished plans may go astray,
My hopes may fade away,
But still I'll trust my Lord to lead,
For He doth know the way.
Though night be dark and it may seem,
That day will never break,
I'll pin my faith, my all in Him,
He maketh no mistake.
For by and by the mist will lift,
And plain it all He'll make,
Through all the way, though dark to me,
He made not one mistake."
Bless you and yours,
Andy
Goooooooooooooood Mornin, Bro. Lucky...
The China tour was amazing...the sights and sounds of HongKong, the harbor of course, Shanghi and Beijing...
Curiously, in retrospect, I confess that I have always been perplexed about our being shown such work/showplaces as FTL and other "operational locations" - and not much happened immediately thereafter to most of those entities except they continued to be a part of Hartcourt's financial interests.
Did Alan possibly pull one on us? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm..
FTL share distribution is not a certainly....lots of those mysterious Chinese bridges to cross before it can happen.
I would like it to happen....but read the fine print...
Andy
I believe your statement on FTL - 15 Million out of 500 Million shares is a droplet but a possible good event for HRCT'ers in 2004....
I thought I'd remind folks to read the small print in the PR concerning FTL's plans...quite a precaution, I'd say...
"FTL is in the process of applying to have its common stock included on the OTC Bulletin Board. If its application is granted, trading is expected to commence during the
first quarter of 2004. The Distribution is contingent upon the application for listing being approved.
Watching,
Andy
Concerning NTES...and our own fledgling HRCT...
We are told that it's "impolite" and frowned on in China to toot one's own horn via press releases and such. NTES does not seem to have had much of a problem in increasing its shareholder base and per share price by being front and center with its business.
How does that square with the current HRCT approach.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm..
Andy

Good Morning David,
I suspect because of the low volume that we are seeing a little profit taking...not a walkdown by them confounding MM'ers...
Hang in there dude...we have been here long enough and know that those that sell will likely regret it when you look at the taxes and the cost to buy back in to a stock that shows real evidence of good management, potential and profits for all HRCT investors..
God Bless ya,
The Eagle

Survey of sorts - How much time are the
tried and true investors of HRCT willing to give Hartcourt to meet their reasonable expectations ?
I'll go first - Invested since 1999 and will continue to hold and accumulate on the dips till Aug 2004. At which time I'll determine if Hartcourt is walking the talk ;) jmap
2.)I'll know by December 2003 (in since 99)BoatRgirl
3.)December 2003 seems reasonable (in since March 1999) Investorman
4.)December 2003 seems reasonable (in since July 1999) secondchance
5.)Here since 1999. Will not set a date since every time
I do, HRCT throws more chum in the water to keep me trailing along.MINDDOC7
6.) Here since 99. The efforts and delivery are now better than ever before, I like the changes I see. It also seems like we have far a more decent shareholder base than we at one time did. I spent years in China, and was staggered by the potential. With the new more focused approach by mgmt, I just see things getting better. I have never felt better about the prospects of this company than I do now, nor have I ever been more impressed with the quality and decency of the mgmt. As long as the positives remain, and I expect them to- I am in for the long haul, with no time limit attached.garhart
7) In the mix since April, 99 ((Correction: Since 7-10-98!!)... being an optimist, activist, and encourager to fellow shareholders has been my pleasant task. Made the China trip and saw lots of promising activity then. Since then - as most know - the players in Hong Kong and on the eastern shore of China have changed considerably.
Like you Gar...I like what we have today and will stay the course as long as it is financially smart to do so. If I need a little cash ... I'll sell a hundred shares or so every now and then, take my 2500.00 plus and go to the bank - til I need to do it again! The Eagle..
8) December 2003 seems reasonable (in since OCT 1999)
I ask one thing of HRCT..Please do not post inaccurate positive information to keep us addicted longs here longer..Just show us the $$$/Revs in 2qtr! DC100
9) Survey is a moot point....The money is sunk cost. Been sitting there since 1999 shrank and grew back...It will sit until I sell it...Or the SEC kills the company...Whichever comes first...TFN
10)In since Nov. 1999. Will stay as long as HRCT is making progress. RICK
11} Kissed this money good-bye long ago, so I'll hold till I'm set for life or it goes under. bb
12) In since January 2001. Would like to hold until the Olympics in China until 2008.
13) Just "two more weeks" LOL ~~ We all know that could be an eternity. In all seriousness. . .no profit in August. . .time to jump ship.
14) As long has we are making progress, I will hold. That being said, I agree with MM, there has to be a profit in August. We have acquired too many companies with profits we can show, not to. Then though, I, Mister EC, am in the $125 club :)
(In since September, 1999)
15) I`m here since July 99, and hopefully like HRCT I`m not going anywhere. I love the new HRCT, the focus, the leadership, Dr. Phan, the potential, and all that goes with it. No timeframe. Betty Ann

