He doesn't need to own stock to be here. I whole heartedly support uzzy in his freedom to say what he wants here. I think it's absurd anyone should feel any different. If js and FDA were genuinely so certain about the fate of their shares the tone wouldn't be so defensive. They wouldn't be wasting there time on this back and forth. The reality is nobody knows jack except for the pr that has been released and what Mark tells us. It comes down to if you believe Marc, or all the evidence stacked against him and such a deal taking place. Uzzy at least Uzzy's point of view rests on a foundation of facts and not conjecture and hear say. That should be respected. No??

Must say this situation just ain't looking so good. However "deal" aside, there is a lil $ to be made if u can get in around the low to mid 2s as long as u keep it small. I'm sure it'll bounce back up to 4's at some point. At any rate gl to the longs. I was just sick of the waiting. Can't complain tho I made a lil dough off the dragon. Just don't have much faith in the "deal" unfortunately.

As per the October 7, 2014 press release that is correct that the equity which Silver Dragon owns in Sino-top is being sold and not SDRG.

We expect however to dividend those proceeds to the shareholders after shareholder approval by proxy sometime this year.

Marc shot me back an email, which was nice of him. He said It's an asset sale which will be dividend out to share holders sometime this year.

It was only $20 that pushed it there tho... But all around vol has been good as of late

Of course nothing is ever 100% . But givin this looming deal that I would luv to see go through, trading below 4s and even worse closing just under that (what I would have pegged as a new support) was not in my imagination. Nonetheless shit rarely does what is expected. Or else we would have a whole many more millionaires out there right? Please don't let this be a flop!!

I don't understand the taking everything personally. Shouldn't everyone's input be a good thing? Keeping a healthy objective point of view on anything you invest in is key no? IMO I got in just under 3 then some more close to 6 :( but that's because my funds took so long to clear and when they did I was afraid something might be announced soon so I bought more a little high. But it's all good cuz I didn't take profits in the 5s cuz I do personally believe something will be announced and hopefully that's the sale of dadi. Furthermore just looking at that 3 month chart.... Doesn't it look good. Can anyone honestly say that's a bad looking picture. Is the stock junk? Maybe, maybe not. The chart on the other hand suggests something is up.
