And what's your excuse?

Is it part of the jail process.
For you to ignore repeated messages.
I've not received any reply to date.
Thanks...I'll try this.
I sent a private message, but received no response.
MATT...............
The SCMI board is heavily moderated towards those promoting the stock. I'm a long shareholder who is disgruntled with the current state of the company. If I voice displeasure in any way, shape, or form, I'm deleted. If you review my posts, you'll see that the moderators bait posters, who are not hyping the stock, into getting angry and frustrated, by deleting their posts at will. I sarcastically hyped the stock yesterday in an attempt to remain on the thread. I do not believe my suspension to be just.
If you agree with them, then quite frankly, I would no longer like to post here anyway. I'm definitely not the first poster to be critical of the SCMI moderators. Please take that into consideration. Regards

I just spoke to my neighbor.....
who is up on the music industry, as he shops at the Walmart my wife works at. He also plays alot of CD's very loudly each night in the trailor park. Anyway, he is also extremely bullish on Sunncomm. His exact words "I Love Sunncomm! Had I not spent my last dollar this morning, I would have bought 16.6666 shares of that stock. Great buying opportunity"
MR.Fibonacci
What do you make of today's manipulation?
Looks like the door wasn't wide enough for everyone to get out at the same time?
I just spoke to.....
my wife, and see is extremely confident in this company.
She believes this to be an incredible buying opportunity.
See works in the music industry, stocking CD's at Walmart.
Go Sunncomm!
Hey..look to the right.
That desk calendar is peeling of sheets about as quickly as Peter is printing shares.
Seems like just yesterday....
I was hoping .07 would hold.
Not it looks like .06 is in serious trouble.
ANother buying opportunity, right?
Definitely WHAT.
Revenue....
Filing....
Fullfilling even one promise...
No silver bullet needed. Just act like a real company.
Think there will be a Share Holders meeting...
this year? What will the shares outstanding be by then?
Are there Red Roof Inns, in Phoenix? Do they have banquet rooms?
We may need to look into bowling alleys.
Oops
Typo again.. sold 50,000 shares.
Here's how to do it boys.
I sold 5000 shares @ .069 for a tax loss at end of year.
Took that $3,450 and purchased 2400 shares of ASTM @ $1.45
Just sold today @ $4.00
Had I left it here....well I don't have to even say it do I?
I should have dumped it all.
II2....
Boy....in my heart I want to feel good about the points you've listed. In the past, I'd be hyping the crap out of those points based solely on my blind enthusiasm. Believe me, I've averaged down numerous times based on hopeful interpretations of news. I was a believer. I felt I had stumbled onto a potential goldmine. Unfortunately, like alot of the true longs left, no one is buying the BS any longer. The recyclying of shareholders needs to stop. It's time for Peter and company to pay the piper!
Wow....Yipee!!!!!
We closed green. Up .0001 on almost 7 million shares traded.
DISTGUSTING! Thanks Peter.
Danny....
Please take your blinders off. I was/have been in your position for a very long time. Calling anyone who brought up legitimate points/worries about Peter and company BASHERS.
Go read my history on RB. I defended this company for far too long. It's time Peter gives something back, or just once, just one little time, follow through on anything he's promised us.
Sorry for the typo's..
But I just can't type when I'm so worked up.
Damn this POS stock!
Ya think?????
Someone is selling the shares being purchased.
Seeing most of us on this board are heavily underwater and would not be selling at this level, who is? I hope the printing pressing are not humming again in Peters office. Perhaps the Floppy disk equipment from FAN, Energy has been converted to share printing machinery.
6+ million shares = Running for the exits
Once again everyone......
together now.....
THANKS ALOT PETER!
Yep!
Thanks for the Pom poms!
I now understand how to stay on topic.
I can't wait.................
to be rich! Rich i tell you!!!!
YYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEE HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
I love Sunncomm!
Looks like I'm getting the hang of this.
Thanks for helping me see the light!
It's fun being able to post again!
GO SUNNCOMM!

The agreement includes all proprietary intellectual property and technology currently under development by the British company. (www.darknoisetechnologies.com) Additionally, DarkNoise will continue to operate out of their West London office acting as QuietTiger’s European sales and R&D satellite branch. All key employees of DarkNoise have agreed to continue with QuietTiger following the completion of the Definitive Agreement which is expected to occur within 30 days.

