Doesn't matter anymore, still listed as "Dark or defunct" on OTC Markets, SEC is randomly suspending OTC stocks with volume that are not Pink Current.... guessing that is why the whole market is red

The paper certificate was cleared up at some point because I was able to exit some time ago when OTC Millionaire pumped this due to the guy that ran this had a few other of his companies being pumped. And I was able to buy back in and just sat on it until yesterday, I was able to exit again with no problem from TD. I saw on twitter, some folks were saying TD wouldn't let them buy in.
