Nicely written, and I completely agree.... However any loss in this company is completely irrelevant comparatively. If this comes to fruition, it's a little reward. If it doesn't, I won't loose sleep over it. Considering I don't like Vegas, any loss here would be a few trips of handing my money over to a casino.
Firstly, I'm an investor only and not a penny stock hound. I have a normal job, with a normal 457, and for the most part conservative. I believe VLDI is the right product for the right time. The rollout is a bit slow, but I'm cautiously optimistic. Bruce has had success in several past business ventures, and clearly knows how to succeed. I can't answer for the development time frame, channel partners, or lagging rollout. However, it is a gamble as are most stocks. By the constant fast talk and extreme optimism, I can only assume a few might be close insiders.
Is there a real product, I can only assume so. Considering past practice and education, I assume Bruce (law degree) knows the law. If you make false claims in order to entice investors, its a crime for which the FBI is absolutely prosecuting. This product is a verafyible technology, therefore I have no doubt as to its existence. Now the marketing and roll out is a different story. Don't think there are not investors here that would follow up with complaints. There are many high dollar investors, some of which are in management circles. I can only assume everything possible will be done to accomplish success.
I agree, will be interesting to see this happen. By the way, can you please send one message to change your number of posts. Lol
You guys must be east coast, considering the early morning posts. Anyway, shout out from the westside! I'm trying to rationalize why this is sitting on the launchpad with smoke billowing out from the engines. I believe the press releases, otherwise you'd see this unfolding on American Greed. I'm definately in good and long, and trying to comprehend how this isn't getting snatched up expeditiously. Is there confusion with marketing? or are things playing out as planned behind the scenes? Maybe I'm just being selfish hoping for an early retirement far from here. Sure sounds like a solid product with one hell of a solution to a current ongoing problem. Just sayin......
Not only am I not short, I'm not a penny trader In general. I was turned on to VLDI last year, and I believe this is the right product at the right time. Therefore confidently jumped in. If this goes as expected, good times ahead. As I'm writing this, the news just indicated Starbucks hacked. Imagine that.....
If a buyout were to occur, am I wrong to think that if you own stock your in, and if your just waiting for stock price to rise and revenue, you're out? I assume the negotiated price considers currently owned shares, and I would guess trading would stop prior to making this public, preventing continued accumulation. Is this accurate? Just curious considering history.....
This is totally doable, and imo this will come to fruition very rapidly when it happens. We'll all watch it happen, once that solid major marketing event comes out. End of June maybe? Some legitimate insight would be nice. I'm optimistic until end of summer, then.......
What I'd like to hear by the end of June, is a press release / major marketing event indicating the app stores prerequisite that all app developers integrate Validian, which is required for approval. And all existing apps have a 30 day deadline for integration.
Is this expecting too much? Sounds reasonable and achievable to me.....
Agreed, and I choose Shortround and clutch for my dodgeball team. I do enjoy the conversation and interest, and I got a good laugh today. I'm skeptically optimistic, but fo sho shizizzle long....
I think those estimates are pretty accurate regarding shares held per shareholder in an earlier post. I'm optimistic and definately holding long. This thing is on the verge of something big imo...... I wish we had more insight into the strategy and realtime progress.
Question! If there is a negotiated buyout in process, does trading freeze??? How does that work?
I think the lack numbered investors is due to not knowing what's out there. Also, I'm sure there are many who are afraid of penny scams and Ponzi schemes. Fortunately these cases are investigated and prosecuted these days.
I just had a whole bunch of app updates, at what point will they be for Validian implementation? Soon I hope, considering the banking and medical apps I use daily.
The good thing is that these technological claims are varafiable, which leads me to believe this is a sensible investment. IMO I expect this would move north very fast in the near future based on the recent interview that indicated the upcoming press release...... Will be impressive to see it happen.
Clutch, your comments and input are welcome. I'm quite optimistic based on technical claims, and anxious too see what the next few months brings during roll out. I'm not quite as technically competent as shortround, however I'd like to hear additional input from those longsters...
Lol, that's what I meant. I would guess confirmation of numerous end points should move this thing north.
Quiet before the storm?
I get the skepticism, and frustration. But if your not an investor with VLDI, why spend so much time spewing negatism? I am an investor, based on the appearance of the technology, however it does appear risky which I knew when I got in.

