rally mode!
TA term
not sure about that though
He might have lucked out the day of the cover rally.
I just hope it's not a long trap.
This stock was diluted to oblivion
Shareholders lost everything. Now that the bid is only .0001 and the bottom of the barrel, what is this company doing announcing a buyback? to sucker in more bagholders?
There's something wrong here. This can't be legal.
And how can a shell company with no revenue be undervalued in the first place?
shareholders who have lost money have the right to post their opinion.
monitors who delete posts actually leave an easier electronic trail that security lawyers can trace.
Shareholders have a right to express their opinion.
my posts were deleted
as a long time shareholder I am very disappointed.
Matt, shareholders lost a lot of money in this co. and should be able to express their thoughts on this board.
Please re post my opinions that were deleted, they were not of a TOS nature.
exactly
diluted and now undervalued?
come on, lets get security lawyers to get our money back from these crooks.

ERHE is NOT on the SHO list
www.nakedshortlist.com is a third party web site. Read their disclaimer.
The only time ERHC Energy was on the SHO list was when the SHO list was created almost a year ago, when ERHE was Environmental Remediation Holding Co. or ERHC. It was only on the list for a couple of days.
All the pieces fall together here, that list at nakedshortlist.com is probably a list of stocks that were once on the SHO list at some time or other.
Again, read their disclaimer.
ERHE is NOT on the SHO list, so relax.
.0001 coffer's dry - now what?
another reverse split? You can bet on it.
I'd short this one offshore if I could.
OT: found it, you are right
thanks for the tip, it looks like the naked shorts will win in this one. (UALAQ is on the SHO list)
last paragraph from this story ..

"In its bankruptcy-exit plan unveiled last week, UAL said it would cancel its existing common shares."
OT: I didn't see that yet
RE : UALAQ
The SP would be much lower already if that was the case. There's always that possibility in a BK emergence. I'll check into it. Thanks
that's my next accumulation target
news pending of course

might want to read this
In a crowded city at a busy bus stop, a beautiful young woman who was waiting for a bus was wearing a tight mini skirt. As the bus stopped and it was her turn to get on, she became aware that her skirt was too tight to allow her leg to come up to the height of the first step of the bus.
Slightly embarrassed and with a quick smile to the bus driver, she reached behind her to unzip her skirt a little, thinking that this would give her enough slack to raise her leg.
Again, she tried to make the step only to discover she still couldn't. So, a little more embarrassed, she once again reached behind her to unzip her skirt a little more, and for the second time attempted the step, and, once again, much to her chagrin, she could not raise her leg.
With a little smile to the driver, she again reached behind to unzip a little more and again was unable to make the step.
About this time, a large Texan who was standing behind her picked her up easily by the waist and placed her gently on the step of the bus.
She went ballistic and turned to the would-be Samaritan and yelled, "How dare you touch my body! I don't even know who you are!"
The Texan smiled and drawled, "Well, ma'am, normally I would agree with you, but after you unzipped my fly three times, I kinda figured we were friends."
in a nutshell
trickle down economics
a paltry three and a half is why
Considering the circumstances you'd think the line would be more. Don't take the bait, take the Eagles. JMO
nice to hear from you Rapp
I know it's been a trying time for us longs in ERHE. The SP fall after the awards was hard to take. Obviously there were a lot of people planning to sell that news.
The run-up here in PBLS just had to retrace a bit. I think it has found support now and will turn upwards with better TA indicators and continuing positive news.
PBLS chart:
thanks Peter
2006 should bring nice gains to ERHE and PBLS. Should be a good year for both. I like PDX for the large cap stocks. The chart below shows the handle now forming on the cup. We will see what happens next week to a cup and handle formation here.
I have also been doing DD on Rx Processing Corp (RXPC.PK). Rx Processing Corporation is a leading source of low cost prescription medications for millions of Americans who are under-insured or have no prescription insurance coverage. They just announced that their online store is opening December 1st 2005. I have already picked up a small position in that stock and plan on accumulating more. They could do good in 2006 also. http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=RXPC.PK
PXD cup and forming handle:
Peter, what I am suggesting is that you read the previous 20 posts or so before you post something that is old and already been discussed, especially if it has a negative impact, which it did because it implied that Addax was blocked from JDZ. If you would have read the boards, or read the news even better, you would have known that the JMC approved Addax in block 4.
I've listened to your voice in chat rooms before, your a good guy and a real person. Heck, everyone can slip up once in a while, especially with all the crazy activity going on this week.
Peter Piper doesn't read the boards
you have to excuse his ignorance i guess
good day today
You should know that Tuesday is BM's Upstream deadline dest, you've been around for a long time.
Also, I'm surprised that some of you longs were still trying to find reason for Nobel's withdraw. That news is not new. I can't remember where I read that, think it was in one of BM's previous releases.
About the Addax scoop ... JDA decisions must be approved by the JMC. That we know for fact.
PXD forming a cup
OK Great News Today!
Wheels are still in motion, and hope to see .40's again by Friday.
Big news for SUWN, $45 mil revenue contract
Sunwin International Neutraceuticals Partners With United States Distribution Corp to Enter the U.S. 25 Billion Sweetener Market
Wednesday November 16, 4:01 pm ET
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL and QUFU, CHINA--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 16, 2005 -- Sunwin International Neutraceuticals, Inc. (OTC BB:SUWN.OB - News), an industry leader in the production and distribution of Chinese herbs, veterinary medicines and low calorie natural sweetener (Stevia) in China, has signed a distribution agreement with United States Distribution Corp ("USDC"). The agreement calls for USDC to distribute Sunwin's low calorie natural sweetener (Stevia) produced by Sunwin. USDC has relationships with 55,000 retail outlets across the U.S., including warehouses, mass retailers, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, hotels, casinos, convention centers, stadium concessions, gas stations, convenience stores, and natural food chain stores. USDC management has successfully built the FDA approved Pharb Hangover Relief Medicine to an estimated $45 million in revenue over a 4 year period.

