The most dangerous words spoken to shareholders by Herburger..." Not if but when we get inspected"! Then in the same sentence says, layoffs are necessary and the last capital raise was needed put the answer to everyones questions right in front of their faces. HC is not coming for a while therefore these actions were the only way to save Supreme from a complete failure. It's a hail mary attempt to kepp anyone from selling. The whole "we are not taking salaries makes no sense either because if the plant is sitting dormant there should be very little over head. So why dilute further, to pay BOD's while we wait! Those workers you cut will not return most likely as you never trust a company that hires and lays off in just 3 months, trust is gone and word spread. The next and only step Supreme can take is sell to an investor for a few pennies per share if HC takes another 3 -6 months!
I'm a bit confused after seeing the recent pictures of the growing portion of Supreme Pharmaceuticals. Wasn't the idea of buying the green house to use natural sunlight as they've alluded to many times? Furthermore, why have the pics just now been released to the public? It's as though they weren't ready otherwise they would have shown off this section before now. I also get the sense of conflicting messages being telegraphed and perhaps HC does too. The growing area in the pics at phase zero look to be using a closed growing environment not using natural sun light as advertised but simply like all other major growers use. That means that the remaining portion of the green house will need extensive modifying versus buying a building that can be less costly to transform. This is mind boggling and an even greater cost burden to the company and share holders. Why wasn't this disclosed that they would convert the under glass area to resemble an under roof, growing light enhanced closed facility. Anyone who can shed light on the matter please feel free to enlighten me. I've heard Fowler reference the green house growing method and the specialized talent they have on board for such growing in green house settings. That's not the case and could be sending very mixed signals to Health Canada. It's either natural sun light grown or encapsulated room growing with synthetic lighting and watering systems. This project is becoming messy as more evidence is disclosed. Frankly I don't care as long as HC awards licenses but would love to know what's really happening. Layoff as many as needed to sustain but it's never a good signal that precious time keeps ticking off the clock and financial resources have been fully tapped and HC still has 1300 potential inspections and Supreme is simply in line somewhere with no hard date! $0.14 bid is not what I call attractive!!!
Can you please inform me and other readers where you expect SPRWF to be in two months if the worse case scenario is played out. It's taken a little over 2 months for Supreme to go from $0.40 to $0.14 so I think you paint a good picture for everyone with your answer.
I'm actually beginning to speculate as to the system of green house growing, being publicly visual for passer buyers, as a possible problem/reason for HC to deny licensing. I may be off base but most warehouses that grow are kept out of the public eye and away from anyone who might be under age seeing pot grow. Supreme would be a first of its kind so we'll see what becomes of this or not!
That may be the case but with Supreme's situation and future unclear those 500 patients you speak of should already be allowed to grow their own for medical purposes. Your comment regarding patients has no affect on Supreme's current standings with shareholders, HC or the matter at hand, they cannot produce anything period without a license. The case which is still ongoing looks to be extended for months or even years. The process for inspections of additional LPs is meaningless if the article I posted is true. Those currently growing can continue and ready to build facilities will not be allowed to produce under MMPR guidelines. even 6 months to get a ruling will destroy Supreme's hopes and drag shareholders down the drain with them. It's what Supreme's BOD is not telling investors that's letting the share price dribble down to sub pennies very soon. They themselves had promised to have plants inground which was their life blood by March 2015. Now that the Supreme Court has NOT RULED nor for sees any change for several months it simply destroys the company. They would not or could not ever release more shares at or below today's $0.14 closing price as this would indicate failure. So management has two choices, get licensed for MMPR by HC which looks to be temporarily suspended or remain silent on failed milestones promised for shareholders which protects them from fraud or rendering false statements. They will all be entitled to the losses from bankruptcy likewise for shareholders. Very common scenario in BB stocks!
The reason I believe for the company silence is not because they were told not to speak but instead they have not met the HC guidelines for MMPR licensing and have stopped all communication with SHAREHOLDERS!
At this time I've requested from HC more information regarding their inspections process and in particular Supreme's.
"months or even years for Supreme court ruling", meanwhile those using MMAR can continue!
http://www.proactiveinvestors.com/companies/news/59972/medical-marijuana-court-case-to-have-little-impact-says-dundee-capital-59972.html
This company Supreme Pharmaceuticals has ZERO patients as of now, it's over!
Yes disgruntled, holding since $0.50 purchase and to nervous to invest in averaging down. I be more comfortable re purchasing more at $0.25 .35 than here. This level shows intense doubt but anything can happen, even news some day. Obviously there's absolutely nothing Supreme can do but wait and hope and hope's running out if "THE DECISION" doesn't come soon on MMPR!!
