I think that is a little over-optimistic. I would be ecstatic for this just to get back over the post-split SP. Though even if the Audit doesn't reveal the most appealing information, it's completion could at least clear out the ambiguity and allow us to concentrate on the future.
Good post from the Facebook group:
In addition to Maxim reaffirming $15 target, this gives light on them taking AVXL as a witness, not a defendant:
"Here's some interesting information about SEC subpoena's. This quote is encouraging
"Receiving a subpoena is not an indication that the SEC thinks you have done something wrong. Most people are subpoenaed as witnesses, not as investigations' targets. The goal during this process should be to ensure that the witness remains a witness, and nothing more.""

That is the only fear, it does take ridiculously long to finalize audits in tough transition situations. The ambiguity is a killer, and obviously financials have not been doing the best for AVEW in the past. I am hopeful that revenue increases will lead to profitability and steady success. People are too short-minded when thinking about a stock like this, companies don't go from .0001 to dollars in a week, month, or year. This process takes a long time and takes trust, if people cannot do that, there is no reason for them to invest in stocks this small.
You're an idiot
Well, when you have to get financial information prior to your ownership, that is no easy task. You lose all emails, most online files and hard copies are easily lost. Not to mention the prior ownership ran this into the ground, and probably did not store records properly.
Not yet, I heard by tomorrow it should be all set. I am hoping for a dip so I can add a large chunk
I've got a buy order in to double my stake, no one is selling though... Good sign that the weak hands have all left
That is what happens with reverse-splits, 99.9% of them in pink stocks fall/go under. This is about surviving the fear and exit of many investors that did not want to hold through. If you do not believe this will succeed, then you have no benefit in being here and mindlessly bashing. I personally believe weaker hands folded and that we have reached a more stabilized position, that can easily increase with positive audits/earnings.
It appears to me that the post-RS fear has dissipated. I believe those who got scared sold and disappeared, and strong hands hold the majority of remaining shares. This is a long-term investment for myself and many others, keep in mind that we have survived the storm from the last couple years and have great potential once up-listed.
Agreed. This is the stock market, long-term investments are not about days or weeks, they are about years. It's tough with small stocks but if you own shares, bashing them does nothing but hurt you and the rest of us. I am hopeful that there will be continued progress that will allow us to uplist and grow.
Need everyone with Etrade to hold after their shares are made available. We really need to push to keep this over .01 to ensure up-listing will go through. After that, there will be much more awareness, and the rational trader will realize that going from such a rut to continuous profits is a tremendous increase. I don't expect millions in profits for at least another year or two, but realize that a penny stock profiting in the six-figure range is extremely rare.
Same, took a while but finally done. Now that people have access again, I hope it is a Hold/Buy crowd going into earnings.
That is my hope, if most of this is locked up. That will keep the supply small, and if results are strong then the increased demand can really push up the price.
I don't know why someone said today they would be released, every single time the earnings come out a bit late. I would expect end of next week, but i'm not as concerned with the time as the results. Don't lose faith this far in, going to be a lot of flux going on with results and settlement after the R/S.
Same issue here, consensus seems to be 15-30 days. Hoping when it clears people do not sell out of fear. R/S is completely dependent on the reaction it receives, holding for the long-run.
I'm more conservative on net profits, they had lofty goals and have struggled to meet them. I believe there will be profits in the 300K-600K range since costs are down without as many new acqusitions, which is great for a developing company. I will be very happy if they are over 500K net profits.
Not yet, I am not sure how this works through the R/S and Scottrade, but hopefully it will be available again soon.
I hope so. The bright side of the R/S allows more movement both positively and negatively and can show the impact of positive Audits and results. The next few months will be key, and I anticipate full 2015 results in March to be paramount in the future of this company.
I sincerely hope so, but I would temper expectations immediately following an RS. It scares a lot of people off, I am just hoping that committed longs control the majority of shares. We need this to stay at .01+ to uplist, and the real catalyst will require increased profits for Q2. AVEW is undeniably behind their aggressive goals, but they are undeniably showing improvements in creating higher revenue while mitigating costs.
What is going on with the RS? Scottrade still lists my old number of shares, but won't list a price or Total G/L, also cannot see Bid/Ask price. Marketwatch lists what appears to be the post-RS price, but cannot verify, any insight?
When should we expect Q2? I know it's generally been 45 days after, but we could use some news of more profits. Really want to see this thing hit past 3's again. I haven't heard of additional acquisitions, so there should be less cost holding back profit margins. Long 13 Months and counting
Just added another million shares. I like the improvements I have seen and bringing in profits is the best thing I have seen since looking into this stock. I have built up a lot of shares over the past year and am really hoping this can make serious progress in the next 6-12 months.
