I am still here. Hurting like heck but still here. LOL.
Some of us have been here for years. I am certainly disappointed but will hold on another 12 to 18 months to see how this whole thing plays out. Argh!
Well, we can go over as much data as we could but the fact is, the investors, misinformed or not, don't like what they saw or heard so it is down to the 7s today. Let see what the future holds.
Great summary!
Great summary!
Must admit that this new round of offering took me by surprise. Thought they have some money left and would wait until the data is released and get a big fat funding at $50 to $60 a share min. Hmm.
Got it. I only own a couple thousand shares. We are hoping for good data and it will jump 100 to 200% and then wait for FDA approval before a buy out happens before this will go to $100 to $200, correct?
Thanks. Been reading this board for years.
I mised that one. What was the leak about?
I have only 2774 shares left from all the dilutions and reverse splits. If this thing goes to $30 plus, I will break even so I hope it goes to $350 like yankee would like it to go to. LOL.
Over the years, that's what always baffled me too. They spent millions on the factory and the PIII. I just thought it was odd that outside of their circle, somebody would take notice. Back in 2010, when the SP was at $1.80, I bought a bunch and got kill. This is pre-split two times. Yet, private investors poured in millions up until now. Who knows?
Yep! It's the truth.
Yankee, you should apply to work at CVM in the investor relations department. LOL. I have a couple thousand shares left from this journey so I will hold until next year to see how it goes. This stock almost cost me my marriage since 2010. LOL.
So at $15B, according to Yankee, what would the price be? $400 plus in a few years?
Does anyone here remember Geert touting the $50M arbitration from a few years back? I bought in then too. LOL.
Have a boatload if any of you want to convert. LOL. Bought them for $.25 two years back.
Why would anyone convert a warrant at $31.25 when the SP is at $4.14 as of this morning?
What would the odd be for FDA approval? 50/50? Ergomed has spend money of their own and the latest batch of people recently that exercised the warrant in the millions. I am long but very weary of the journey until now. The negative is why no big pharma has partnered over the years?
LOL. This thing needs to go up 2000% for me to break even. I am hoping they will get it approval if it helps the cancer patients. There is hardly any hope for me to get my money back.
Wasn't trying to be helpful. Just expressing my opinion. So, what do you think the share price will be when they get "approval" from the FDA?
I am glad that the share price has practically tripled the past couple weeks. Yet, it will have to be at $20 for me to breakeven. Good luck to all the long time longs. It has been quite an arduous road for all of us. The newbies are jumping for joy but I will wait it out since I have written this off years ago as the biggest investment failure for me.
One more year and this could be greatest investment ever or the biggest bust of my life. Yesss!
Man! I don't feel bad now. There are dumber investors than me that would put out another round of millions to support Geert's salary again. Woohoo!
Best case scenario, they win $50M or more on the arb and p3 is approved and I become a millionaire. Worse, lose the arb and multikine is a fake money making machine. I already consider what I have a loss so it is what it is.
I have trading this stock for over 8 years and have lost tons of money on it. No other stock has me so confused:
Pros:
- Ergomed (p3 CRG) partnering with them on the p3 trial. Don't remember the number but min $5M.
- Attorney firm (forgot the darn name) front money until the case is settled.
- $300M has been spent with numerous investors, assuming they are smarter than I am, have poured money in this company for 30 years plus.
- They spent millions on p1, p2, and p3 and the FDA allowed them to almost be at the finished line. If multikine doesn't work, why didn't they shut this down?
Cons:
- 30 years to market with no real big pharma partnering, except for one Teva division in Israel.
- Way too many promises broken and dilutions.
There are more pros and cons but these are enough to confuse the heck out of me. Not buying or selling whatever I have. Considered it a loss already.
Wish I have more fund to risk it. Things are lining up to either be extremely bad or good. Don't know which one though. Fun time. 30 years in the making. I have been in and out and losing about $100K since 2014 so I have no faith either way. It is very interesting.
I assume that you haven't bought more lately. I am tempted but this darn thing has burnt me so many times in the past. Yes, I know this time it is a bit different with the PIII coming to an end and the arbitration but still..
It got so depressing and nothing new until recently so I had to walk away from this board just to be sane again. LOL.
Foxwoods,
Long time, no talk. Still have my shares from pre-split level and losing big since 2014 level. What's your take in all of this? Will it be approved and win the arb also?
Is there any hope left that it will be approved?
If they win $40M, then what? Does anybody here think multikine will be approved by the FDA next year latest?
I am right with you, FM. This darn thing is practically hopeless but I can't sell since it won't be worth anything barely for me to do that. Freaking Geert, a few years back, always touted that they can get money anytime so they don't have to dilute a lot of shares to protect the shareholder value. Look at us now. He has no credibility with me whatsoever. Now, if he takes $1 annual salary starting now, I am right with him.
Does anyone here want my 102,000 shares average cost at $.47 per which is now 4080 shares for $43,860.00 that I purchased at various times the past 3 plus years. This is for the ones that believe Multikine will get approved only. Yankees, are you interested? I don't know about this company anymore. Just want my money back. All it has to do is go up 700% and I will get my money back at break-even. LOL.
If they do another 10 to 1 RS, I will have 500 shares. LOL.
New to the board. Found out about AUPH through a friend that bought shares when they did the offering around $2.00 a few months back. Does anyone here have any financial projections and share price projections once V get approval in 2020? I see the 12 months projection on yahoo of $11ish but that is way too low, right?
Does anyone here wants my 5,600 shares which used to be 140,000 shares a few months back?
Awesome!!! CVM will be in the $1.75 range again. Boy, I love this stock.
I saw the fat lady getting on stage a couple days back and getting ready to sing but the mic wasn't turned yet. She is still standing on stage getting ready though.
Really? What are your thoughts going forward? I see so many unknown things, I can't sleep well at night. LOL.
That's a lot of ifs. Plus, I have tons of shares already.
