Reasonable Doubts
http://www.stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard/v.rle/ridgeline-energy-services-inc?postid=21648672
There are couple of sayings that I believe the readers of this bullboard would do well to remember...."Those who cannot remember the past are doomed to repeat it..." ....and that old favorite , "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me." .If you do not believe in the management of a company , you would be wise not to own any of it. Here is some help for anyone wanting to do a bit of due diligence on Mr.Dennis Danzik and his time as the CEO of Solverdi Worldwide, the last company he ran. The receiver's reports are quite eye-opening. Draw your own conclusions.
Firstly: a news release three months before the company was put into receivership http://www.asx.com.au/asx/statistics/displayAnnouncement.do?display=pdf&idsId=01030381
The initial Receiver's Report http://www.asx.com.au/asx/statistics/displayAnnouncement.do?display=pdf&idsId=01058125
The Final Receiver's Report http://www.asx.com.au/asx/statistics/displayAnnouncement.do?display=pdf&idsId=01096699
there are many press releases and filings available regarding Solverdi on the ASX site below if you want to research the story a bit more...search the years 2009/2010 under the symbol "SWW".... http://www.asx.com.au/asx/statistics/announcements.do?by=asxCode&asxCode=sww&timeframe=Y&year=2009
You may notice that there are some startling differences between the "futures so bright!" claims by management in press releases and the reality found by the receiver.....you may find yourself saying "deja vu all over again!"...or was that Deja II?...oops
Disclosure....i was long and deep RLE for years until the recent mass resignation of independent directors caused me to believe that it was time to get off the boat, due to the fact that i don't trust the new captain without strong oversight. Oversight that i just don't believe is there anymore.

NORTH LAS VEGAS -- After nearly two hours of pleading for the City Council to give them a second chance and pledging that medical waste will never again be buried on their property, time ran out for US EnviroMedical Corp.
The City Council revoked the company's business license Wednesday night, following testimony by an eyewitness who said he saw medical waste being buried in US EnviroMedical (US Med's) yard at 3890 Walnut St.
Mark Zalaoras, chief deputy city attorney, presented the council with 12 exhibits of evidence detailing what he said clearly showed that US Med violated the conditions of its business license.
In its original application for a business license, Zalaoras said US Med officials stated that the company would not store medical waste on its property and that refuge would be recycled on the same day it was picked up.
Zalaoras presented police photographs of pallets loaded with plastic containers in US Med's yard that were full of hospital sharps including glassware, plasticware and syringes.
Keith Jay, the state certified environmental manager who supervised the excavation of US Med's 15,625-foot yard last month, testified at the "show cause" hearing before the council that soiled hospital gowns, empty blood bags, syringes and IV tubing were also dug up.
Jay said the hole, excavated by Environmental Technologies of Nevada Inc., measured 62 feet long and ranged from 12 to 35 feet wide and 12 to 23 feet deep in some areas.
Environmental Technologies is a subsidiary of Silver State Disposal Service, a company that is a competitor with US Med for the lucrative medical waste business. The two companies are presently suing and counter suing each other over allegedly attempting to steal each other's customers.
An estimated 500 tons of dirt containing illegally buried medical waste was removed and trucked to the Apex landfill, 19 miles north of Las Vegas.
"This was not the first time US Med has dumped waste," Zalaoras said. "On Sept. 24, 1997, 100 cubic yards of trash was dumped on an adjacent property. All items (presented to the council) are a matter of public record."
Zalaoras said Ben Bean, vice president and general manager of US Med, dumped used intravenous bags, syringes and respiratory tubes on the vacant lot.
Former employee Brian Olinger said he saw another employee bury medical waste in US Med's yard in November 1997. He said the company engineer said Dennis Danzik, the former chief executive officer at US Med, told them to bury it.
"I'm the most pro-business and pro-growth mayor...," Mayor Michael Montandon said. "But US Med has shown very little respect to us as a city. I feel I and my colleagues up here have been shown very little respect."
"I'm totally irritated," an angry Councilman William Robinson said. "North Las Vegas is not a dumping ground for US Med or anyone else."
Even Michael Simmons, the interim CEO, couldn't sway the council to believe that US Med had cleaned up its act. New management recently installed outside surveillance cameras and instituted weekly tabulations of medical waste arriving and leaving the premises. But none of that impressed the council.
"I smile at the idea that you are going to put surveillance cameras in," Councilwoman Stephanie Smith said. "It's no mystery who buried the waste."
US Med's attorney, Steven Barringer, was visibly shaken and stunned following the council's decision to revoke the company's business license. He said the company would have to regroup and decide what it wants to do.
Barringer said US Med wants to stay in Nevada, even though it can no longer operate at its present location.
One option would be to obtain a court order overturning the council's decision. Barringer wouldn't say whether US Med planned to attempt that legal maneuver.
"I'm satisfied that the council took the appropriate action, considering the amount of evidence we had," Zalaoras said. "I've been an attorney in North Las Vegas for 12 1/2 years, and I believe we only revoked three (business) licenses."