SunnComm Launches “Operation: Get Shorty”
SunnComm plans to “X-Clear” all foreign stock transactions; Company Changes Name, Receives New CUSIP Number.
PHOENIX--November 12, 2002—SunnComm Technologies, Inc. (OTC: SUNX) president and chief executive officer Peter H. Jacobs announced today that SunnComm has launched “Operation: Get Shorty,” the next phase in SunnComm’s battle to eliminate the illegal practice known as “naked short selling”.
As part of “Operation: Get Shorty,” SunnComm plans to clear and settle all foreign stock sales directly through the company’s transfer agent, a process known as “X-Clearing.” Additionally, SunnComm has officially changed its name to SunnComm Technologies, Inc. and has received a new CUSIP number from Standard & Poor’s. The company is now awaiting its new stock symbol and effective date from the NASDAQ Market Integrity Department, which the company expects to receive shortly.
“We believe that the majority of the naked short selling activity occurs through foreign brokerage transactions, primarily in Canada and Europe,” Jacobs stated. “By ‘X-Clearing’ these transactions, we will be able to monitor foreign trades to ensure, to the greatest extent possible, the legitimacy of every stock transaction. In simple terms, if the sale of SunnComm’s common stock occurs outside the U.S., the seller must have physical access to the shares being sold in order to complete the transaction. Combined with additional strategies, ‘Operation: Get Shorty’ should greatly inhibit, if not eliminate, an illegal practice that dilutes legitimate shareholders and the value of their investments through improper shorting activity and market manipulation.”
SunnComm had previously announced that on November 18, 2002, First American Stock Transfer, the company’s transfer agent, will begin the process that will culminate in all authenticated SunnComm shareholders exchanging their current SunnComm certificates for new SunnComm Technologies, Inc. replacement certificates. Current SunnComm shareholders should request a physical certificate from their brokerage firm. By doing this, each shareholder will then become the shareholder of record, which will cause the brokerage firms to require physical delivery of the shares previously purchased by the shareholder. Registered shareholders may call the company’s toll-free shareholder hot-line at (1-866-SUNNCOM) should they have questions regarding the procedure.
SunnComm Unveils Next Generation Copy Protection Technology at Annual Stockholders’ Meeting
SunnComm’s president announces presentation at annual stockholders’ meeting will include MediaClôQ® 5.0 – New CD enhancement and copy protection technologies developed by SunnComm’s R&D Team.
PHOENIX, June 25, 2002 – SunnComm, Inc. (OTC: SUNX ) announced today that it will showcase the most current copy protection methodologies for shareholders at its upcoming Annual Stockholder meeting. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. on June 26, 2002 at the SunnComm corporate offices. This revolutionary technology has been kept under wraps due to the intense competition within this market segment. This copy protection method will be available in the marketplace this summer and plans are underway to deploy this product into the manufacturing segment.
SunnComm’s president, Peter H. Jacobs said, “This is a very important step for our company and we are excited to be able to showcase MediaClôQ 5.0 to our stockholders.” He continued, “I am pleased to report that our team has greatly benefited from our close relationships with current and prospective customers. Our technology needed to create a legal and licensed way for consumers to make personal copies on their computers while inhibiting unauthorized duplication of digital content. We also had to make sure that the CD plays on just about every CD player and DVD player out there. I believe MediaClôQ 5.0 accomplishes this.”
William H. Whitmore, Jr., SunnComm’s Chief Operating Officer stated, “The deployment of any new technology for optical media is a painstaking process. We are fortunate to have very influential partners helping us to expedite the process and bring our products to a high level of productivity in a very short period of time.”
“A key indicator of success is the company you keep,” says Whitmore. “The quality of our associations with other companies have enabled SunnComm to take a leadership position in this segment. We are thankful to have solid relationships and partners like BMG, Sonopress, DCA and Microsoft (Nasdaq:MSFT). I strongly believe that it will be these solid relationships that will enable SunnComm to provide digital music enhancement and security on compact discs and the Internet for years to come.”
