ENZR owes Malagasy $700,000 and 1,000,000 shares 5 days after issue of FS?.....Per 10Q..."The Company is required to make a cash payment of $655,922 (CAD$700,000) and issue 1,000,000 common shares within five days of the completion of a bankable feasibility study (“BFS”) for the Molo Graphite Project or the formal announcement of a decision to mine."
Am I reading this right? ENZR does not have to pay the $700,000 and 1,000,000 shares if ENZR simply makes a formal statement that they intend to actually mine the graphite? Sounds like a stupidly bad deal for Malagasy if that's the case because all ENZR has to do is make a false promise to mine, not follow through and Malagasy is left holding the bag.
Regardless of all this I see a lousy $10,000,000 being raised from the sale of 100,000,000 more dilutive shares.
Possible hostile takeover or change of control of ENZR?...."While 13-F filings are quarterly, and are required to be reported within 45 days after the end of the quarter, 13-D/G's are required to be filed within ten days of the underlying transaction. Furthermore, 13-D/G's are often a precursor to a hostile takeover, company breakup or other "change of control" events, and will often include a letter to management explaining the reason for their taking a large stake in the company, thereby giving more insight into the transaction".
CAT can finance many companies at once. I'm sure CAT has experienced delays with many companies at once many times before. Although this might seem like a minor setback I believe if CAT has the faith than we should have the faith!
ENZR's Clarification on Previous News Release....."This news release is being issued in connection with a review of the Company's continuous disclosure documentation by the Ontario Securities Commission."...Maybe this is why they put a lawyer on the Board of Directors. Has somebody been complaining to the OSC? Is the OSC finally doing their job with respect to this company and the questionable people who run it?
Dundee actually states they believe mine production in 2018 not 2016 and financing more like 60% equity and 40% debt if ENZR does not get an any offtake agreements. The $0.40 cent evaluation is based on 303 million shares....so imagine what up to 650 million shares will do to the share price!
Chinese deal? Or Chinese lawyer fees?

As you can see, both Stratmin and ENZR are rated at around $0.30 U.S. Price target.
You're missing the point. ENZR will most likely have to finance the construction of the mine through company shares considering how the world economy looks like it's tanking again. In fact I can see ENZR going higher than 650 million if they so desire. As for the reverse split scenario, it might seem a bit naive for anybody to think a company would not go that route considering the huge number of shares that we may end up with.
P.S. You don't really believe everything they tell you do you?
Check out the news alert. ENZR is asking for an increase of share count up to a total of 650 million. The reverse split I spoke of would be the next logical step not something ENZR actually stated they intend to do.
OMG!...ENZR massive dilution 650 million shares in the next shareholders meeting. You know what that also means....A Huge Reverse Split!, most likely 1 for 10 which would bring the total share count down to 65 million.
ENZR had $5.3m cash in March. Do they really need another $4.8 million to get to the new year when financing or off take partner financing should suffice?
$0.14 per share. Punked!....like I said Monday. Don't get me wrong, I know we're running short on funds. But business as usual. Give us some good news then dump the stocks value with a cheap-ass private placement. Frustrating these people are.
34 million new shares with latest best efforts private placement. We're being diluted again.

Correction! Dec 10,2010 was first purchase of EGZ. Bought in at $0.50. Continued to buy down to $0.14 a few months ago. I now hold 200,000 shares.
I have no other graphite plays and I am not a trader by no means. EGZ is in my small portfolio.
By the way I am new to this board and I am from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Although the share price increase is really great to see after holding this stock for over two years, I still feel like I've been punked. ENZR paid $5000 for this latest PR. This is why we have the spike and most likely why we may head down to $0.12 again until the BFS comes out.