Bro. Alan,
Thank you for this "heads-up"....I am not disturbed by this news. While unfortunate that the SEC is "picking on us"....remember while they are spending time on our modest little Tiger....that the really BIG, BAD companies are getting away with financial murder for all those stockholders that have been cheated, despised, abused and neglected by the actions of the executives and Board members of companies like ENRON, etc..
T'aint so with Hartcourt! We commend and continue to support you and the BOD with our shares and confidence.
This "bump" will be endured, rendered impotent with the execution of the plans and programs for the future of Hartcourt.
My HRCT holdings are not being sold! Not even one share!
Call on me to help as you need me,
Best Regards,
The Eagle.....
Andy
GM tempaussie,
I would recommend that the best place for fresh mangos is off the tree growing above 8000 feet in the mountains of Colombia.
I rode this trusty smart-footed mule up a mountain trail to the "finka" of a client of mine.
Grabbed my lunch of a fresh mango (or two) seated on the back of said mule...delicious!! and refreshing after that anxious climb from the valley below.
Ya'll have a fantastic Memorial Day.
We are a free nation because of thousands of brave Americans that paid the ultimate price.

Cab...
If ten margaritas were drunk by each of our every hard-workin' (greedy?) MM'ers...they would get such a rosy glow that they would probably run us up again before the long weekend. LOL!
God Bless ya'll,

Hey HRCT'ers Longs and Shorts..
This activity is absolutely normal for an OTCBB stock. We had news....we got an unusual and rather sustained uptick. Some traders probably moved the stock up to that $1.12 figure and some other traders have sold on the way down.
I'm an investor...haven't sold any...don't intend to and when I have extra capital I'll be investing at whatever level is there for me.
The per share valuation of Hartcourt ....today.... is a lot more than is reflected by any appropriate measurement of a comparable stock issue and is based on concrete information that we have on the companies owned by Hartcourt.
Enjoy the ride, stay the course, tell your friends,
God Bless ya'll,
The Eagle
Thanks EC....Been to the West Coast (I'm from Memphis)...Been to Vegas....Been to China....guess I'm about ready for Nashville or Branson or something closer to the middle of this great nation...
Best to all, I'm going wheresomebloodyever it winds up..
God Bless ya'll,
Eagle
Hi there...
Is Nashville definitely not an available choice? It doesn't show on the survey...

Hey Cab,OT...
Just ran across this and it struck me that HRCT is about something akin to this at the moment...

Hey Mark!
I've not kept up with the news on HRCT...where do I find more mention of the "new plan(s)" for HRCT?
God Bless ya,
Andy
Having received an invitation to join this motley crew...and having long ago forsook the mire of RB....I trust that you folks will welcome the EAGLE from Tn...

Goooooooooood Mornin' 500....et al..
The piece on the SEC cracking down on our friendly Market Makers is most welcome. All of us that have "fought" the battle of trying to buy Hartcourt (and other OTC.BB stocks as well) through our various brokers have experienced some pretty standard MM "tricks". The one that gripes me the most is that they apparently aren't required to post your bid even when your bid price is higher than the one showing at the trading desk of your selected brokerage houses.
I asked the traders at CSFB twice yesterday to get my bid posted and/or use their influence to get the MM'er to release stock and .... and..... it worked!!! I bought several lots of 2500 share minimum orders of HRCT and will continue to support the stock as long as I feel it is appropriate to do so.
The point here is....we investors are not totally powerless in trying to mount some defenses against the MM'ers. Our bids really do matter! When you think you have been ill used by our friendly MM'ers....please post a complaint with the SEC. Sooner or later our regulators will stomp on their wallets and fine the stew outta them!
God Bless ya'll,
Here is another day to wage warfare!
Andy
Dear Friends of Hartcourt...
Here is a pasted copy of the reply (it's boilerplate) from the SEC ...give it a try...maybe we can help corral these manipulators or at least make life a little more miserable for them.
Thank you!

Dear Colleagues,
Since I am having trouble with the MM'ers...I have complained specifically to the SEC (for whatever good it might do)....
I am having trouble getting the Market Makers to post my bids on Hartcourt stock even though I am above the bid. I have bought several batches of 2500 shares each today and am willing to continue to "fight" these turkeys..
Any suggestions of how to do it better will be greatly appreciated by all the HRCT stockholders (me particularly!!!!).

THORS....
Thank you for your looking into this matter with Alan and crew.
Hartcourt certainly needs a convivial and competent US office person that will be an effective conduit for the questions, inquiries and concerns that we shareholders certainly have.
I am also very pleased to hear that there is so serious effort being expended on getting the Hartcourt Cos. greater IR/PR exposure. I am personally hopeful that we will also have an Asian firm to represent us in SE Asia. There are lots and lots of investors out there that are daily investing in dollar denominate accounts...in stocks like Hartcourt, SinoBull and those companies that are in our pipeline.
The addition of Georgia to the home office is welcomed...she will have my complete cooperation.
God Bless ya'll,
Andy
Bro. Mark,
I have long since filed my 144d shares to make them available for trading....but....I'm still long term and have not sold any HRCT since last February....
I am on the wagon for the ride...
God Bless ya,
Andy
