I want to get rid of my remaining VPOR, but my current broker doesn’t allow me to trade this ticker. However, they told me I could transfer my position to another broker. Which brokers can I use to trade the Grey sheets?
Does for example RobinHood work?
Thanks.
I had a buy order at .255 the whole day but it didn’t get filled. Yet many trades at .250 took place. How is that possible?
Where was it posted?
Thanks!
They mentioned this somewhere but I've forgotten where... but was the estimated 130-140k revenue per golf course expected to be generated yearly or is it what they're going to get from the whole whole duration of the contract (was it 3 or 5 years?)? Does anyone remember?
Wow, why are you suddenly bailing out so soon? After hundreds of your "NO WORRIES HERE" -posts I would've thought you'd wait at least until one cent before selling anything.
I was about to point out the same thing. To me that’s the best thing about any of the PRs they’ve put out.
This is good for WDDD, right? No new evidence allowed?
What's your timeline for the 5 cents? Just curious, because last week you were saying that this MIGHT reach 1 cent in about 12 months.
The meeting does NOT take place during trading hours, but one hour after the markets have closed. After that they should have up until Monday morning to PR everything they have disclosed in the meeting, right?
Is the shareholder meeting going to be broadcast live on the Internet?
It has now taken them a little longer than the with Oil States case. I think that’s a bit odd.
I will be positively surprised if Q1/2018 will show high revenues. I think most of the income they've been talking about will be visible starting from Q2. So I'm actually afraid that people are expecting too much too soon and will be disappointed by the next earnings and the stock price will plummet.
Let's hope this won't be the case.

”Common stock, $0.001 par value, 125,000,000 shares authorized 32,541,187 and 30,291,187 outstanding at March 31, 2017 and December 31, 2016, respectively.”
”As May 22, 2017, the issuer had 37,216,236 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.”

It was about 30 million when the share price was around 20-50 cents.
That was a sexy close. $0.0069 with a 69% gain.
Let’s hope it means they’re ready to start pumping this crap back to the .002s. I could finally get out for good.
March 31st, but that’s a Saturday so we should get the fins on the previous day. Plus a possible 15 day extension, so on the 13th of April at the very latest. Which is a Friday btw.
Those who know better: is there something worth waiting for in the 2017 year-end fins, or should we be more thrilled about the Q1/2018 fins which should come out around mid May?
Tomorrow 90 days have passed since the end of Q4. So they’ll either be releasing the fins or a 15-day extension tomorrow.
Ok, thanks for the info. I think a name change would’ve been a good choice. Not necessarily to Endo but something else. Maybe the ”Hemplife” they were also considering.
What happened to the name change plans to Endo Biosciences last year?

Where did you get this info from? Or is it your own speculation of where VPOR is headed?
Could someone tell me the negatives of this company, please?
I'm just wondering why this has such a low market cap compared to its revenues. There must be a catch... right?
Ok, thanks.
Just bought in today with a small position. Will probably buy more in the coming days. The price-to-sales ratio of this one is ridiculously low. Even if the O/S was maxed out to 900M this would still be very cheap with these prices. I’m just wondering what the catch is. :)
When should we expect to see the new quarterly? This week? Next week?
This stock caught my eye, as its market cap is less than its revenues from the past year. Why is the stock price so low? Is the company going out of business? Is the stock being heavily diluted?
Why do the financials for the periods ending 30 Jun 2017 and 30 September 2017 state revenues up until 30 Jun 2016?
Sorry, don’t know anyone from the Netherlands. But I’ll keep an eye on my Facebook if someone’s visiting there. Would be interesting to know more about those stores for sure.
I think every company is legally required to admit there’s doubt about being able to continue operating and to write it in the ”Going concern” note. You can check another company’s financial statement and find the same note with a little different choice of words.
No worries. I’ll give my thoughts on your concern.
The liabilities / debts are bad, no doubt. But the revenues are growing. If they can simply generate the same amount of revenue ($500k) per quarter in the future, we can easily be at over $0.006 / share. With another billion shares outstanding we’d still be at over $0.005.
Note 2 is ”Going concern” found routinely in every financial statement.
More info here: https://www.investopedia.com/terms/g/goingconcern.asp
I hope so, too. But I’ve got a bad feeling because of the timing of this week’s PRs. It’s like they wanted to pump the stock a little before a massive disappointment.
I’d be glad to be wrong.
Never gonna happen? Where do you draw this conclusion from?
There are companies that get well over a penny even with a hefty number of outstanding shares. The best example could be A£OL, an MJ company very similar to VPOR with almost an identical share structure. It touched 5 cents before settling down to around 2 cents for a few months. Granted, it has now fallen below 1 cent (around 0.008).
It needs more good news and for Yaniv to continue building trust towards the management, but saying 1 cent could never happen is silly. $500 000 in revenues during the _first_ full quarter of the product on the market is a great start. Now let's keep the O/S steady or even reduce it a bit and start climbing up to be profitable during the next few quarters and the PPS could really spike up.
EDIT: Just noticed the original question was about "anytime soon". I agree, this is not going to get over 1 cent anytime soon. Let's just say it could very well happen in the near(ish) future.
Oh boy... :P
I was bored and tried to be a smart-ass. I guess you guys still didn't get the "joke".
(Hint: what's the difference between 0.42 dollars and 0.42 cents?)
Ok, so you're talking about 0.42 dollars and not 0.42 cents. Got it. ;)
Actually VPOR closed at 0.42 cents last time on 03/10/2017. How about that?
Hi Locksmith!
Yeah, I moved here to sunny LA two months ago. It’s been a blast!
I’ve been quite busy settling down, but starting to have more time now.
Still holding VPOR. Flipped a small amount a while back and am about at break even at the moment.
Interesting Q3 ahead of us. After that I’ll decide if I’ll stay or get out.
I trust the product but not the management. It makes no difference what they say is about to come. Only what they can prove they’ve already done. I only wish their reports were audited.
I think with a pps of .0012 the market is expecting Q3 to be somewhere around $60k-$95k (with a typical price-to-sales of 16-25). Those numbers are achievable.
Why are incompetent people allowed to start a publicly traded company? There should be a requirement for some sort of an education when you go public.
Dror and Yaniv have put huge amounts of effort into fooling people and making devious plans when in fact they could run a successful, growing company with the procut(s) they have.
I guess they just don't know how to. So sad.
That's what I'm hoping for. If that's really the case they need to PR it first thing in the morning and give us a number of grinders sold to date. Otherwise lots of people are going to sell these coming days.
