The Clock is ticking for Mantra? I don't know why it maters if investors are wary of carbon capturing projects. By the way, which investors? Name them. I want to know who is wary. My interest in carbon capturing is for the formic acid it will create for Mantras fuel cells. That is free fuel. I don't want Mantra buying formic acid when they can get it for free.
I want Mantra to put out the best product. I'll wait
"Japan reportedly has more electric charging stations than gas.
Tesla to release battery for the entire house."
"How long before infrastructure for non-Mantra technology becomes so advanced no one wants to invest in anything else?"
"Business 101"
Ladies and Gentlemen. Let me put your minds at ease. The Obama administration along with enviromentalists are at war with coal companies. I guarantee you the price of electricity is going up. I promise you. The EPA is already attacking coal mining and power companies using coal. There has already been a few power companies that have shut down. In the late 70's, President Carter was so scared about peak oil, LOL, that he made a change. Power companies used to use oil to produce electricity. Because of Carter coal was used. Half our electricity comes from coal powered power plants. Lets ask a logical question. If you are one of these greenies do you want to use a power source that is generated from the use of coal? If you need a power source do you want the cheapest power possible? If you answered yes to these questions then why would anybody use electricity from charging stations? Why would you buy something from Tesla if you need to recharge their products with electricity.
I don't know about you but this is common sense.
Business 101 LOL
There will be no need for an excuse for any delays because there won't be a delay.
Ecomike, since I am not an engineer I have no idea how long it will take to do testing and engineering to get a MVTG fuel cell into a car. The logical choice to me is some kind of bike. You mentioned golf carts and forklift as well. I would like to also see three or four wheelers as well. So many possibilities. Riding lawn mowers can be another market.
I'm not one of those people who is concerned about global warming. I know the Earth has gone through six or seven global warming and cooling trends over the life of the Earth without man kind doing a thing to it. I believe Scientist play with the numbers to get the results they want. However, I am more concerned about water pollution. I would like to see these fuel cells used in Jet Skis and other boats to prevent gasoline or oil or exhaust from entering our lakes and oceans. I think that would be another huge market for MVTG. Unlimited possibilities.
Another Green Day in Mantra-ville. That makes 8 green days in the last 11 days green.
I can't even make this stuff up.
Ecomike, about a month ago week we were speculating on what MVTG would use to present the fuel cell. We both were guessing it would be some kind of bike. If they do introduce their fuel cell to the world on a bike I am guessing they will need to do further testing before putting it into a car. If they do further testing how long do you think those tests will take before we see it in a car? Or is it possible that the fuel cell can be used in any vehicle right now? I am guessing that if they come out with some sort of bike that the fuel cell will be ready to go for the bikes used in Asia. I would love to see this presented in a car but I think at this stage the more logical guess would be some kind of bike. Especially after Larry spent so much time in Asia. A car maybe asking a bit much right now.
Patience Tyhub. First of all the day is not over. You will see a pick up in volume before the end of next week. Expect the negative comments from the usual here to increase before the fuel cell announcement.
You have an interesting way of turning Chicken Salad into Chicken you know what. Everyone is concerned that Larry isn't updating people and as soon as he does here comes a half hearted thank you with a "BUT". Keep throwing doubt out there. LOL
Ditto Jeff to what you just said. Been a long for over a year. Anyone who is long this stock would not say the things he says. He puts doubts in peoples minds. I am a big supporter of Larry. I have only had one complaint with him and that was my recent post where I mentioned his shareholder update where news would be out in January. I know that some times that a new tech will have delays and they want to make sure everything is perfect for the roll out. I just wish that Larry would have said February instead of January because you will have people criticize the company for many reasons. Just like they do when they report a delay in the 10Q. And it always comes out the next week. But they want to point out the negative. I predicted the stock may fall back to .15 because of a delay. I was dead wrong. The buying yesterday tells me the news will be out soon. Just my experience guided by common sense from years in the business tells me that.
Hey Larry, if you or anyone from Mantra ever wonder why people are selling shares it's because of this. You come out with a year end update and promise some news regarding the two techs. It's now the end of the month and investors do not see anything. Give us a reason to believe you the next time you put something out. For everyone looking to buy shares in this company DO NOT SLAP THE ASK. That is dumb. Put your bid in below the ask. People will be selling if no news by Monday. I can see this hitting .15 again if no news from Larry. Next time Larry don't promise something unless you are certain you can deliver. You have a few hours left before trading ends for the month. I hope that our confidence will not be shaken by your silence.
That's what Iv'e been pointing out for months.
Great analysis. That is something that Iv'e been thinking about. I think a 10% of the profit as a licensing fee is a reasonable expectation.
This is crazy. I don't care if they paid for it or not, directly or indirectly. This release may have brought new attention to our company. Attention is good. How much does a press release cost a company every time they report news? This may bring in more buyers. I can't believe this topic was even brought up. Actually, I can't believe it's still being discussed. This is silly. Larry, you're damned if you do damned if you don't. Be careful not to waste one cent on promoting the company because you will have people who will make something out of nothing and suspect foul play. To the team at Mantra you guys are doing a fantastic job. This year will be a profitable year.
Does anyone else here care if it was paid for or not?
Never found technical analysis very predictable when it comes to a penny stock. A blue chip of course, not a penny stock. Not saying it doesn't help. I look for fundamentals and new tech or products when it comes to penny stocks.
If it is a Tesla car instead of lets say an ecobike and it outperformed Tesla batteries, then all stock price predictions would have to be raised.
