I feel ya I have some preferred shares as well...We need Rocketman to come in here again and talk some sense into these new "investors" lol

Am I reading the filing correct? They didn't specify the ratio of reverse split they want to do....It's says 1: to 1: ....Does this mean the shareholders will be voting on a split but not be informed on how big the split will be?

I'm just starting to come to terms with what's going on here....We have been optimistic and through numerous conference calls ever since Dan has taking charge we still continue to decline.....

I'm just now starting to seperate the stock from the company and sadly calling it how it is....We are officially at a price lower then we were pre split (.19 cents)....Definitely heading in the wrong direction ...While the turn around has been substantial the debt seems to just been shuffled around and it's the main reason we cannot move the PPS further.....

Another Quarter of flat Financials and the lingering regulations I believe I'm right on target. ......We have done nothing but slide down from the 2 dollar post split price and it's doesn't seem like it's getting better and the stock is at 17cents....Why should I think otherwise....

I have been away from this stock for awhile now and the sentiment when I left wasn't too great and we were hovering around .30 trying to break into .40's ...Now it's looking like I may reenter in the .05's again like pre split....Sad that this turned into a flip.....

With nothing going on and creditors to pay a reverse split here is a no brainer....They just have to come up with a believable lie to get people to buy afterwards........

And I'm all for that so I can convert and dump my Divy shares.....

I'm just saying normally they come out with lies that they are going to have 3 or 4 petahashes out and blah blah blah… This time they actually laid it out and bascially we sucked and failed at everything……

Jan 15th is the date if I'm not mistaken and then we have 2 years to hope for a reverse split or merger….

I knew they would sand bag the fins until the new year just so they can finally keep their promise and reverse split in 2016… ..sad…..

A reverse merger means they sell there ticker to another company and the new company takes over…… ..

Because the only thing this company knows how to do is run things to the ground

They reverse split and reverse merger with our preferred shares being able to defer for 2 years is the only money making option here…..

Common shares are pointless…..

There are notes that are gonna be converting soon and you watch your level 2 and witness endless shares being ate up…

Back when they were fooling us with having the servers and then cancelled all of them on us we barely got the stock to 0.0003 with billions in volume……..

They have been talking about securing that loan for monthssss now…

For anybody in this stock with common shares just consider it toast…

I'm a dividend holder and we dividend holders have the only chance To make money here and the only way we can make money is if they reverse split and reverse merger and they hand over the keys to the ticker….

This company is worthless…. The CEO is horrible and their social media personnel is disrespectful….. My advice to all of you is to sell your 0.0001's while u still can….

I hate that we had the dip yesterday because now it just reset the range and the flippers are back in and ready to sell at their 10% gain again…

But their OS is 7.6 billion already and VFIN is sitting on the ask at 0.0002 converting a untold amount of shares….

That's why 0.0002 is stacked… last time I checked it had 200million on it plus VFIN… .

Our Market Cap is a joke and were on pace for 100million in revenue annually next year and 18 million Next Quarter alone….. A extra 7 million in gross profit in Q3-15 vs Q3-14… .That should lay out the real potential here and where we are headed…… Numbers don't lie People do…..

Scammed? Lol that move was voted on by shareholders and have u even looked at the 10Q its a marvelous turn around….

You might want to get caught up on the facts that are in play now

No dilution…… check the 10Q ..hardly any shares added to the OS from last quarter and we have no Toxic debt..

Another thing to consider are the momentum chasers that will be entering tomorrow when they see we are up on as a Earnings Winner….

They will push us to higher Consolidation levels… ..IMO

Just give it time dollars will be back….. But most people just want quick profits and don't know the true potential

Can't expect a straight spike to 60 cents…..
There are people that got in at 20's and they want there profits….
