Didn't try to time the ups and downs on it, but did take a 10% gain for a schooch over $1500 profit today by selling at .89 -- I know, I know, I let a lot of cash go, but, I'm happy with the profit versus a loss, as I have suffered on plenty of other penny plays - lol.
Well, that was on the e-mail I received from Liberty.

Apparently, skymark and liberty are the same company using different names to reach people.
This is the same e-mail sent by "Liberty Analytics" this evening.
Too bad it isn't ONEV technology involved here:
http://biz.yahoo.com/ap/090311/tec_apple_ipod_shuffle.html?.v=10
The technology is being called VoiceOver, which actually is trademarked by a company called Voicebrook:
http://www.voicebrook.com/101.asp
You mean like spelling it 'Moble' as you did???
You think a toll-free number would be cheaper than a regular phone line??? Not from what I know.
You're bizarre in reading into posts things that aren't there simply to fit your agenda of dumping on other posters.
So BT is going to be the next company pitched as interested in ONEV.
It was my original question, and I didn't mean Tracfone. I am, and have been, quite aware of tracfone...in fact, it was I who first posted the link on here when you wouldn't divulge the name of the pre-paid company interested in ONEV. Keep your condescension to yourself.
Frankly, if this ever gets back to .023, where sits my average, I would be happy at this point!!!
I'm in the same range as you...with avg. of about .023, so there still is a quadrupling that I need to breakeven.
Not really American...part of the Telmex empire. American: Sprint, Verizon, ATT...
Veno: serious question, if MTNL and Telmex like the tech so much, why are American phone companies not demonstrating such grand interest in the product???
Actually, you can try to equate the two prognostications, but doing so is a bogus exercise. In the older estimate, .92 million was forecast over a two-year period. In setting that estimate, however, there never was a breakdown that x number would be achieved in y period of time and that .92 million - x would be achieved over the course of two years minus y period of time. Thus, your suggestion that the 300K estimate for the first year is 150K, or 33.3% [I know you said 35%, but that's slightly off] less than a 450K estimate lacks any basis in fact. There never was an estimate given that 450K of subscribers would be obtained in the first year. The question for ONEV is whether it still believes that .92 million subs will be gained within the first two years of service launching. If they stand by that prognostication, then the 1-year estimate just provided actually gives some better insight into the numbers, and better ability to do some rough numbers for revenue. Remember, when the .92 estiamte over the first two years came out, many here complained (rightly so) that such a broad-based estimate failed to give any visibility to nearer-term revenue impact. I have no problem with the nearer-term-focused estimate of 300K, especially if ONEV stands by or would increase the 2-year estimate previously provided.
Actually, the listing shown on here was a corporate document filed with the secretary of state, and the requirement for filing that document has nothing to do with being a pink sheet company -- they had to make that corporate filing, by law.
That's a bummer...I don't see that number coming back anytime soon. Sorry bout that. I was just hoping to turn the $1K into $3-4K, which still would have been less than your .009 - miracles do happen, though, so let's hope for one for you! GLTA
Well, I only put in $1K at .0019, but this increased A/S caused me a rather sizable haircut, percentage-wise, already; but, for $1K, we'll just have to see how it all turns out. I hope there aren't a lot with sizable investments of more than $K at prices too much north of .002! GLTA
Yeah, I really didn't have much to say in the last month, and didn't really have free cash to invest to talk about averaging down. I've been sitting on more than 2.5 million shares for longer than I care to think about with my avg being around .022, so I'm definitely skeptical about ending up positive at this point!
Calculating today's trading at an average of .0035, the total amount spent, with volume of 12,000,000 still is only $42K. Need a good amount more of dollar volume to come in to move this up to the penny range.
I'm glad that some here had the money to buy lots down at the low-low levels, but I didn't have the cash to do so, after the amount that I already have invested. My cost average remains where it was before, and that's down around .022. That being said, I am glad to hear the launch to India is transpiring, and now we just need clarification on several other fronts:
1. Revenue from India, when does it begin?
2. When will Telmex sign the contract?
3. Once Telmex signs the contract, when will the broader launch and revenues commence?
4. What will happen with the old financiers, the stock and the new financiers?
Congrats to those who bought, and those who may flip!!
Did you listen to the call and hear how he dodged that question when it was asked the last call??
