So, how is IACH working for everyone?
Its been two years since my problems with Dennis and Bill, and there were those here that kept poo-pooing my dissension. Have you all made it rich off of these guys, yet?
Better question: Are they in jail, yet?
So what of Bill Craig and Dennis Peterson? Does anyone know what has become of them in all of this? Is Adelstein the only one culpable in these matters?
I am VERY positive. Positive that everyone has thrown away their money and will never see it again. Positive that we all have been lied to. Positive that some if not all of these criminals will end up doing some time.
Dennis said he had three months to live. That was about a year ago, Bill Craig was telling everyone that Dennis was in Miami cutting a financial deal to make everyone rich, while at the same time, Dennis was telling me he was in the hospital in Nashville.
I confronted them both with this contradiction. Bill fumbled around and came up with a stupid response, while Dennis never said anything.
Is Dennis Peterson still alive? Who knows if he was ever really sick. Just another brick in the wall, folks.
I'm sure Dennis Peterson, Bill Craig and friends all enjoyed spending your money.
A brief review of Dennis Peterson from various news sources. This is your noble leader who is poised to make your investment dreams come true. Think again and do your own search of his history...

VIDEO of Dennis Peterson:
Hey... that might increase their value...
Didn't Joe Jackson PULL OUT, months ago? If this is true, why is he still listed on the site? I asked this question a couple of months back and my post was deleted.
"Standing good on their word," pretty slim pickin's at IACH. Since I still own 5mm shares of this effort, I would be interested to know if ANYONE here has seen IACH deliver on ANYTHING they have said they were going to do.
Its like the "abused spouse" syndrome... every fallen promise and announced "big deal" that has fallen through, shareholders are offered a bouquet and box of candy, along with a "who loves you, baby?"
I am hard pressed in my years of experience with Dennis Peterson, to see anyone ever receiving a penny back on their investment, or anything vaguely akin to a fulfillment of promises.
Perhaps all of you with "deeper" experience here, could set me straight, and tell us ALL what you have seen actually come to fruition, thus far... other than words upon words upon words.
And with all investment dollars that have poured in, why is IACH broke?
I have noticed that IACH rides high on Names. The bigger the name, the more attention they attract. But that has been going on with Dennis Peterson for years. The first words of any new conversation always revolved around the "new big name" attached to the project. But, as I said, that was happening 15 and 20 years ago, as well.
Take Peter Alexander... has anyone asked HIM to what level he is actually involved? Is he active, or just another name added to the roster, and appointed to the Board of Directors? Is Alexander a believer in IACH, or a flimsy contact that expressed interest "if it all goes?"
Has anyone checked into Peter's level of involvement, beyond what is listed on the site? Is he actually involved, or just another mug shot?
Weeks? Try YEARS. Dennis Peterson was working on this very same project - under a different business name - with me back in 1994/'95/'96, etc, etc, etc.
I wish you all luck, but at what point do you say, "pie in the sky?"
Probably both, Jim. I have never gone to look them up for any reason. Try an online search at the Library of Congress.
It might be because there is very little that is "right" about the company. Wy not ask the company for full disclosure? I am sure you will be met with silence.
I certainly can.
They were all copyrighted back in 1994, and are on file with the Library of Congress, as well as in my personal files. The exception would be Tam O'Hare, which was copyrighted through my publisher in 1998.
Shows you how much I understand this junk. I am a writer, illustrator and speaker/radio host, not a "stock guy."
For clarity, I was "told" they were "dissolved." In a text message. But I have not, to date, received any paperwork rescinding the original contract, which inextricably connects my animation properties to my shares.
At present, the contract is still intact.
Name your price. ;)
"Get a life?" Is it "bashing" or observation? I, too, own shares in this company and am seeing things that don't seem to add up.
Since when has being realistic turned into being negative? I am a VERY positive person, with a very optimistic outlook. Generally speaking. But I also know when to "call a spade a spade."
Is Joe Jackson still a part of IACH? I see he is still very prominent on the page, here, but I have been told that he pulled out some time ago.
Voice talent are a dime-a-dozen. I remember all sorts of voice talent personalities "contracted" for this very same project 15 years ago. They have all changed-over while every other incarnation of this project has tanked along the way.
What I would like to see is something more substantial regarding the "Grand Southern Studios," themselves. Having voice talent means nothing if you do not have the means to actually physically produce the feature film.
I do know that when I was asked to design the "Grand Southern" logo, about three weeks ago, it was originally "Great Southern," until Dennis Peterson called and told me to change it. "Great" was an already existing studio, so Dennis had to scramble and change the name to "Grand." This made me wonder about the studio itself. Is it anything beyond a name?
And to reiterate, anyone can "sign" a performer to do voice work. I was working, several years ago, on signing Liam Neeson to voice Tam O'Hare for the audio book. It never actually happened, but it was as easy as signing a proposal option, which required no exchange of money - or, frankly, even a real book or publisher.
I am also wondering along with others, here, about the funding for the greater effort of amusement parks. Having an old country western singer "sign on" to voice an animated character for a movie that isn't in production with a studio that doesn't yet exist, is a far-cry from seeing this greater effort come to fruition.
(And for those of you who are wondering, I am still a shareholder with 5mm shares in this effort, so I do have a voice and a dog in the game.)
And I do appreciate that. Thank you.
I would certainly be willing to entertain the notion, but the water that has gone under the bridge needs to be dammed up, first. ;)
I honestly have no information on that. I have never been on the "inside loop," just the words spoken to me by Dennis Peterson... and right now, my trust in his words is pretty bleak.
You probably know a lot more than I regarding the direction of IACH.
So, unless someone asks or questions my credibility on this issue here in this forum, I will leave it completely alone, as of this post. Done and fini.
I truly and sincerely hope you all have great success with IACH. I have spoken personally with many of you, and you all seem to be very good people with good intent.
Thanks for giving me a hearing on my issue with Dennis Peterson. It can all be handled privately between he and I. And if he takes responsibility for the things he set in motion with me, that will be a first good step to remedy. But I am not holding my breath. ;)
Be well, all, and good luck. I wish you all much success!
Cheers,
Scotty

