"Just cause the ceo doesn't have time for the 1000+ shareholders doesn't mean its a scam."
Just out of pure curiosity, and nothing more, this ticker has 1000+ shareholders?
There are reviews on TripAdvisor that go back to 04-06-2011, referring to this as an OYO hotel.
There was a review on Expedia, among a very high percentage of overall negative reviews, referring to this as an OYO hotel back on 07-29-2019. I'm not sure what "new" meant. Just a curious observation.
Do you have an address or pictures? That would be huge.
Quick question. What is a "resident agent". I'm presuming the author of that message was thing "registered agent" maybe. Just curious.
Its puzzling how many traders mistake "news" for "rumor".
No. It wasn't today.
Looks like one more pump before the holidays for "the crew".
Check back in a month. That’s when it becomes very clear. The ridiculous “with this valuation” from we know who should be coming soon.
On 03-25-2019, each unit was stated in a PR as being sold at between $400K and $750K depending on specifications.
On 08-01-2019, 4 units were supposedly under contract as stated in a PR for $16,945,688, or $4,236,422 per unit.
On 10-17-2019, were supposedly under contract as stated in a PR for $24,000,000, or $1,714,286 per unit.
Something seems off.
Seems curious.
He knows a guy, who knows a guy. All you need to know.
Might be helpful if we could all see "manufacturing facilities in Grass Valley" and a short video on "how their extraction system performs". Not photos of some other facility or video of some random extraction system.
"Mr. Hylen further stated, “Mr. Michael Mulder, President of Brand House Ventures, Inc., had a tour of our manufacturing facilities in Grass Valley this week to better understand the hybrid system for his customers. He toured our manufacturing and assembly facilities as well as enjoyed seeing how the hybrid extraction system performs. Our distributors and strategic partners are part of a vast cannabis network of cannabis growers throughout the world seeking technology like ours in order to process cannabis faster and more efficiently.”"
NUMBER 1a REQUIREMENT, be an actual "business"
Well its been two weeks and well, there you have it. Down almost 40%.
I'll keep that claim in mind, and look forward to your reminder. When was the last time again? I can't remember.
I see the "gang" is all here. This might be fun to watch. I'll check back in two weeks.
"companies" that don't have profits are paying dividends?
So glad I din't buy in at .0048. I kind of had a feeling it would drop below .003 again.
Phew. I was going to buy in at .0048. I know that might not have been very wise when it was trading most of the morning below .003. Who knows, I might be able to try .003 again next week.
I must have missed the moronic and humorously infamous "here with" or "with this" postings on this one. Usually a good prepare to sell sign, if it's not too late for the newbies.
Then why isn't it trading at your estimates?
Sounds like smart people.
Sounds like smart people.
Best due diligence is to research the individual posters, the groups they tend to associate with, their collective history and the information they provide. They're not hard to figure out. Their cryptic language on other boards and media was easy to decipher. Best to have an early exit strategy, don't be greedy and take your doubles if one doesn't understand that crew. Usually have about two to three days when that crew starts posting.
Putting a light on the flagpole?
I keep forgetting about social media. Sorry, I thought it would be in a press release or a filing to let the general public know. My mistake.
I'll ask again, your source of information you used to make such a claim.
If it is a "fact" as you claim, then how do you know about but no one else.
Source of information you used to make this claim?
Agreed. As a personal choice, building a refinery is one thing. I'd personally be interested in the water, gas, sewer, electric, road and bridge plans and all the other "incidental" factors that need to be in place for this to happen. I'm not really understanding building a facility on bare land without all of these other "incidentals" coming into play. I've yet to hear or see any plan that gets these utilities to the site. let alone any roadway improvement plans.
I made really good profit on the primary pump. Don't really see a need to get back in until these issues and financing are addressed.
I'm having a hard time believing if this is such a good opportunity, why one of the legacy oil/refining corporations hasn't already done it. They already have ready financing and I'm sure more than capable personnel to address any issue that would arise.
That BS with permits and supposed land purchase and such being done so they could merge or sell off was just that.
I did. In at 3 out at 6. Nice double. No greed. Next.
Me as well.
Hopefully, those construction details show utilities onto the site (water, sewer, storm sewer, electric, etc.). Easements. Rail crossings. Road and bridge details to and from, most likely a four lane but possibly two lane roadway.
It would be a step in the right direction if we could see all of this. I understand the air permits were issued, but no others yet? Is the air permit the only requirement for groundbreaking? Ground water, rainwater mitigation, rupture abatement, etc. Just curious.
Construction office would be on site. This downtown location would more than likely be the administrative office.
107 South Main Street.
It is a single story duplex office building, +/- 900 sq ft per side.
Unknown if they have both halves.
They showed a picture at ribbon cutting.
It is not a UPS store or facility.
No you were not.
Even a blind man can tell when the sun is shinning.
We had a word for you, "bohica". Feel free to look it up.
I'd personally start with the Rip Off Report on Google search.
Otherwise, your DD can start with an uncomplicated Google search for MAXD lawsuits. Its an interesting tour. You'll save money doing the DD.
This reminds me of another symbol pumped by this same group that was supposedly going to reap millions of dollars for "investors". It didn't and won't.
Or not. I wasn't following the others who saw it was removed.
I'll check back in ten days.
A response from T-Mobile does not equate to 400 stores in Puerto Rico.
Have a great weekend. I'm out off to Miami then over to Nassua for a week.
There are not 400 T-Mobile stores in the United States Territory of Puerto Rico. The official T-Mobile site lists 50. T-Mobile has conveniently numbered them. Some of those are kiosks.
Why not just state 50?
So are there really 1000 East Coast retailers being "worked on".
I'm out and not bashing. Just watching on occasion to see the drama. I saw that 400 number as well. Made no sense for an island population of approximately 4 million. T-Mobile has their own site listing all of their stores (50 as of this morning, of which some are kiosks) in Puerto Rico, which by the way is not a state.
Which part?
Pumps are always capable of breaking .01.
And I couldn't care less. I'm retired. Its all for the kids. Not my strategy.