Sorry I have not posted enough for you. Remember when Bobwins made us a mint with True Religion? Or Aspen? Enough of this character assassination. Dear shareholders
Please review the parties involved in Monument Mining and the people who are taking over our company by way of private placements.
The lack of disclosure, lack of integrity, lack of due diligence in protecting shareholders can only lead any person reviewing this material to conclude this is a scam.
More specifically, Robert Blacklock indicated in Dec. 15, 2011 news release an urgency to secure financing to close the Mengapur Project. The deal closed without the financing in place.
More troubling is the sell to a control person by way of a private placement of 140 million shares at $.50 and and a one share warrant for 3 years at a cost of $.70 a share. If warrants are exercised Tullum will own 80 % of Monument mining with Goldmet having another related party having the balance.
Once these transactions are completed Robert Blacklock, Francois Marland and two other directors of Yukon Nevada will own over 90 % of the shares, all purchased or scammed at the expense of the existing shareholders.
The biggest issue is this so called transfer of wealth is done by related parties Robert Blacklock is President of Yukon Nevada and Francois Marland is executive Chairman of Yukon Nevada. All past financing are also to related parties.
At no time is a rights offering to existing shareholder been considered or a public offering, no preliminary economic assessments exists.
Shareholders must forward a complaint to inquiries@bcsc.bc.ca and to info@antifraudcentre.ca

I don't get it. With bank financing in place, this was major "risk off" news for this company. So I increased my already substantial position. I was buying all morning.I don't buy stocks, I buy companies and/or stories, for the most part, I'm happier being an owner, not a renter, and I'm not about instant gratification as I'm not that good of a trader. Sounds a bit trite I know but its not flip and it works for me… over time. The world is not going to end.

Guys I'm long and I agree it's great news that we got this vote of confidence from a BH company...I just think using Buffetts name is a little stretch.....we don't need pumps....the fundamentals will make this one go higher.....
Re Buffett-
I'm long and strong in the is stock and was buying at .19 and wish I had bought even more......but this Buffett talk is nonsence. Buffett empire is so big he probably does not even know one of his subsidaries made this investment. Let's be real. This is a paltry investment vis a vis the size and number of companies Berkshire owns.

WOF.v another nice write up
Conclusion
Woulfe is one of the most exciting prospects we have come upon in recent times. It is not often that one
can find the holder of the former largest mine in any metal and pick it up for so little outlay, while
having a management and largest shareholder that are so serious at the helm. We can find nothing to
complain about with this stock except the distracting presence of the side-bet on Muguk and the
presence of too many of same family on the board of a non-tightly-held company.
Muguk can be easily solved by being spun-off. We are not averse though to the other base metals
aspects staying part of the story (unless Woulfe is rolled up with one or more of the other Tungsten
plays to make a global Tungsten vehicle).
That powerful players within the smarter end of the investing community have made a meaningful bet
upon Woulfe also gives us comfort.

No, we have to do our own DD. Stick with trusted posts from true Value Microcap guys like Digitech and cl001. They are honest, hardworking and digging up facts all the time and reporting it here first. "
Bobwins,I thought Chen Linn and cl001 were the same person?
cl.......Do you have a opinion on the Merging of ECU and AUM? I thought El Quevar was supposed to be a game changer property and they raised a lot of cash to proceed.....now they buy a high float, high debt ECU? Is their logic that they can get the ECU mine to cash flow sooner....and hence pay for EL Quevar?
Thanks,

Goldbrook Announces Jien Canada Board Purports to Approve Share Issuances in Violation of Shareholder Agreement
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 21, 2010) -
NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO U.S. NEWSWIRE SERVICES OR FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES
Goldbrook Ventures Inc. ("Goldbrook") (TSX VENTURE:GBK) announces that at a meeting of the Directors of Jien Canada Mining Ltd. ("Jien Canada"), the nominees of Jilin Jien Nickel Industry Co., Ltd. ("JJ") have purported to approve an issuance of voting common shares of Jien Canada ("Voting Shares") to JJ that would reduce Goldbrook's percentage of Voting Shares from 25% to 4.21% and increase JJ's percentage of Voting Shares from 75% to 95.79%. Goldbrook has informed JJ that this share issuance is not permitted under the Shareholder, Joint Bid and Operating Agreement (the "Shareholder Agreement") between the parties that governs the operation of Jien Canada. Goldbrook has discussed this matter with its legal counsel and has informed JJ that any issuance of Voting Shares requires its approval under the Shareholder Agreement and that such issuance is also in contravention of other provisions of the Shareholder Agreement. Goldbrook intends to vigorously defend its rights under the Shareholder Agreement. Goldbrook intends to commence court and/or arbitration proceedings against JJ and others which may include, without limiting the forgoing, claims for breach of contract, oppression and bad faith. Although Goldbrook intends to defend its position vigorously there is no certainty it will be successful in this regard.
About Goldbrook
Goldbrook Ventures is engaged in the exploration and development of Nickel-Copper-Platinum Group Element sulphide deposits - a class of mineral deposit that, due to its polymetallic nature, has an advantage of protection against individual metal price cycles and has strong long term supply-demand fundamentals. Goldbrook's quest for discovery is focused in the Raglan District of Northern Quebec, a district that hosts Xstrata's Raglan operations, arguably one of the world's most profitable nickel-copper-PGE mines. Goldbrook is the District's single largest holder of mineral rights, with a 100% interest in 863,000 acres.
Goldbrook is also a shareholder of Jien Canada Mining Ltd. (which successfully acquired Canadian Royalties Inc.), the owner of the nickel-copper-cobalt-platinum-palladium-gold deposits in the Raglan mining district which collectively form the Nunavik Nickel Project.