I hope so. Supreme is sitting at 10M market cap with today's falling price. Every -$0.01 in S/P wipes out aprox. $745,500.00 and it's been steadily dropping daily. Will the BOD be able to stay alive at these reductions, I don't see how unless news hits this month. MMPR decision or PASS on inspection. Silly you and I go back a bit so know this I want only the best for everyone holding shares of SPRWF but being 100% honest, this doesn't look right or good and my gut's telling me that Supreme might wave the white flag. Please tell me I'm wrong, I won't argue this time.
Surely the thought an LP getting another license for an additional facility while you slowly bleed to near single digits is never a good sign. It just seems as though Supreme Pharmaceuticals is being avoided. I wonder if there is any language in the inspection requirements that set a possible time frame for any applicant that already possess a RTB letter? They can't possibly just have an infinite date as to when they're required to come and inspect.
Good response to a partially disgruntled Shareholder at the moment!
Yes, licenses were handed out on whatever selection basis HC chose. Sometimes bad things happen to good companies and in this case I think Supreme has foes somewhere in the Canadian political system. I never meant to insinuate that Supreme should notify shareholders that HC is rolling in tomorrow for inspection. What I would like to see is immediate notification to shareholders that inspection is complete and were waiting on results. MMPR to anyone that's not abusing the MM system is a plague point blank. Those turning homes into grow houses that are producing enough pot for an army should be disarmed. The whole premise for this injunction was to sort through the legitimacy of MM patients vs the scumbags growing for unintended purposes. How that's finalized in this case is to me the lifeline of those scrambling to get a license. If modifications to MMPR in any way also support MMAR and home growers then I see hiccups coming. Those who cannot afford the necessary doses for their ailments could be allowed to continue and any new prescriptions could require patients to choose a distributor. Who really knows. What's important is this case reaching a decision this month and no further delays, oh and a favorable MMPR one at that or like you said "IT"S OVER"!
Supreme did a great job in completing the upgrades shown by the pics which IMO were major, that's a given. Secondly, there have been inspections done by HC during the case waiting period to a competitors facility and approval given as we've also seen. So, we know HC chose to inspect before trial decision results come in March on another RTB property. Then it seems to have stopped completely as no other inspections or licenses have been granted. That to me is a big concern. If 15 RTB applications have been submitted and one that we know of has been performed, wouldn't that sound alarms that HC has either A) been told to cease inspections for know or B) have an inside idea as to how the case is looking and preserving any further efforts on inspections as the case may be in jeopardy. Silly's idea that announcing a physical HC inspection of SP would jeopardize our share price for traders to pilfer is nuts. That's something Fowler should be shouting from the rooftops. Regardless traders will jump in and out but those here for revenues and production will buy more so who cares. I personally would love to see a million shares traded in a day and price go to at least $.75 even if it doesn't sustain but settles at $.50 !
What we have now is risk of survival sitting at $.17 and any hiccup could send SP scrambling for life support. We should be sitting right along side TWEED at $1.65 with License in hand by now. There should also be much more interest in Supreme's shares at this point if indeed their confident in MMPR decision and production to quickly follow. I'm not sure this case goes in favor of MMPR and it would seem those waiting in the balance feel the same. Last night Obamaaddressed and pleaded with young voters to quit using legalized marajuana as the most important factor in consideration who to vote for . He said don't just vote for pot subordinates , support those worried about climate change and other more important issues and leave personal and medical marajuana out of your decisions. He's the one that started it now he's begging young voters to disregard MJ legaization and vote on more important things. He also said that states refusing to come on board with legalized MJ could reverse any further movement to national legalization. Canada's most likely watching things closely here in the US and basing their ruling on do we want to get involved at a nations level or let cities decide like US.
What you say is true however the word reform is dangerous at this stage of the game. I agree that something will happen but my concern is that a cap will be in place for LP and that is why HC is sitting back. Canada certainly does not want 2000 LP in the country starting and failing when there are already enough MM companies that can sustain the demand. Any disruption in the language of the law pertaining to MMPR would be the death blow for companies not already licensed. Supreme had several players exit that particular company and that's never a good sign. MM has fallen of the business radar in recent months and for what ever political agenda being lobbied for could be in jeopardy of moving forward.
Any delay in MMPR decision sends RTB companies into a massive financial downfall.
What I meant is Supreme can in fact notify investors that an inspection has been conducted and yes they can tell investors the results. HC cannot handcuff them to silence regarding the outcome. Also the chances of any further inspections of RTB facilities is IMO stopped until ruling. HC will be overwhelmed if MMPR passes with a handful of employees currently handling all inspections.