Mantra received grant money but it's not good enough for you. Do you always make a mountain out of a mole hole?
Well said.
The automobile market will certainly take longer with the engineering and testing needed. Those E-bikes and motorcycles in Asia are a perfect fit to get started. What makes this company so special is that they will have free formic acid for these fuel cells once the pilot plant is running. MVTG wont have to buy the formic acid. The only way I will buy a Tesla is if Mantra fuel cell is in it. Why buy an electric car when half the electricity produced comes from coal fired power plants and the EPA is going after them. I see higher electricity costs. Elon Musk would be smart to look into Mantra now.
Looks like a fun ride.
I was thinking the same thing but didn't know if anyone had heard anything. That market in Asia is enormous.
You are killing me with this technical analysis on a PENNY STOCK. Investors are not buying or selling MVTG based on technical analysis. I don't look at a penny stock like MVTG and decide whether I'm buying or selling based on technical analysis. Who cares if their is accumulation or distribution. We are all waiting for the fuel cell and pilot plant. GEEZ!
Does anybody have any idea what type of vehicle MVTG is using for this fuel cell. Are we going to see a golf cart, a three wheeler, or a motor bike of some kind?
Amen brother
The nice thing that is happening is that over the last month over 1.3 million shares has traded hands. We have a little consolidating going on until the fuel cell is introduced later this month. I doubt these buyers are here for a 20% gain and then they're out. They are long term buyers. Remember, Larry owns over 13 million shares out of the 70 million OS. I have not added up the shares owned by those working at MVTG. I also don't know the amount of shares that are owned by those on this board for example. But I do know is that I along with others I have brought on board are holding large blocks of shares. My guess and it is only a guess is that there is less than 20 million shares to be traded right now. If an investor comes in and wants to buy 100,000 shares look out. This consolidating is good.
I got to ask another silly question. Who cares? Every time there is a sell there is a buy. You can't sell shares without a buyer. I see a couple of weeks worth of consolidating happening here until the fuel cell is released. Over 1 million shares has TRADED hands over the last two weeks. I see it as 1 million shares of new buyers and getting rid of 1 million shares out of weak hands. Geez making a big deal out of nothing. Again!
Why do you need a to hear anything from Alstom or LaFarge? What is there to report? MVTG is working on a fuel cell powered by Formic Acid. Until the fuel cell is complete and MVTG is producing free Formic Acid from the pilot plant for the fuel cell what do you want them to say? Even if they said something what good would it do? All the investors in MVTG are investing in the future of this technology. I don't need to hear from Alstom or LaFarge. I can wait till the fuel cell vehicle and power plant are finished. In January we will all see whats happening with the two technologies. I am betting on Mantra.
They would if it's 144 stock
I have placed large All or None orders on other penny stocks before and noticed that the Bid and Ask never changed. All of those AON orders I placed were also limit orders.
I hope when this news is released that Larry gets interviewed on CNBC for mass exposure.
Has anybody heard about a date for the release of the fuel cell vehicle this month?
What will be curious is how the stock reacts when December gets here. A lot of investors for example will buy a stock leading into earnings and sell when the report comes out. It will be interesting to see if there is action in MVTG weeks before the vehicle release.
Bid and ask prices can change in seconds. As soon as there is a big order filled the ask volume could pick up and vice versa. But I do know what you mean. Remember something folks, only 70 million shares and Larry owns 13 million. There is not a lot of shares to be bought. As soon as that vehicle is announced this stock will shoot back up to .70 faster than before. But this time we will break a dollar.
I don't think you can. I found one in LPPI but because of a court case that stock is a few months away from moving. Now that is another great green stock. I don't know if there is one. One of my keys to investing is to look at the management team and who is coming aboard. The people joining Mantra are at the top of their field. I invested in MVTG thinking by the time their vehicle and pilot plant were completed they would have at least 100 million shares OS. They only have 70 million. Usually small companies like this burn through cash. This company is sitting pretty right now.
I agree. I'm not selling for tax loss purposes because most of my shares were bought under 20 cents. But some people do. I know what I own. I am comfortable with this stock. Iv'e been investing for myself and others for too long to be scared away from a gold mine. Ask yourself these questions people. Do you know what you own? If you do then there should be no reason to panic here. Has everyone here looked at the team that has been assembled at Mantra? If you have then there is no reason to panic. I'm going to buy more next week. I don't know what else to say. I see incredible value here and I love bargains in the stock market.
A lot of investors already sold shares for tax loss purposes like I said weeks ago. If you sell shares now you will have to wait 30 days before you can buy back into MVTG and still receive the tax right off. The vehicle may be out might then. If your intentions are to buy back in before the vehicle is announced it would be best not to sell for tax loss purposes. You can obviously buy back anytime you want but the 30 day rule for the tax right off would be bad at this point.
Nope. Iv'e had no problems
Hopefully by then I can buy a yacht to retire on from my MVTG investment powered by a Mantra fuel cell.
The FBI will be driving around in vehicles powered by Mantra fuel cells in less than 5 years.
I wrote in a post last month that I believed the stock was selling off due to tax loss selling and to expect the stock to hit 30 cents and to keep some powder dry to buy at that point. Some may disagree about the tax loss selling but I do know someone who did that. In my opinion the 30 cent level here is where we bounce. I expect the volume to pick up after Thanksgiving. We are weeks away from the vehicle. And don't forget January is a great month for low cap stocks. Mantra is about to make it's move.