I agree in that sense, it is hard to believe all of these companies would join in with one that could disappear like it has been claimed. We shall see how it winds up, but at the end of the day if you want security, buy bigger stocks. For now we shall have to wait and see how everything lines up of positive news that has come out vs PPS negativity.
Are you waiting in line for those bids or is there a way you can jump ahead? I am hesitant to even place an order at .0001 with that many people ahead of me.
Well put, I also believe the fact that they are acquiring companies that are progressing well on their own works as a strong merge of capabilities. While some hate the ideas of monopolizing a market, it will benefit AVEW and all invested. I would love for them to take over the regional market and further expand. People posting here are too concerned over day-to-day changes(due to one tick being a significant change), but as with any stock, belief in the company's outlook and patience are the key in profiting.
Looking to be some great news, gaining more attention than just on the small boards. Keep strong and keep long folks
I noticed that as well. It is a little disheartening to see such avid supporters just disappear. Though I believe much of his insight was more hope and excitement rather than straight facts.
..expansion will really shoot AVEW off the ground.
I agree. As much is it can suck for one company to monopolize the market, it is nice to see how well this business model can work. Rather than hiring outside contractors to complete a large project, they just bought those companies and now have at cost labor while bringing in their additional revenue. Profitable financials and then
I would think with a low supply and (hopefully) increasing demand, that would be what shoots the PPS up. I am sure people will sell incrementally to secure profits and there will be exchanges. In the end it will be on the strength of the company to progress and bring attention to itself, which will therein help us all out.
Completely agree. I see a lot of extremist views that claim their opinions to be fact, but I am hoping that AVEW will prevail and move up. If someone will buy or sell simply by what another person says, they might be deserving of their fate. Ambiguity is a killer in this type of stock, so research and luck are your only allies here. I'm giving AVEW the benefit of the doubt and hoping it is worth my risk.
Yes, it is down from it's 52 week high, but you can't apply current value to the stock's maximum value, which may have been over-valued at that time on a short-term increase. Look at the stock compared to 8 months ago and it is up 400%. When looking at a stock you need to look into their core business model and only buy if you feel it has a chance to succeed that is worth the risk you put in. I agree that it is tough to invest with the inherent ambiguity in pink sheet stocks that are not required to present their financials. That being said I also understand that AVEW is trying to build itself up from the ground, and I believe that if leadership can follow-through with these acquisitions and avoid being sent under (i.e. GTAT via debt with AAPL), then they can truly succeed. All of this is opinion-based, and no one truly knows where this will be in 6-12 months. I respect your opinion and can completely understand having hesitation or even malice towards a stock that a risk-averse investor would cringe on. I personally believe that AVEW has a good enough risk/reward ratio to make it a plausible investment.
I think this needs to build over time, unfortunately with a stock this size, the minimal increases have huge gains and people want to take profits (can't blame them as I will want to unload some shares and guaruntee profits if it gets up to 6 or 7). AVEW will have to show strong movements and financials to really push this up. I have and a huge stake, and am buying in some more and hoping for it to soar in the next 3-6 months. Awareness is the other issue, it's hard to get attention to AVEW; I found out about this from random twitter feed on the MarketWatch page of a larger stock.

If you haven't seen it, some good quotes surrounding the potential and direction being taken from this. To me this is a definite foundation for long-term success, a strong base capital was in my opinion the missing key for success.
Do you know when this will be though? I would like to potentially buy in some more prior to that. I feel that 2-3 weeks prior to any announcement will come in just before the short excitement buys.
I believe it's fair to say that is the general consensus. Guarantee profits when it reaches a solid high and then hold on for the ride. Ideally I would like to wait until that would be less than 20% of my total shares. I love where the company is going, I just really want to see where AVEW stands in terms of Debt vs Revenue and annual profits. I'm behind the company and from my research see a bright future given hard work and a little luck.
Added another 4+ million shares today at 4. Now i'm hoping for a blast off in the coming weeks and a long hold into some serious profits.
I'm trying to get another bit in as well. Have some unsettled funds but hoping that the price will remain at 4 until then. I think AVEW has great potential, and will succeed incrementally over time. I expect strong bumps relative to the size in the next month or two, and after that probably a more stable rise over time.
More attention is good attention. Is there any set time frame for when we can see what the added revenue may total to and find a more narrow forecast of the future for AVEW?
I like a lot of what i've been seeing through the past month and I bought in a couple weeks ago, and am considering adding to that. My main consideration is that if we do see this stock price increase, what time frame would this reasonably fall under?
I am aware that these processes are gradual. Do any of you think we may see a sufficient boost in the next week or two or if there may be a longer period of fluctuation prior to a substantial increase? My plan is to long this stock and add to my shares as I believe the direction is progressive and the economy/market demand for these products given the location may provide great opportunity.