First of all, HC cannot dictate a company's right to notify investors of an inspection and it's results. Apparently HC is operating with only a dozen employees and may have decided to cancel all inspections until MMPR ruling. That alone will answer any question about RTB companies or the entire future of MJ LPs. With many areas in Canada already selling illegal MM in store front shops, and law enforcement turning a blind eye and being told just ignore the shops, that should worry any investors hoping for MM pharmaceuticals taking control. The action that goes into place if MMPR is approved will make such thriving stores illegal immediately. Then a whole new set of circumstances arises as taxes and revenues for such cities will evaporate, and businesses will be shut down. This is not going well IMO and for so many involved in Supreme's beginning now gone should investors be worried?
It's very possible that MMPR fails too.
Well said! Being proactive when your company's life is on the line should not be taken lightly. If anything journeying every attempt to contact HC and get some tentative inspection date and pass those efforts onto investors would temporarily calm those who's dollars are sitting upside down at the moment.
Tweed can't go any further nor any other LP at this point but at least they're sitting at $1.00 and beyond with license in hand. Some companies have multiple licenses and many are applying for their second as well. If they continue handing licenses to any other applicant and bypass SP Then Fowler being an attorney with investors capital one the line needs to get a fire started under HC. Does anyone know how long the list of pre build licenses there were before the new requirements went into affect.
If there are a hundred pre build companies waiting for inspection then I could understand but if it's a dozen or so then this doesn't look good IMO!
Cases such as the one involving MMAR vs MMPR don't just disappear into an abyss then one day re appear with a decision. Fowler should be able to get some idea as to the direction the courts may decide. really disturbing that all information regarding this matter has been silenced. It lets those involved know this probably isn't going like many had thought, problem is which way are they talking! It's not a crime to have an opinion regarding the case Fowler, is it?
No, but every time I find a Bio tech stock that looks like they have a decent drug it fails for the craziest reasons. This one is different but to go from 40M shares and a healthy $1.47 to $0.70 in a week on good news doesn't present itself as a bright future for Reolysin. These stocks are all gamblers dreams but Reolysin is really making a difference. Would hate to think my $40K that's now 30K is in jepordy!
thank you that's helpful. I'm not calling Supreme for updates on anything , but I do expect someone there to speak soon regarding matters that are still be waited on or an actual HC finding. The way I understood it, those in possession of pre build licenses would be approached first. If it takes a day to inspect why isn't Supreme applying some pressure as a publicly owned company that needs assurance to survive. Worst that could happen is HC says it will be awhile or will get there soon as we can. Money here to keep doors open is burning and time is not on Supreme's side IMO.
It's been 5 months since Supreme completed construction and upgrades and applied for re inspection. I don't care to compare any other licensed or yet to be licensed competitors, it serves no purpose. If the contractor used to do all the necessary upgrades followed the guidelines they claimed to have used at other facilities that are now licensed then we should have no worries. What still remains uncertain is A) someone politically attached to HC is/has been bribed to selectively deny certain licensees or B) MMPR is somehow denied for another period of time, thus crippling of bankrupting anyone not already pre approved. When it comes to cases such as this one where countrymen that vote for elected officials tell those running for re election your out if this passes then waves of trouble surface. If Supreme is not awarded the HC license before this case is heard again and any delays appear it's over fro Supreme. There are already 14 approved MJ LP that have also stagnated due to this court decision. So, what would be the point of HC having inspectors spend countless hours at SP when this could possibly be denied or suspended for another lengthy duration. It's law that's what lawyers hope for extensions and more hours booked to resolve. I'm not sure which way this is tilted but it is clear someone does not want Supreme added to the approved list. Maybe others in the MJ space are worried about cheap pot for medical purposes that they themselves do not want to compete with. Fowler has broadcast from the roof tops "we'll be any competitors price for medical marajuana" and that doesn't sit well with others. Why would the announcement of MMPR halt LP stocks, makes no cents. But either way if MMPR is approved there's still no guarantee that HC inspects SP any time soon.
Thanks for the info, why do you say no need to worry about it anyway?
I'm just a little curious.
Q. Is Oncolytics on a time clock to meet Nas rules for + $1 ten consecutive business days on or before April 15th 2015?
Anyone know? That's 23 trading days from today. Not sure where I saw this date posted but would appreciate clarification.
CYTX just passed their milestone and recieved verification from SEC that they are again in compliance for one year.
I have a question. When HC does inspect the premises for conformity to new regulations is Supreme immediately privy to PASS/FAIL information?
Or does HC go back to headquarters, discuss findings then send written confirmation to applicant? Are there any other companies that have completed the process that Fowler could comment on for this process?
