CLTA was a subsidiary of actually GCCP, GCCP still has slate, slate has revenues of $12 million a year based on what premier funding told me. so, that would still value the company at what it was before it aquired CLTA atleast, GCCP as a shell company was trading at around .05 before it had any revenue. so, ill still hold, im not happy though. but this stock can still be hyped up and a little momo and it could very well see .03-.05 again. and plus we dont know all the facts yet that took place so, at the current price the market assumes the worst till we know more information. so far the current market price is not justified.
even as a shell making no revenue this company was trading at .03-.05, if your willing to wait you will be able to recover your money. GCCP still has slate, $12 million in revenue a year with slate, that values gccp at .05-.06

Global Concepts Re-Appoints Chairman/CEO
Monday October 10, 4:30 pm ET
MONTCLAIR, NJ--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 10, 2005 -- Global Concepts, Ltd (OTC BB:GCCP.OB - News) announced today that, at a meeting of the Board of Directors on October 4, the Chairman, Eduardo Rodriguez, recommended and the Board approved the appointment of Mike Margolies as the Company's Chairman and CEO.
Mr. Margolies, Global Concepts' founder, was its Chairman and CEO until earlier this year, when he stepped aside in favor of Mr. Rodriguez. Since that time, Mr. Margolies has remained intimately involved in the management of Global Concepts' operations. Mr. Margolies will, therefore, be able to assume the responsibilities of CEO without any disruption in the Company's forward momentum.
Mr. Rodriguez had this to say about the decision: "It takes a smart manager to know his own limitations. Since March, I have been serving as CEO of both Global Concepts and Headliners Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTC BB:HLEG.OB - News). Headliners recently completed a major acquisition in which we bought five nightclubs to go with our three comedy clubs. The effort involved in integrating the new operations into the Headliners structure has been particularly time-consuming.
"Meanwhile, the progress of Global Concepts has been startling. In less than 12 months, Global Concepts has been transformed from a shell corporation into a multi-national entity engaged in three lines of business, with revenues exceeding $21 million in the first half of this year. To maximize the opportunities available to Global Concepts requires skill and dedication.
"Fortunately I have someone of Mike's caliber to step in and provide that skill and dedication. Our plan is that we will each focus on one company for the next six months, then reconsider the structure of management for the long-term at both Global Concepts and Headliners. Our goal is to provide the shareholders of Global Concepts and the shareholders of Headliners with management services of the highest quality. I am confident that Mike and I can achieve that goal."

GCCP upticking .051x.052
market makers like SCHB,NITE,ETRD ect...
GCCP gapping .047x.048
looks like MMs are beginning to cover, making large gaps between the bid and ask to entice you to sell and discourage any buying.
yeah i would have to say for the people that played it at .20 must despise it now but, .04 its a bargin. profitable company with an earnings per share of .01 last quarter. you couldnt really ask for any more.
BB- what are your thoughts on GCCP?, just hit .052, been strong the past couple days. bottom found and a reversal in trend maybe?
GCCP .05x.052 watch for the run to continue.
GCCP .049x.051 looks like its ready to take off.
GCCP .048x.05
GCCP .046x.048 may take off here soon.
GCCP .045x.0457
GCCP .045x.047 looking good
GCCP .044x.045 up 25%
453k eom
GCCP .042x.043 up 20% possible reversal
i agree, should be trading at .10 atleast. ive been buying shares since monday.
GCCP's current quarter ends tomorrow. news next week i would say, a good time and a good price to get in right now.
GCCP .041x.042 heading back up, may of just bottomed out.
GCCP great buy here on this dip .039x.0399, ARCA(GNET)on the bid for 999 looks like covering is going to start at this level.
wow, down from .08 to .022 so far this morning due to the filing i believe.
i cant name any stocks that are trading at .04 and that are profitable. this is a no brainer. just make sure you are in it before shorts start covering.
very interesting post concerning GCCP from RB. this company made $21 million in revenues in the first 6 months of 2005 and a $480,000 profit for the 2nd quarter. and on top of that, they have $20 million in assets alone and only a market cap of $4 million. clearly undervalued IMO.

As of the the last SB2 the share count was 109mil I have requested a new nobo(shareloder list) When I have that I will be able to have the most accurate share count the one I have is a week and a half old. I am awaiting it from Mike when I have it I can let you know the exact share count. I do know alot of the selling has been Newbrige Securities who clears through Husdon. I have been trying to bring in buying, but more importantly we have been working on raising capital. Are plan is to get the valuations of the trucks added to the books they are worth20 ml,but have leins of only 8mil which is euity of 12ml. We want to use that to raise 5ml, which will take care of Cornell and fund the aquisitions ED & Mike have been in France pursuing. The auistions will bring in another 200+ trucks. If you have any other questions feel free to contact me.
Warmest Regards,

SA, any opinions on GCCP?, if low .04s hold, looks like it will be a triple bottom on the 6 month chart and there could be a big run to the upside. RSI getting very oversold also. what scenarios do you think that could play out here in the short term? TIA
GCCP gapping up .046x.049
nope i just took a position within the last two days. been waiting to jump on this one for the past few weeks till it hit my buy price. few weeks ago, it was in the .06s and shot up to .11, this is a real company, fully reporting, with profits, low O/S, everything QBID isint, PPS should be around .10-.12
in comparison to QBID it trades about the same percentage of thier O/S daily as QBID does. thier current quarter ends this friday, alot of investors are speculating news sometime this week or next week, GCCP runs well on news. been a while since there has been news so, it is much anticipated.
no problem nettrader, be sure to do your DD on it and you will see this company has alot going for them, low O/S and float. im holding for .10-.15 minimum. im averaged in at around .046 myself. nothing is a guarantee in the otc market but this company is a great opportunity IMO.
i was called a basher, and everyone claimed i wanted thier shares, that still makes me laugh and that was when the pps was around .004-.005, i still hope everyone that was scammed by fraudulent frank can recoup some of thier lost money through a lawsuit, selling the companys assets might bring a little money in.
this is a speculative play, no fundamentals to back up the pps. this was a lottery ticket at best. i warned all of you to sell back when the pps was in the .004s
.0009, told you guys this stock was all hype. even if it ever did amount to anything, its not going too far with a 20 billion O/S. you cant win when a company dilutes into the billions.
GCCP .051x.053
GCCP .05x.055 the ask really starting to thin. may breakout here soon.