Don't you get it: many of us BELIEVED, past tense, in what Dean said, when this stock still was at least over a penny. Now that it's so sub penny that it's nearly scraping the ocean floor, many of us simply have stopped believing a word Dean says. We are here because once the price dropped to a certain level, making our shares nearly worthless, we have kept hoping that somehow, someway, Dean might actually come through with ONE major promise, to help salvage some value for our investment. Obviously, what once was hope that eventually turned into a wing and a prayer, now has diminished even further, and I don't deny that some would call it irrational, but there really are those of us who stayed in ONEV because of what Dean said would happen, and that it would happen at certain, specified points. You absolve Dean of any responsibility, and continue to buy buy buy, according to what you post here. Well, perhaps your investment resources are limitless, but many of us have put in all that we would, could or care to, and now we sit and wait...as for the eventual launches you and Dean prognosticate, WHO CARES??? We are investors in a STOCK; if the technology launches, but the valuation of the stock is garbage, then the launch is meaningless. Dean helped to create this situation with the stock, but you refuse to apportion any responsibility to him. If the stock launches and this gets back to a penny, I will not be cheering, because I will still be significantly underwater. As stated, not everyone has money to keep pumping into this; even Dean himself apparently doesn't, as he acknowledged that he has no intention of buying any stock on the open market. It's even more enlightening that at this point, at this valuation, that Dean still won't throw even $5K into this stock. But, you continue to defend him to the hilt, and he will continue to reward you with your free MV products!!!
Oh, c'mon, morley, stop acting the part of apologist for Dean. I accept full responsibility for my investment decision. If one adopts your naive investment perspective, however, there there can never be ANY fraud in the "penny" stocks, because they, by definition, are high risk-high reward, and everyone who invests deserves all losses they suffer, irrespective of the deceptive conduct of a CEO, whether fraud in the legal sense or simply in the moral sense. Well, that simply isn't true.
I never cease to be amazed at how you and veno continue to remove any burden from Dean's shoulders for the price of this stock. Your forgiveness suggests something more at play by you, to the same extent that people like SBB who continually berate the stock on unfounded bases suggests something more at play by them. At the rate of conintued investment that veno has suggested he makes, he should own half of the available outstanding shares by now.
I accept whatever losses I eventually sustain. At the same time, however, to absolve Dean of responsibility, and to constantly pass that responsibility off on the "customers" is exactly the type of pom-pom behavior that CEOs like him encourage. You really believe he is worth the nearly HALF A MILLION DOLLARS salary that he gets????
HAHAHAHAHA
That same "thanks for nothing" goes out to Deano in spades...he has kept this company alive just long enough to get people like myself to average down based on his promises, only to have it all end up worth nothing!! He fought LJC not to protect the shareholders, but to protect himself and his own interests. He was shrewd, in knowing that if he allowed LJC to succeed in its attempts to spiral the company downward on debt conversion that his career bank would be fresh out of cash, and no other investors would plunk down the money to enable him to earn those salaries he has for year after year after year. I only regret that I believed in him and thought that he personally was legit as a CEO.
You have stated a million times that we may get a surprise, an announcement, a PR, an 8-K, a this and a that, all about the launch...problem is, you have been touting this for over a year now, so you're prognostications about a surprise carry as much water as a mirage oasis.
A letter like that does NOT establish, or even lend to creating establishment of, liability. AT BEST, such letters affect, where applicable, a party's ability to claim that such infringement was not willful, as the determination of willfulness affects the level of damages that potentially may be recovered by the plaintiff in such an action.

You have no idea what you are talking about when it comes to patent lawsuits.
I do like the tagline: "The Weapon of Voice"
Cee, what we DON'T know, and what the raw numbers do not show, is the ramp up TOWARD those numbers. Those numbers reflect the anticipated full-scale revenue projections, but will it take the full two years to get to that point? How much revenue will be generated from month-to-month UNTIL achieving the full-scale numbers????
"As of September 30, 2008 the outstanding principal amount owed to the Investors is $2,288,271 Interest accrued on the outstanding principal is $170,563 as of September 30, 2008."
"At September 30, 2008, the Company had warrants outstanding that allow the holders to purchase up to 275,906,909 shares of common stock."
"In 2006, the Company signed a deployment contract with the residential group within TELMEX for deployment of One Voice's MobileVoice solutions to the over 19 million TELMEX subscribers throughout Mexico. The MobileVoice service was launched to TELNOR subscribers, a TELMEX subsidiary, in October, 2007 as a TELNOR branded service called IRIS. For information on IRIS visit http://www.yosoyiris.com or http://www.telnor.com. The MobileVoice (IRIS) service has tested and performed very well as anticipated. We are working closely with TELNOR to ensure the IRIS service is very successful and the feedback to date has been very positive. We are now working with both the residential and small, medium business (SMB) groups within TELMEX to coordinate a national launch for IRIS in both groups. During the past few months TELMEX has conducted focus groups to evaluate several factors including consumer willingness to contract the IRIS service, price points and existing and potential new features. From these focus groups TELMEX has discussed with the Company the desire to launch the IRIS service nationally bundled with their mass consumer calling packages and including a new feature. We have updated our proposal to TELMEX to incorporate a bundle and the development of the new feature and we anticipate approval shortly. The revenue generated from of a national launch with TELMEX is expected to have a material impact on the Company."
