Is this company still operating?
By now I assume everyone has seen that both https://www.co-signer.com and https://www.crossclickmedia.com redirects have been cleared. For months they linked to the Otay Ranch little league football team. Over the weekend they were redirecting to a Velcro and cable tie company in the USA. What do you make of this?
Apologies to folks who thought my last post was "news." Truth is I tried posting the same information months and months ago when it still showed last season, but my attempts were deleted almost immediately. I found it merely by using Google.
How come https://www.crossclickmedia.com/ redirects to kids' football team? Adding the 's' to 'http' pulls up this page: https://otayranchbroncos.com/
Weird.
Does anyone agree XCLK's co-signer website looks much improved?
Was the facebook page deleted?
Surprise! FFAGA's FEC report is late. http://docquery.fec.gov/cgi-bin/fecimg/?C00555862 Numbers for the second half of 2015 were Due 1/31/16.
Insiders are waiting for 0001s. There's no reason to change course short of halted trading. The weakest hands will eventually sell, but I think most of us are comfortable with the risk of loss vs. Long term gain. So, we stand still.
You may have my 100M proxy as well.
"CrossClick Media Affiliate Network is currently in its beta phase and is expected to be released soon."
I can't find VotersForHillary or VapeNation referenced on the Cross Click website any more.
A treasurer is the only person required to establish a superpac.
If the superpac paid a fee, it would be after 6/30. I don't remember seeing a fee to xclk in the superpac's FEC filing. They have to disclose every dollar that goes out the door.
It's concerning if affiliates cannot log in to access their account/control panel.
I've decided if the ~300M on the ask gets sold, then I'm averaging down.
I was being sarcastic, but what's really going to happen is the current president is going to leave to run Voters for Trump and Hershel is going to leave to be treasurer for Voters for Bernie, and then we're gonna pump this bltch back up to 3 pennies.
I've got it...
Telepoint bought XCLK and VFH then contracted with Telepoint...so Hodgins wouldn't be lying if he said they're no longer working with Xclk, and of course they weren't up to the task, which is why they had Telepoint. What's really happening tomorrow is Xclk/telepoint are going to buyback before the 10k then sell on the run after so that then they can pay us a dividend. Brilliant!
I've read his treasurer filings and I know HE is not up to the task.
Deal. :)
Jim Hodgens was actually the president of Cosigner before becoming treasurer of VFH. He's got his own problems investing superpac funds in small caps.
Maybe Herschel can help with the superpac filings, cause they're a mess. http://docquery.fec.gov/cgi-bin/fecimg/?C00555862
I can't believe I'm the only one who reads these.
That is correct. But, does anyone know if there is a person affiliated with the superpac who has any political experience? The only decisionmaker I can find is the treasurer (the only person a superpac needs to organize), and he's a real estate guy and the former president of cosigner.
The superpac put out VFH fundraising numbers through 6/30. Cross click could not have raised more than what was claimed there and it was paltry. The superpac will not have to update the public again until 1/31/16.
Incorrectly. You can read them for yourself.
Seriously, am I the only one doing DD on the FEC side?
I disagree.
I've seen a lot of these filings and this one is...different.
They have to file with the FEC and they still have ignored the deadlines the FEC has given them to correct deficiencies in their past 2 filings.
I agree.
I think at this point though I'm in for the long haul. If it hits 0.0001's I probably even buy to lower my basis. In for a dime; in for a dollar on this one. Maybe not the best strategy, but--at these prices--I'll wait.
He is and has been the SuperPAC treasurer: http://docquery.fec.gov/pdf/914/15950871914/15950871914.pdf#navpanes=0
This is a hypothetical, but how would everyone feel if the money VFH has "raised" and was lent to Finik Capital was then used to buy Cosigner or invest in XCLK, "small caps"? That's not too speculative is it. The superpac is paying Ault for strategic advice.
If the superpac folds, there's NOBODY to repay and NOBODY responsible for repaying debts. It's just 'oh well'.
Some of us have both eyes open.
Just Google: http://www.getfilings.com/sec-filings/140415/Co-Signer-Inc_10-K/ex10_36.htm
That was a typo on my part. He was president of co-signer. I assume we were right on the other two? I cannot find any other officer of record for the superpac, just Jim the treasurer, which invests in Finiks.
Do I have this right? James Hodgins:
President of Cross Click
Treasurer of FFGA
Managing Member of Finiks Capital (company FFGA gives resources to for investing in small caps)
Shall I continue?
They made it official in today's 8k: http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=10838834
They've raised less than $30k total for VFH in 10 weeks using a high value list from Aristotle which cost $20,000. That might as well be nothing. And you won't see another FFGA fec filing until February.
Is that weekly, monthly, yearly?
Do you really want to become a mandatory reporter?
You know rcranga is pissing herself laughing right now.
Somebody make me an offer for 3% of the company.
Why is Cross Click lending money to FFGA, which is investing loaned money into small caps? Their $500k debt is up almost double from 1/1. Strategic consulting fees to Ault? Quarter $mil lent from an Enterprise rent a car VP...mostly to pay back other loans. There is a whole lotta incestuous stuff in there.
You're welcome?
FEC rpt is up and it is not good.
See for yourself: http://docquery.fec.gov/pdf/342/201507319000555342/201507319000555342.pdf#navpanes=0
There is no good reason why a simple campaign finance report hasn't been filed yet with the FEC.
This is a willful violation of 52. U.S.C. sec 30109. They already have a fast and loose DBA...if it's not up by COB Monday, expect consequences.
I reached out to the Super PAC's treasurer a few days ago to ask if they planned to file with the FEC on time--7/31. I also asked if they could share a ball park top line revenue number as of 6/30 (like to the nearest magnitude) which they should know by now. But, I have not heard back. That's too bad for XCLK because if the model is working, they'd have a new client.
