It worked! ahahaha just kidding.
I hear you. All you have to do is look at the daily volume and the amount of shareholders.
We're buying and selling to ourselves IMO.
I don't think organic shareholders are gotten by just putting news out. They come in when they see others buying.
That's why when the buying happens it feeds other buying.
I think a lot of people want to buy, they just aren't ready yet.
The people buying at .01 will be the same people who didn't want to buy at .003.
It's psychology.
I just think people have to separate 'Stock going up or down" with the company being "good or bad".
Often times the OTC stock movements have nothing to do with how good the company is.
That's why you can find diamonds in the rough.
I'm not saying 2B OS and no profit is the best thing to see in a company.
But I don't think they're worth .003 either. I think they're worth more due to their assets and upcoming catalysts.
There's no doubt they will try to test .001-.003 region again.
Look at what happened when this was oversold near .003. Couldn't even make it past some of the moving averages.
Just not enough volume.
Because this is the OTC. I know of one other play in particular with a nice balance sheet and no interest. This doesn't trade like the big boards.
It's really simple.
Major material catalysts spike this.
Without that we stay where we're at and become at the mercy of traders.
This isn't going to slowly increase value over time like AAPL would.
So I think your concept of how the OTC works is very flawed.
Also why does it matter unless you're selling this instant?
I love seeing all of the awards and recognition from top magazines and articles all over the world. It reinforces the fact that many many smart people trust her and give her a ton of credibility. Still up big on RXMD from my .005 purchases. This will continue to go up on the long term curve that exists. Long term investors will win. Actually they already have.
Using that logic anything can be a scam and therefore no investment can be made in anything. That's saying the obvious. Unless you have proof this is irrelevant commentary.
"and in no way are we interested in depressing the value of our own investments or those of our shareholders. We don't want any of our shareholders to worry over the holidays about any reverse split"
Is that a lie in writing then?
I'll feel better when we start bidding in the .004s. If we can build a floor on .0043 we will have a nice pop IMO. I'm not a technical person but I think we're close. 2020 is the real magic anyways.
Yes it will. I'm seeing a lot of buzz on social media about an upcoming move. I agree with it. I think .03 was a bottom going forward. Just like .015 was a bottom 2 years ago. We have a new floor now.
If you do the math .26 (previous run) /.015 = 17.3x
So using our new floor: .03 x 17.3x = .52 cents
So if we just use a simple equation I get about 50 cent run coming in the next 3-6 months.
I think we go higher than that with enough momentum.
If they release cash flow positive news for the first time we get there easily. We're going to have a day of 100%+ in my opinion with that kind of news.
This has a chance to become the greatest OTC stock. Very few of these make it but this one is well on it's way to the big boards (Nasdaq). I think history will be made here beyond anyone's wildest imagination. What they have is a tremendous amount of real and growing revs. With an emphasis on shareholders to improve profitability among other things. The run to .26 in 2018 was a small hint/preview of what's to come. That was like getting the fired stoked. Dare I say over a dollar soon?
Well good luck because no one is selling at the moment. Odds are this goes higher first. If it goes to .0022 then so be it.
I want them but I'm not into playing games with shares on the ask. I would buy them and then there'd be another batch to follow. When those who are playing games decide to give up then I'll buy.
We're in good hands when it comes to any potential offers. They've stated before they worked too hard to let the company go for pennies on the dollar. It's either they get a really good deal or they go national and do it themselves. This would get a very nice premium though IMO.
This is amazing to see the progression. The crazy part is that their revenue growth will be more exponential/parabolic with the amount of M&A they have going on. The majors are watching them closely as they are taking away market share. The great state of Florida will no doubt highlight them in the near future. They are doing a lot of good and growing quickly.
Broke through 200 SMA easily. It’s no longer resistance. This is just the beginning of a larger run. The moving averages have been suppressed for 18 months. Those days are long gone. Now it’s time to breakout. 10 cents by EOY easily.
The seller at .0038 is a moron because the breakout takes place if they let those shares go. So by blocking the ask you block the potential of a nice breakout which makes no sense to me. If they want cheaper shares they're not getting them either because the stock isn't moving. So whoever this is, in my opinion, is just trolling.
First time over the 200SMA since July. This thing is gonna rock soon. Just getting started.
Wrong
The balance sheet I just read shows .25 is a short term target. Long term I have to up my personal target because of how fast they're growing. Here's the fun part. They may grow so fast someone scoops them up. I know they want to become a national brand but if they're really accelerating and the price is right this may be a buyout candidate. But short term .25 within the next 6 months at least. That's being conservative.