Mr. Laiwang Zhang, President and Chairman of Sunwin International, commented, "Following a thorough review and interview process, our management team has selected the USDC as our partner to enter the $25 billion sweetener market in the U.S. We expect this relationship will help boost our global Stevia sales to a new level. Our goal is to achieve $10 million in annual sales for Stevia in the U.S."
Mark De Mattei, CEO of the USDC, stated, "Having examined Stevia manufactured by Sunwin, analyzed the global trends, and surveyed the market demand in the U.S., we are very optimistic about the potential market for Sunwin products in the U.S. Currently, there is a growing awareness about the health effects of sugar and synthetic sweetener. Furthermore, initial market reaction has been extremely positive. We see this as a tremendous opportunity to introduce Stevia in the $25 billion sweetener market in the U.S."
Stevia, a 100% natural sweetener, is extracted from the leaves of the Stevia rebaudiana plant, as a food additive which is used in various products such as beverages, foods, confections, and medicinal products in China and Japan. Forms of Stevia are approximately 300 times sweeter than general sucrose, with only 1/300th of the calories. Stevia is often referred to as the third generation of natural low calorie sweetener. The implications of this go far beyond the simple notion of being a weight watcher's dream. When Stevia products are in their pure unadulterated form they do not adversely affect blood glucose levels, which means that diabetics and hypoglycemics can use them as well. However, the glycosides are not the whole story. Studies have found that the leaf contains proteins, fiber, iron, phosphorus, calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, zinc, the flavonoid rutin, Vitamin A, Vitamin C and oil which contains 53 other nutritional constituents, making it the quintessential dietary supplement.

Wisconsin football
Look for Wisconsin to bounce back after playing a tough Penn State team. This is their last home game after two back to back away games. As for Iowa, this will be their second of two back to back away games, and since they lost 3 of 4 away games already this year, they will probably lose this one too. Final score prediction Wisconsin 34-21.
I really do think PBLS is going to make the grade, no pun intended. ;) I hope they strive for a nasdaq listing.
Have to be careful out there ..
The article that I just posted was for educational purposes only and has nothing to do with PBLS. It is in my opinion that PBLS is not a pink sheet shell, as most of us will agree.
The more we communicate, the more we can learn about investing.

Pink Sheets scams may give investors nightmares
Old scams never die. They just get new names and snare fresh victims.
That vicious cycle is powering a renaissance in pump-and-dump schemes on the Pink Sheets, the Wild West of Wall Street that is a breeding ground for penny-stock scams.
