649 That sounds like a good sign.. Some got some cheap stock today.. When this runs there will be lots who are sitting on the fence who will have wished it was them..Not much stock available down at these levels.. IMO
Where else can you throw a few Grand and have the opportunity to make it big time..
100K at 2 cents here and who knows. Even to 25 to 30 cents would be a nice return..
I had another stock it was kind of the same scenario. After 8 years it finally moved up from 1 1/2 cents to 7.. I think I've probably owned this one about the same..
I'll tell you a story of another one I had at about average cost 6 cents.. 300k shares. It went dark and I sold and took the tax loss. Got .00013 cents a share.. Nice tax right off.
Off set some of my other gains..
A friend of mine didn't sell.. it came back about 7 years later.. He got $35 cents a share..It then went to $140 a share.. I wished I had of kept mine.
You never know.........
Bid has gone up. Always a good sign. With these penny stocks you never know when they are going to jump.. When the deal was announced it went up to $.10 cents very quickly..

Even between 14 and 40.. I don't think to many shares are going to be coming out.. I've held mine for 10 years and it does look like everything is finally coming together starting withe the signing of the new contacts and recognition..

Item 1.02. Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
The Company has advised ASiQ Limited ("ASiQ"), the licensee of the Companys SafeCell intellectual property, that the License Agreement dated May 29, 2008 is to be terminated immediately, and ASiQ has agreed to the termination. Under the Agreement, ASiQ had the right to develop, manufacture and market the SafeCell intellectual property and ASiQ was to pay the Company a Royalty Fee of 10% of the revenue generated by SafeCell and received by ASIQ. The Company will pay ASiQ a termination fee of $450,000 on terms to be agreed.
As a result of the termination, the Company will now control 100% of its intellectual property.
The directors of the Company retain shareholdings in ASiQ and three of the Companys directors, Mr Ron Chapman, Mr Graham Chappell and Mr Philip Shiels, are directors of ASiQ.

I feel optimistic about more settlements and licensing agreements..This could be what we all have been waiting for..
The stock has jumped to to 6 to 08 cents a couple times.. The offerings are sparse.. Any type of buying comes in this can easily go to 25 to 30 cents..IMO

I watched this company go to 10 cents when it was first announced in change of direction and new management and didn't sell.. So I'm looking at your figure or higher..LoL
I don't believe they are interested in pennies Where else can you invest a small amount of money with the possibilities of hitting the jackpot and end up getting in on the ground floor.. Yes it is a gamble but a lot better then buying lotto tickets..
