Or shorting is just about done.
Maybe Rocky has started a new ID here and he's looking for assistance, LOL.
You might want to rethink where that information, if that information ended up on a message board, came from. Your "Corporate Security" guy isn't exactly an upstanding member of society. Placing trust in him isn't a wise move and most likely he's on these boards giving information out himself.
Thanks for you say nothing response. Hence the problem this company has with PR, and it's all about marketing, which these guys haven't a clue about. This company's time will come when they prove themselves, both with contracts, and with more transparency. I'm a believer in these technologies as well but until they start returning some $$ and profits, this investment is nothing but a drain on our portfolios.
You are correct. When Robin came in in 2010, one of the first things he said was just that. Being public does have benefits, and drawbacks. The previous regime unfortunately lacked any real business experience. They were great crooks and lacked all kinds of morals and ethics though, LOL.
Maybe you could report those under reported policies. Longs are here to make a lot of money.
Also, don't forget the reverse split along the way. The ridiculous escalation of the PPS back then was also fueled by the criminal old management and some of their consultants who hopefully are rotting in hell at this point. Yes, there is great upward potential here. Based on the revenues and royalties, as well as the many sources who could utilize these technologies, there is every possibility of heading to the $30-$40 range in 5 years or more. The hidden gem here is still the by products drained out of the coal after it is dehydrated. Of course, the negative side is there will still be certain MM's that are working for those that want the price to drop so just keep it real.
First thing everyone should have learned or understand by now is the PPS has no correlation with what this company has. What the PPS does on a daily basis now doesn't really matter since it's just a play toy for certain market makers.
Send an email directly to Sean Mahoney and bypass the website. His email is seanmah@gmail.com.
He responds to all professional emails and knows the imposter investors. He will say what he can and remember this is a publicly traded company and he follows the IR relations role and its' rules implicitly.
Many things on Wall Street are illegal. It doesn't stop them from happening. So, always remember that the market makers take direction from many and will adjust the PPS accordingly. This stock has been, and will continue to be manipulated and is never properly showing it's true value. This will stop.

Check for forms but not likely.

Yes, someone as usual is playing this stock. PPS at this point has no bearing on anything.
Sarcasm on DSaul's part. Humor is a wonderful thing.
There's a great point. Which way do we want it? A healthy balance is key here. Deregulating everything, as this administration is trying to do, is not the answer. History has before and will again prove this.
You're missing the big picture of coal in general and the horrible reputation of coal. I think you blaming BHO for things stagnating is just an excuse. Clean Coal is a joke. The marketing of our technologies has been horrible. Keeping politics out of this business equation. The EPA is being destroyed and our environment is sinking because of the pockets being lined to the pathetic GOP congress. Our technology is green and our environment will once again be returned to the green way, but destroying national parks and progressing on off shore drilling for resources is extremely short sighted and doesn't make this current "administration" anything more than their attempt of trying to destroy every little thing that BHO did in his 8 years. It's petty and pathetic. Having bad politics should have nothing to do with this company's success.
Yes, Eves and Neary are large shareholders. Their payoff in this is the success of the technologies. They get paid nothing along the way. They have all of their skin in the game. They've both dedicated a ton of their own resources as well as their time. They aren't sitting on their butts doing nothing. This process is very time consuming and doesn't turn on a dime.
Talk about true scammers. The Soffin's were a great fit for the old management crew. Always in something to screw as many people as they could. Glad the Soffin's finally have been shown the door.
Glad you agree on your posts.
It's great how we have the freedom to call BS on so many posts here. Great resources in many other places.
As usual, if a professional approach is used with real questions asked, an answer will come.
Sean is one of the best IR guys they have had and always responds. It may not be as quick as you'd like, but he responds. He reports what he can and never says anything he shouldn't say to an individual investor.
Yes, "seller" is another name for it.
Will there be any chocolates or wines in these baskets? LOL.
The PPS is dropping for the same reason it's been dropping for years. There are higher powers sabotaging the PPS and hopefully forcing them to split, again. This time is a little bit different though. This is of course a widely shared theory but as many theories on message boards go they can't always be substantiated by some.
It always has been tough to tell which posters are real bag holders, LOL, or just saying they are. The magic of the internet and never the proof to know. Oh well, those truly invested here know enough to ride these dips.
No one ever said the SEC filings were wrong. As noted in previous posts by other posters it's the claims by certain people on this board that are wrong about shares being sold and the quantities sold. There has been no dumping of shares by this management team.
Proof just like the proof of all those shares sold by management. We're still waiting on that knee slapper..............
While management is the ultimate place where blame should lie, it is fair to say that many things are out of their control. As in many companies where many developments are out of management's control, their efforts towards the ultimate goal will be judged at a later date. To constantly attack management while many of us don't know all of the intricacies of what they're dealing with on a daily basis is just nonsense. Just like the intentional walk down of the PPS in recent weeks is something out of their control. Stay tuned for more.
There are many statements made here without a lick of evidence. Welcome to the message board world.
Indeed, and don't get stuck thinking that sells are really sells. Those trickster market makers have a way of playing games.
Welcome to what has been going on with this PPS for years. Not here to tout that PPS doesn't matter but this same game playing has been going on for years. The current PPS reflects what the market makers want to do with it on a daily basis and hasn't fairly valued anything that the company has currently and it won't until there is a sign of making some cash. Tick tock as usual. Grab some cheap shares is the best advice.
There are many pieces of verifiable information about this company and its' technologies. There are many paths that have been taken and will be taken. Has everything that has been done so far been done the optimal way? Absolutely not. When outsiders are not privy to what goes on behind the scenes it's tough to say what we would do or wouldn't do. Just like any other company, investors don't know what is going on behind the scenes. Investors have no control here, which is common in most investments. Management has a certain level of control here but to anticipate every hurdle that has been thrown in their direction is pretty impossible. They've dedicated more time and money over the last 8 years (Eves tenure) to bringing these processes to where they are. There are many entities that have wanted this to fail for years, hence the many struggles they've faced. Shelving these technologies is the ultimate goal for many outside entities so that kind of environment makes managements job that much harder. There is nothing easy or typical about what is going on here. Great luck to those that hang in and believe that it will happen.
It's not the management "clowns" that are spreading disinformation but the interpretation of the information and the hurdles that keep popping up that change the information (normal business operations, not so normal when you throw in a groundbreaking technology (ies). Just trying to keep it real here.
Yes, those 561 share "traded" are the story for sure.
Indeed, the past management and consultants were not businessmen, but thieves. As noted there is a new management team, one that is much more favorable. Their business acumen is to be commended, and their patience with the processes and hurdles they've dealt with shouldn't be attacked until others can put themselves in their shoes.
No reason to gloat about your source being right about a PR. The contents of the PR are what matter.
It is unfortunate that using a common business disclaimer seems to get so much attention. It would be a worse sign for any company to not use one, but we'll look at it as a negative instead.
It might be possible that some have a personal issue with this management team since the constant character assassination put out there about their integrity or honesty is very unhealthy. I think until someone has been in others shoes and know what hurdles are involved in getting a start up company to this point it is probably more beneficial to stick to the business details that are known. Yes, everyone on this planet agrees that the lack of transparency is a problem but it is also very common in many businesses and companies.