No, I will not cause conflict, but I will decry Dennis Peterson as a liar, unabashedly.
I will say this...
The last of a series of lies Dennis told me was on Friday, September 5th, when he told me that the promised $35,000 was coming out to me in "CASH" spread between five different overnight FedEx packages, and that he had "paid extra" to have them sent as a Saturday delivery.
That money, of course, never showed up, and Dennis continued to tell me over that weekend that he could not get tracking numbers to me due to the fact that he was in the hospital for his heart (that was what he said on Friday night), and then for a bad reaction to his ALS medication (which was what he changed the story to on Sunday, the 7th).
Keep in mind, folks, Dennis and I have know each other for 20+ years, and when he told me that he would raise money for my company to the amount of $35K, IF I would be willing to sign over my Tam O'Hare property to IACH in exchange for 5mm shares, I took him at his word.
Since this all started - or more accurately, since this all ended - I have repeatedly asked for a letter from Bill Craig dissolving our contract and that my 5mm shares be returned to the company.
To date, all I have received from Bill Craig was a short text telling me that he has "dissolved" my shares.
So, again, this issue is between mostly Dennis and me. However, he has stopped talking to me directly and indirectly since I called him on his lies back on Tuesday, September 9th.
Dennis Peterson is not only a liar, he is cowardly and unable to hold himself to scrutiny and accountability.
Does this all affect any of you?? Probably not. But remember - and do not forget this salient point - I only ever aired this here due to all of you who contacted me. I have had absolutely no problem fielding calls and emails - and I even put my contact info on the Dakota Creative webpage - but with the number of people calling, I felt it was ultimately important to give some detail here. And if you are comfortable working with a liar, you obviously are better than I, because I won't.
Now, if this message does't answer some questions fairly and straight forward enough, you are welcome to hop on your phones and give me a shout at (651) 468-8115
Cheers!

Who's other alias... mine? Well, I originally came in here using "Tam O'Hare" as my alias, but then someone said something about me not utilizing my real name, so I had it changed to "ScottyRoberts."
If you are implying something other than that, than simply spit it out, man.

I would agree with Rockfysh on this.
The ONLY reason i posted here in the first place was to offer up a reason as to why I withdrew from IACH along with my properties. And THAT was only because many of you, Rockfysh included, had contacted me along the way to see how things were progressing.
The problem is, indeed, only between Dennis and me - and Bill to some extent. I only announced it publicly due to the number of you investors who were calling, writing and texting me to ask what had happened and why I withdrew.
IF, indeed, IACH is truly moving forward, I wish you all the very best of luck.
Would you like me to air all the dirty laundry right here? I do not think it is beneficial to do so in a public forum, and have been asked by some of your fellow investors if I would refrain from doing so.
Do not talk to me as if I am offering up silly, spurious claims, engaging in some sort of banal internet bashing war.
I have posted my personal information for anyone - you included - to contact me if you'd like to know more of the facts. That should suffice, if you want to hear more details.

You are correct. The website was not all that impressive. It was never intended to be.
But it was also halted before it was ever really anywhere near completion. It was never meant to be anything other than a simple page to introduce the logos, properties and the name change. If you remember, the page stated, "Information Architects is now Dakota Creative Group."
The only mandate I was given was to get something for people to "look at," not be all the bells and whistles." This is all Dennis Peterson ever asked me to build.
Within a week of beginning to develop this little web presence, I started running into the lies, and I ceased work on further development.
Text messages and emails are a good place to start the process of substantiating the facts.
Precisely on point.
Of course, in a legal proceeding of defamation, the onus is on the accuser to substantiate his claim.
It wasn't "creative differences." It was simple, bald-faced lying by Dennis Peterson. Documented.
I simply will not work with people who lie to me.
While I respect the fact that there are always two sides in these sorts of situations, I will contend that the ONLY reason I signed Tam O'Hare over to IACH, was because I asked them to help fund my effort.
There was a time limit to my needs for the funding, as the event requiring the dollars is to take place October 2-5.
Tam O'Hare would NEVER have been on the table at IACH had I not been told they would be able to fund my company.
Regarding "throwing out the baby with the bathwater..."
I withdrew from IACH because Dennis Peterson lied to me. Five separate times. I am not talking about flimsy perceptions or ill-worded misunderstandings. I am talking about straight to my face lies about packages being mailed, overnight expressed, wires coming to my bank (twice) and cash being sent in overnight envelopes. When Dennis told me he was in the hospital, Bill Craig was telling everyone he was in Miami signing a huge deal. All the lies may have simply been stall tactics, but they were lies, nonetheless. And it hurt my company because I believed them.
What's the old saying...? "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me."
Thanks you for appreciating my work, and for the kind words maintained. But know for the record that I withdrew because I refuse to work with people who lie to me. Period.
I do hope you all will still get your investments back plus a helluva lot more. I wish no ill on you and your efforts, and I hope this baby surges to where you hope it will be.
I understand you, now. Thanks.
Thanks, Rockfysh. And I wish the best of good luck to you all.
It hasn't been addressed.
If you are waiting to take it until "after its been addressed," you are premature in your actions.
Thank you, Jay. I really appreciate those sentiments.
Thanks, Jay.