"In October 2007 both the Company and Mantec Consultants ("Mantec") entered into a contract with Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd. ("MTNL") of India to provide MobileVoice services to MTNL's over 6 million subscribers. Mantec is One Voice's local sales associate in India. MTNL is owned and operated by the Government of India. The Company and Mantec are currently working on deployment of hardware and systems integration with MTNL. According to MTNL, the MobileVoice service will be made available to MTNL's existing 6.13 million subscribers for MobileVoice email by phone service and the total expected customers for this service is .92 million within the first two years. MTNL has set the monthly subscription price of $1.25 USD monthly per subscriber out of which the Company has a 30% share. We anticipate the MTNL revenue stream to grow as we launch additional MobileVoice services including voice dialing, group call and voice-to-SMS services. In order to expedite the launch with MTNL we decided to initially launch email by phone and the revenue projections given by the marketing department of MTNL reflect the email by phone service only. We anticipate this revenue projection to grow as additional MobileVoice services are launched to MTNL subscribers. MTNL is currently testing our service and we anticipate a national launch in Q1, 2009. The revenue generated from this launch with MTNL is expected to have a material impact on the Company."
Delayed into 2009 on MTNL - possibly until March 31, 2009?
"Both One Voice and Intel have jointly presented our voice solution to several MID OEM's and we have initial confirmation that our software will be bundled on a major OEM's MID. The launch of a voice controlled MID is a high priority for this OEM but is contingent on the success and adoption of their current MID offering in the market. If their MID proves to be successful then we see an opportunity to launch a MID that utilizes voice control with this OEM and potentially other OEM's as the MID market matures and service providers launch MID devices to their subscriber base."
Backing off the mids!
"The Company has recently obtained a commitment by our existing investors to continue to fund the operations until such point that our revenue generation exceeds our monthly cash expenditures. To that point and given the current economic environment we are reducing all expenses in order to ensure our success. We have been discussing a funding with new investors since Spring 2008 and we are reviewing a new proposed term sheet and potential agreement which may or may not happen. The Company is acting in the best interest of the shareholders to maximize value and minimize dilution to the shareholder base."
Backing off the funders!
"The Company is currently in default of a portion of the following Convertible debt financing agreements as of September 30, 2008:
Principal balance
Entered into Maturity Date in default
------------ ------------- ----------
March 17, 2006 March 17, 2008 $250,000
May 5, 2006 May 5, 2008 $108,000
--------
Total $358,000
The Company is currently negotiating an amended maturity date with investors in default and feels confident that the either the unconverted balance will be converted in the near future, or the maturity date will be extended."
"Onev has until tomorrow midnight to file"
Not true. ONEV has five calendar days from the due date; the 10-Q was due November 14, 2008, which was 45 days from the end of the quarter (remember, there are 31 days in October). Thus, the 10-Q is due by the end of today.
http://www.secfile.net/SEC_calendar.htm#General_filing_deadlines
Being free of coercion does not equate necessarily with being free of enticement and inducement. Dean has done plenty of both. You are offering a rather simplistic view of responsibility that essentially would enable ANY penny stock CEO to escape blameless when shareholders lose all their money due to a constant stream of broken and unkept forecasts and projections.
He did NOT state, however, at what point in the two-year growth phase the MTNL revenues would lead ONEV to breakeven!!
Of course you are...you are ALWAYS buying. RIIIIGGGGGGHHHHTTTTT.
The launch to MTNL has been upcoming for over a year.
And there's nothing that says it will be launched AS Iris.
lol - apparently so, in SBB's world.
SBB:
That Toshiba link has nothing to do with anything pertinent to this stock, the company, the use of ONEV's technology, or anything else relevant. BUT, you already know that! It CERTAINLY has nothing to do with the use of ONEV technology in the United States (such as with Tracfone).
It produced it months and months ago when you put Iris in the search bar. It's that simple. I did it.
That has been there for MONTHS. It was there since the launch with Telnor, actually, cause I did searches of the Telmex site at that time with the same result. The key would be seeing a link to the TELMEX site.