Canadian banks balking at Apples terms for implementing Apple Pay. Interesting enough, one of those concerns are security.
$VLDI, Canadian company, with many Canadian contacts.... Just saying!
I could see VLDI as the "app standard" security if we can get swift implementation. I really don't have much of an opinion anymore. I don't know if ripping off the bandaid is where we are at this point, however optimism is difficult given the current progress. I'm sure there are a lot of high roller investors much smarter than me whom Bruce does not want to let down. I hear a lot of complaining about the amount spent and I get it. However, think of the bigger players, some of which I'm sure are his colleagues. Unless they skimmed larger investment groups, diluting the individual loss, I'm sure there is some friendly major skin in the game.
I think the news was in acewhitetails message. I hope big companies would want to buy vldi for the technology regardless of end points, although I completely understand the value of the end point.
Clearly someone knows something we don't. Regardless, a move in the right direction is all I care about.
I genuinely believe there is a lot of marketing going on behind the scenes, not to mention accountability amongst his colleagues and investor friends. I don't think he is going to allow this opportunity to fail, especially considering the prime market.
We are just in the dark and don't know what steps are being taken, which I suspect is the frustration here. However if I were one of the original investors from many years ago, I think I'd be a bit frustrated. I don't doubt the public claims and I'm reserving negative comments until the end of the year.
It's absolutely a ripe market, and something must be festering as we speak. We're just currently in the dark which is a bit unsettling for some. Again, based on past successful business development and sales, I would speculate there is something coming to fruition.
I completely agree with that entire statement! That could very well be in the works, if his past is any indication. But yes, time for activity / movement.
Looking back, I'm curious if this channel partner implemented VLDI security software in their product, and if in fact is currently being used at the major banks as indicated? Playing devils advocate, I was looking back at press releases where the product was rolled out in 2013, but $0 income two years later. Do they have to indicate if they even bring in $500? Or are they required to indicate revenu after the 40m cost to develop recovery?
I still believe this is the right product at the right time, but common sense tells me if something BIG doesn't happen in the next four to six months, my interest is gone. Although with Bruce's previous success, I don't think someone would risk wire fraud by making fraudulent claims. The FED's pursuit this stuff now, which is one reason I still believe the claims to be legitimate. Something good should happen very soon IMO.
I wonder how lacoon measures up to Validian....

Anyone have any info on the app integration? Would this be specific to an individual app developer, or complete (all apps used on a particular platform) integration into either Android or Apple, or both?
Lasers, was this just approved 3/27/15? I would assume they're in the process of assigning the patent number?
Thanks for the info....
I second that! I believe there is a lot going on behind the scenes that we are unaware of. What was advertised within all the recent press releases is very signifficant.
Shortround, I think that was you regarding the labs. Could you elaborate on my question posed to Surwin regarding the mobile labs.... Thanks in advance.....
Surwin, did you say you actually saw one of their Mobil labs in person? And if so, where and what was the experience? Was it just a video indicating the installation process, with an explanation of how the protection works? Just curious.
Looks like Yahoo getting in on end to end email encryption. As well as blackberry working on a secure tablet after purchasing secusmart.

Does anyone know if this product is being recognized by any of the big players in the field? Im not in the software business, so I'm just curious if anyone in the field hears any buzz on what VLDI has to offer?
Definitely CES and Mobile World Conference would have been an ideal place for VLDI mobile labs....
Right!
I'm new on here, and although I'm in, I do weigh the risks v benefits considering the timeframe and cost to complete this product. I'm confident rollout and claims to be legitimate. and these claims are huge!
But I'm curious as to why someone with no confidence in a product, or any vested interest would spend so much time for so long basing or making negative comments?
I can go on, but what do I know......
Just an opinion...., based on recent ongoing demand due to relentless cyber attacks, recently legitimate channel partners, and recent technological achievements.
This could flop, and you can then say told you so. I don't care, it was a calculated risk I made as I believe this is the right time for this company. I can only hope there is much going on behind the scenes.
Again, based on roll out, cellular and app integration, it would appear by summertime we should have a better direction of where things are going. I'm hopeful and wish them luck.
Cautiously optimistic........
I am convinced this is legitimately up and running, with claims totally legitimate. I wasn't around two, three or five years ago, however I can understand the frustration over this time period. It appears this is a one of a kind product with extreme potential. Too many wire fraud investigations with many prosecutions these days. I don't believe the signifficant claims here to be fraudulent, just doesn't make sense. As someone mentioned earlier, it's on the launch pad.....I'm sure there is a lot of marketing and sales occurring as we waste time going back and fourth here.
I do have a question...... If there were ongoing negotiations for a signifficant buyout, Is there ever indication, or you just better be in at the time of purchase? IMO, big things by summertime....
I have the same question Dr.... What is your opinion on your investment, and are you in/out, or just participating in dialog providing your opinion?