As of Sep 30, 2019 LIG Assets has a net profit of ($127,777). BGTV still has a slight YTD profit but continued spending on Digital Signage and Buck Lake Ranch as well as interest expense led to slight quarterly loss. Digital Signage is expected to produce meaningful revenues by the first quarter of 2020, and has signed its first major contract to begin in January 2020. The company has spent heavily on Site Planning, surveys, engineering, for ‘Bella Serra’ activities totaled roughly $150,000 through September. This investment activity is responsible for the increase in other non real estate debt. However the unrealized gains on certain assets as well as cash flow from digital signage and Brentwood lot sales should provide adequate debt coverage and payoff in 2020. The investment in Buck Lake ranch of $124,235 was capitalized on the balance sheet. Securing the development loan and potential pre-sales of lots in Brentwood TN will allow BGTV Direct to expand much faster and significantly increase profits. Once the real estate ventures begin generating revenues the company will add a ‘segment report’ to the published financials.
The 2018 results were adjusted upward by a small amount as a few interest payments were properly reclassified as principal and interest. As mentioned in the 2018 annual report the published 2017 numbers were materially adjusted as we continuously reviewed the transactions while converting to a common accounting software platform. The current general ledger should be a relatively easy audit for any PCAOB registered firm. The next technology step will be to install a general ledger with subsidiary accounting and consolidations. This will likely be first quarter 2020 and coincide with lot sales in Brentwood TN.
The company reiterates that management retains the right to repurchase stock at any time.
From what I'm reading in the summary towards the end, 2020 will be a great year.
This is the magic of M&A and all of the great employees at Progressive Care. They are proving out the model and listening to shareholders. This goes much higher. This is straight up organic growth and improving ebitda.
The only question is if they RS now to rinse and repeat again. I don't think they will because the OS is still too small. So I think they pump it up again and then RS. Rinse and repeat.
Whoever is blocking .0038 I'm gonna just whale the shares off of that soon and break this out above .004. So you might as well just take them off the ask.
Does the gap at $10 get filled and then re-shorted down? Or does this never touch that $10 again?
Looking great to me. Nice consolidation with excellent support. Everything is pointing up. Stock has been depressed too long and for no reason at all. That spells short short squeeze soon.
All it will take is a senate vote on the safe act bill to pop all pot stocks Canadian and American. Doesn't even have to pass.
I just care about the stock price. It's not rose colored glasses. It's math. Too many shorts is a formula for a short squeeze even with so-so ER results.
You too bud. Let's see what happens but I like this one a lot. You have to be able to see the big picture no doubt.
One thing no one mentions is how other peers have performed post ER even with a flat ER. If you have a situation where the stock is beat down so much and you have a certain amount of shorts that can actually cause a nice pop on so-so earnings. So I wouldn't throw the towel out yet for this one folks.
Exactly that was my point all along. It's not a bad thing at all if used for the right purpose. There's just so much stigma associated with it that it's hard to convince people otherwise.
Oh.. ok.
It absolutely can. I'm with you 100%. It's simply a matter of how you look at the math. Lower OS but a higher uplisted price vs. larger OS and a smaller share price on OTC. If your thesis is long term it doesn't matter how you get to a larger exchange by the means. But yeah in the meantime of uplisting of course it can run.
I don't know what the caps are for. I brought up a legitimate question with regards to uplisting. I'm a long here.
Makes sense. I'm of the opinion that if done correctly, an R/S for purposes of uplisting to a major exchange, can be very wise. In fact there are many case studies on post uplisting and the effect/return. So I only bring it up in that frame of mind. I've done my research and I think the prospects here are excellent.
This is one of those plays where it's in the 'in between' zone. A solid business yet not at the point of uplisting yet and getting the share price appreciation it deserves.
It relies on people investing based on what they're reading about. Maybe that's better for longs who want in cheaper. I just don't know the ramifications of a lower PPS when it comes to funding.
Makes sense but how do you increase the PPS with the OS where it's at? I'm not worried about A/S only O/S.
Break of .0038 shoots this to .005 in my opinion
I've always been a watcher of this because of Instatrader. I've been accumulating since 10/28. Bought about 1.5M today. Average around .0036 now.
The only thing that concerns me is the OS count. Even with a excellent business how do they overcome that growing so much they need to RS?
What's your average?
Huge news! RXMD share price is severely undervalued on who our CEO is alone. We have the best of the best. This just might be one of the best and legendary OTC to wallstreet stories out there. The word gem to me now is underrated.
Thank you to the vets on here. Go RXMD.
