From the 14FEB PR Ron Brewer stated:
"From establishing the initial franchise, our focus will be to bring forward four to eight additional franchise locations in our first twelve months of franchising the Silex Interiors opportunity."
That seems like an incredible pace for first year franchisor selling their brand and model. Maybe unrealistic.
I have no idea what kind of revenue other franchisor's get per franchise that is capable of generating $1m/yr the first year and $2m/yr the second with only management and sales experience required? I have no clue how to model this and RJDG gave no guidance.
Any ideas?
I emailed Mr. Brewer some questions regarding Animal Waste Management today.
Have any of you emailed him in the past and got a response?
I did find one post about an email that he responded to regarding further PRs...but it was very vague and very brief.
RJDG might be onto something with IOsoft... I am holding a chunk and continuing DD. Haven't found a super wart yet .... found some broken promises from '14 by someone still on the mng team. But business goes that way sometimes.
Good luck. And thanks again for all the updates on CDOC/COGI. I held a substantial position for over 3 years... and it didn't go to zero this time!
Cheers!
Added some today. Risk/Reward is in our favor with IOSoft margins kicking in 2017.
Good luck.
Which was actually 210,000 shares at .20, right?
I can't believe you guys aren't talking about CDOC here.
I realize it's not a day trade...but it's a legit company and extremely undervalued.
ERILF....I like the stock. Thanks, 1center for posting about an old school microcap play.
Week 1 = Packers
The 13Mar PR seems a weak to me...you must have something else here for your taking a large position?
Jeff....are you working for the guy on the bid @ .037 for 500k shares?
AMMX
500K bid showed up @ .037....bodes well on the near term stock action, I hope.
You are pumping the stock while you are still on the bid again...
I hate calling...but for MIHI I made the exception.
MIHI
TDAmeritrade/ThinkorSwim won't let you trade the stock for some reason.....
And I like work boats...
AMMX
There is an aggressive bidder on AMMX today.
AMMG
From the PR today:
"In addition to expanding the mineral resource through acquisitions, the Company is also considering the declaration a cash dividend to shareholders due to the aforementioned cash surplus."
AMMX
Out with news today of Niger signing the $200M truck contract. The agreement is now waiting on "Finance Entities"...
Thus, jacked up.
They did not include the San Pedro Mill revenue.
What's up with the jacked up PR from AMMG?
It's an odd PR, this "news".
He is only stating the Jovita mine revenue and not the total revenue of $1.4m and not stating net earnings at all??
Not to mention the lateness of the PR.
Maybe its just me.
Questions for the board...
From the last Q: "Our growing Investor Relation Services ( IR Lite ) category as noted in the financial statement has been attracting strong attention due to our ability to perform support duties for our clients in a manner than can actually provide physical proof of results in that our Client base is very specialized. These clients represent various public markets including the OTCBB, NASDAQ, and NYSE exchanges. As of the date of this filing the Company has ten (16) active Service Provider Agreements represented on various public exchanges including three (2) NASDAQ Companies, one (1) NYSE Company, twelve (12) OTCQB Companies, and one (1) OTCPK Company(s).
1. Do they have ten or sixteen active Service Provider Agreements? It appears to be a typo but needs to be clarified.
2. Who are these 16 companies? Anyone have a list?
3. Of the IR generated revenue, does anyone know a percentage or total dollar amount paid in restricted stock?
Thanks for any answers.
Jason
What ticker are you talking about here?
Thanks.
Jason
Your definition of thin and mine are not the same.
Don't get me wrong...I like the stock. But, as of this morning, with that Wall on the ask...I wouldn't call it thin. But, hey...that's just me.
I have no clue what you are talking about...
There is a wall of 564,900 on the ask at .0302.
The ask is thin? What about the Wall?
My best plays are steals from you and OTC.
I am late in and late out...but it seems to work out alright most of the time.
Jason
Classic! You always get in at about half of my initial.
I got 100k at .01, another 100K at .027 and 25K at .05.....and I might not be done yet.
Jason
I was not aware until today. You found a good one here, my friend.
OMRX
Doubled up this morning. Nice report. 10 bagger potential here.
Jason
AMMX,
CEO Lee Hamre has invested in relationships with African diplomats and Chinese CEOs that is about to come to fruition. I do not think the single truck contract will be a "one and done" deal.
He is positioning AMMX to expedite African Resources to fill Chinese demand. I think he is onto something with the idea. We will see how it pans out.
Jason
Somebody just brought down a 314,000 wall on AMMG.
I like the stock....But, what roll does Hamre have in a solar project?
OMRX
Last trade at .032, puts the market cap at a whopping $1.6M. I think it has room to run....had an intra-day hi of .10 just on 04APR.
Nice $10K bid on AMMG.
Gettup thar, Muel!
AMMG
Someone took out the seller. Something is brewing here...
So you think the MUEL p/e could expand way out to 10 with $3 quarters?
MUEL traded below my bid.....I got bypassed on 40.10 bid for some reason trying to add to one of my largest positions.
