While management is the ultimate place where blame should lie, it is fair to say that many things are out of their control. As in many companies where many developments are out of management's control, their efforts towards the ultimate goal will be judged at a later date. To constantly attack management while many of us don't know all of the intricacies of what they're dealing with on a daily basis is just nonsense.
