Didn't help form it.... But the wife did just come to get her drill, which leaves me a bit nervous.
PS/Edit As long as she doesn't ask where I hid her hammer, I/we may all be alright.
I hold shares in two different accounts (sharebuilder/ing & scottrade), but only recieved a ballot from ing. Having trouble with my printer to make a second copy... Is it possible to total all shares on one ballot & send to kcc llc?
Quote of the day...
NSS does exist
Thank you for your entry.
Happy Holidays to all you Wall St Crooks...
Something big is afoot: Bloomberg has just announced that The Justice Department today will announce arrests in a crackdown on investment frauds including Ponzi schemes and stock market manipulations, according to a U.S. law enforcement official familiar with the matter...

nwsun, this sums it up quite well>>>
"they say I have to have my lawyer contact their legal department..."
And in the event you had the financial means to persue this matter, odds are they wouldn't share many details with your lawyer either.
All in, it's go time.
Whatever, kry. EOM.
Four alarm fire at JPM Chase in Houston Monday night. Broken water pipes slow firefighters response, who had to drag water hoses up to the 27th floor. I hope no important papers got burned.
officially announce you have "Inside Information" ???
So I guess I should stop by Lowes and buy a tree & a short length of rope.
Just making some bumper stickers.
Expectin' big things real soon.
Thanks for posting the meat of it, Rick.
I get a pop up that says "file is damaged and can not be repaired".
Wonder why that is?
Thanks, but don't expect me to figure out what it all means.
LOL
You're right, I'm mistaken, and am man enough to offer my appologies.
I just get so many offers to go out drinkin', can't keep track of them all.
Go get 'em, OP. Answers, that is.
LOL, good luck on any disclosure there.

I'm no financial advisor, but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night. LOL
One thing you need to learn is not to invest in any stocks I may own if you value your bottom line.
Best wishes in your retirement, and remember to take at least a month off before returning.
Josh
LOL You high rollers are all the same, looking for value under a dollar.
Me, I look for longshots under a nickle here lately...
KATX, one promising PR after the next, but still holding steady for some reason or another.

Well said, Sir...
And may one & all enjoy a happy and prosperous new year.
Sorry if I misled you... I was talking about the government going after (and taking) what the public held as personal assets back in the 30's. But then again, that was knowledge from something I'd read somewhere, and we all know how accurately history is conveyed over the years.
I missed this past run on gold, did better with wheat, corn, soybeans and steel.
Call me chicken, but I fear a gold grab by the gov as history has a way of repeating itself.
.0006, where's the momo??

TOO FUNNY. Relax now. Turn your computer off, turn it on the day after Christmas. .0013 will become.013 10X bagger, or even .13 100 bagger. The first price .013 is a given.
Mom always tells me, "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all, or it'll just get deleted".
And Dad always says, "It doesn't do any good to complain, nobody's gonna listen anyway."
I'm kinda like that mule the old farmer wanted to get rid of, thrown into the bottom of a well and covered in dirt. Just shake it off and take a step up.
Wall Street can have their fucking money, as it ain't gonna be worth a shit one day anyhow. All they get is to worry about if the gun under their pillow is gonna jam when the wind blows, or who's in the car behind them in traffic.
All I need is a stick and a stone. Break the stick in half to build a fire, and take the stone hunting for something to cook. Really, nothing to get too excited about.
You sure are pounding the table hard here, and while I can understand your enthusiasm, let's not forget the fact these brokerages and market makers can sell as many air shares as they please without consequence or share price movement based on the simple laws of supply and demand.
Sometimes it's chicken, sometimes it's feathers.
Either way, two years from now we'll find out what the Mayans REALLY had in mind.
BCIT is DEAD, REVOKED...
Yeah, yeah, yeah... "Nothing to see here, folks, just move along."
OR
You might wanna check with Shel on that. Simply go back & read about the options and possibilities.
Teknikly speaking, you're right about the symbol, as Energy Source will most likely be given a different set of letters by Mr. Megas.
Chew on that for a while, weeb.
Considering BCIT will never trade again...
Got a link to support this statement?
Or did you simply leave out the "IMO" that should accompany such BS?
Imagine that..yet another message from Megas that doesn't mean "ANYTHING".
Sure it does.
It means Mr. Megas is MARCHING forward at the beat of his own drum, much to the dismay of certain self proclaimed stockholders who wish he'd just go on a permanent vacation and forget all about this whole market boo boo.
Uh, duh, you may have missed this post which pretty much sums up the whole situation...

SFC was contacted by, and acted on behalf of, BCIT shareholders. The problem is the DTC. Burns thought WRONGLY that SEC compliance was necessary for DTC to release its grip. Megas knows better, and responded accordingly. That aside, Burns told me that the Megas letter had NO EFFECT on his efforts to find a resolution. Burns asked the DTC nicely, to let BCIT go...they said no. Nothing about this surprises me...WE WERE HERE ONCE BEFORE ALREADY! It would have been nice to see BCIT filings up to date, and avoid revocation...but as far as DTC lock is concerned, IT WOULD HAVE MADE NO DIFFERENCE!
Try to follow along here now, big d.
And don't try telling me Mr. Megas is in "their" pocket again, because if he was, and this is "in a permanent coma" as you say, there would be no need for you and a small army of others trying to beat this like a rented mule.
The broker/SEC/DTCC proponents, and the "friends of pammy & pino fan club", are merely grasping at straws.
With all the fraud that's gone on here, they cannot fathom that Mr. Megas wasn't scheming right along with the rest of 'em.
And the idea of Megas being implicated and paid off to be quiet is BS... If they had anything on him, don't you think they'd throw him in jail so this whole mess would be off their books?
Oops, scratch that last question & comment.......
It was another order that expired.
I canceled this one before walking out the door this morning.
Is anyone else having problems getting shares?
Had an order to buy (through scottrade) at .169 all day and it expired with no fill.
Janisee says we need to call our brokers and kindly ask for a refund. And since she's always right, I'm SOL; I'm on the job before my brokers are probably out of bed, and sometimes don't get home until 9:00 like tonight.
No, I think it'd be easier for a judge one fine day to persuade them to melt away their "Global Freeze" thing, and trade like it should...
You know, play by the rules that have been put in place, like the 203.
I realize you're totally against whatever may be right, but this BS with the DTCC needs an end.
I can already hear them laughing...
"REFUND?!? What the hell is ThAt???"
I'll also be sure to tell 'em you suggested this route, as it may carry some weight with them.
...think you should try to persuade your brokers to pay you back what you paid for your stock...
Oh yeah, that sounds easy enough. I'm sure the brokers would be happy to comply. They might even throw in a few free trades just as a good will gesture, along with a Thanksgiving turkey, huh?
LMAO
Why should anything be hidden?
Uh, that's what happens in legal cases.