SunnComm Licenses CD-3™ and MediaClôQ™ Technology to Nashville Label
Sunbird Records To Enhance Future Album Releases With SunnComm’s CD-3 Technology
Phoenix, AZ. – January 18, 2002 - Today SunnComm, Inc. (SUNX:OTC) announced a formal licensing agreement with Nashville´s Sunbird Records, a subsidiary of Cayenne Entertainment. This Authorized Content Provider agreement will cover the commercial use of SunnComm’s CD-3 “Expanded Experience” and MediaCloQ Digital Content Cloaking Technologies.
Sunbird´s president, Nelson Larkin said, “The feedback from consumers on the Len Doolin product, using SunnComm’s newest technology, has been very positive. The artists on our label have seen the product and want to use CD-3 for all their upcoming releases. This formal licensing agreement for the use of SunnComm technology enables the artists we represent to produce their albums in a format that is appealing to their fans.”
Peter H. Jacobs, SunnComm’s chief executive officer, stated, “Our first product trial with Sunbird Records has been very well received. Len Doolin’s album, “Once in a Lifetime” has paved the way for commercial use of SunnComm’s CD-3 Technology. The potential our technology has to promote inter-activity between the consumers and the artist community is spectacular.”
Nelson Larkin continued, “Now we can move forward and begin deployment of SunnComm’s CD-3 technology for our artists. Next to include CD-3 technology is Earl Thomas Conley. Mr. Conley has the distinction of being the first artist in music history to have four number-one hits from one album.”
Sunbird also represents up-and-coming country music star, Len Doolin. Doolin´s latest CD-3 album release, "Once in a Lifetime," is currently available nationwide. The album features his top-40 hit single, “Breakin’ What’s Left of My Heart” as well as his newly released song, “There Aint No Yellow in the Red, White, and Blue.”
SunnComm, Inc. (SUNX:OTC) is a leader in digital content enhancement for optical media utilizing the company’s MediaClôQ suite of products. The SunnComm MediaClôQ technology was utilized by Music City records when their album, ”Charley Pride - A Tribute to Jim Reeves” became the first commercially available ”protected” audio CD in America. That album is available at retailers around the world. SunnComm develops proprietary (patents pending) software applications designed to enhance digital intellectual property on optical media.
Looking at the charts....
this appears to be an excellent buying opportunity. I feel strongly that this will soon show a strong reversal. This is UNIVERSALly good news. Up, up and away.
Go Sunncomm!
I've read your reply...
And can't for the life of me figure out what you're trying to say. But, thanks anyway.
BTW, You wouldn't by chance be the author of Sunncomm PR's, would you? As you seem to get the same point across, which is simply ,....WHAT?????
Somewhere over the rainbow....
Take a look at the 5-day chart. WHat a great idea to release such great news!
{ http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=SCMI.PK&t=5d }
How can you expect anything less....
Whiners! You ain't seen nothing yet!
What is even more scary, is that the volume remains low even at this sick level. If naked shorts remain, they sure aren't worried. Perhaps they feel another PR must be on the way. If it's anything like yesterday's they'll be able to cover in the low .05's
Thanks Peter!
BLUE...
The only thing I don't understand, is how you can continue to stand up for this nonsense! You're right, nothing has changed. That's in a nut shell is the entire problem!
Then don't post the fricken PR!
It was GARBAGE, plain and simple!
15% haircut because of it. Why Peter? WHY?
We're moving backwards, not so fine!
I was waiting for this reply...
Yep, just sell and be gone! Right, @ .06
Like I said, we're all bagholders looking to wipe some egg off our faces. .06 doesn't give me enough wipes.
Are you sure!
i believe in this company because it has licensing agreements with major record labels Where are they? Can you go to any of the record label websites and find any of that information? , has a product that works Until Haldermann can get his hands on a current version, has a product that is being used Haven't seen any in a long while, have you?. i guess i must be brainwashed too Yes, you must be
Yesterday's misfire.....
was a monumental stride...Backwards!
How can you explain Peter putting out a PR like that?
Can anyone explain how something like that could have been allowed to go to press? I, mean really? If any of you true diehards, who believe so much in Peter, were consulted before putting out the PR, would you have given your approval. Would you have Blue? Didn't think so. So why did Peter think this was the thing to do? Is it "Get shorty" or "Help Shorty"