Doesn't really matter if MMPR fails. We all know Supreme has one shot at it regardless and it would seem that HC is purposely avoiding Supreme's inspection as the matter nears a court decision. HC could possibly simply be avoiding any further man hours going into these facilities until the official ruling. Inspection must only be a single day and there's beem hundreds of those gone by since Supreme put the notice to HC...we're ready now.
No, this is a governmental agency sitting back and avoiding unnecessary costs to Canada residents and rightly so. Now if MMPR is approved by the courts and HC is not on Supreme's front door with 30 day's there's a big problem that none of us at our pay grade will ever know. Supreme will simply VANISH! For all our sake's I hope that's not the case!
One would think any improvement into current chemo treatments would catch the eye of FDA doctors and fast track them into service. Granted Oncolytic's does not want law suits for unforseen liabilities later on down the road so FDA approval is primarily based on percentages (%) of tumor shrinkage and side affects.
Oncolytics has already done well in proving the combination of Reolysin and several drugs used in unison during Chemo work more diligent as a team than without Reolysin. There are so many companies competing for drug entry into the fighting cancer space regarding FDA approval, it's difficult for any to simply be called "THE" best method.
During the last PR 40 million thought for one small moment this one could be the next to get FDA approval waiting anxiously for some follow up PR in relation to Orphan Drug Designation. When that does not take place in the following (3) days after such announcements those stocks always recede. I truly believe Oncolytics has demonstrated their drug Reolysin has a place in today's cancer treatment market. My average share price is $1.23 for tens of thousands of shares which I have no doubt will double very soon. My biggest reason for owning shares of ONCY is this. They have a interim drug that will serve it's purpose for the next several years as other Big Pharma search for a total cure. That IMO is far off and from fruition so owning ONCY is the next best thing. If it adds 6 - 12 months or even more as time will tell for loved one to have a better quality of life during such challenging times I think 40 million others will buy into them as well. HOLDING for the first official FDA approval of many for ONCOLYTICS!
1,000,000 shares sold @ 14:30 for $0.80 an $800K sale. It also means someone is the new owner of 1,000,000 shares. That's very interesting and I pray it's not a board member dumping! The next thing you'll hear is it was for tax purposes. Not happy at the moment.
For Brad T.
As investors we all see how competitive the "Fight to stop cancer" industry is. These are others that are getting spotlighted in the investment world:
"Some other interesting small companies, basically one step ahead of Propanc Health Group Corp (PPCH), include: Stemline Therapeutics, Inc. (STML), Verastem, Inc. (VSTM), CTI BioPharma Corp. (CTIC). All three of these companies are oncology-focused Biotech firms, meaning they focus on Cancer treatments using a variety of advanced sciences."
If your company truly has a revolutionary drug ie "Reolysin" how can you improve getting better coverage of such a product? Are you interested in capturing the attention of big Pharma and/or partnering Reolysin which has repeatedly shown efficacy in several studies? We can assume that Reolysin could make it to market as clinical results favor such a product. However, when you publish news that sends the stock significantly, then it quickly retreats shows there is still doubt as to when Onolytics Biotech can actually begin sales.
I know you need FDA approval but is it possible you could fill in some blanks as to when this drug could reach the market. Forward looking statements are priceless and investors reward companies that have vision and punish those who lack clarity. Is Reolysin close to getting some final approval or is this simply in infancy for several years. The more investors understand your plans on execution the easier it will be to sustain gains rather than get shorted below 50 day MA every time news is released.
Thank you if can provide a little more positive news to follow up big news that deflates in a day.
A truly long investor
One very big positive is that Reolysin has shown great resilience to any negative findings or placebos. Every conclusion thus far has magnified the collaboration of many types of cancer treatments and Reolysin as beneficial. Investors that jumped in after the last PR were greater than in any event or release in Oncolytic's history. They're now more comfortable recommending ONCY as something seen to treat cancer effectively and the volume proved it. If Oncolytics continues getting FDA approval and Phases are found favorable these W shaped trading days could vanish.
Great job to the folks working to solve another major disease that costs evey nation 100s of billions every year. Even a small part of resolving that by the Folks at Oncolytics Biotech good be a huge win for investors!
For every phase of Reolysin's clinical tests that come back in favor of Oncolytics drug it makes the product even stronger in big Pharma's eyes. It seems they are so focused on this one particular drug that it makes it a definite candidate for absorption in ones arsenal of cancer medicines. Now factor in that it treats many different cancers and you have an even greater chance of being swallowed with M & A happening globally!
Extending one's life for any period of time is "PRICELESS" to loved ones! Reolysin could possibly do just that.
You are 100% correct! With at least 16 ongoing trials still awaiting results, Oncolytics Biotech is in a great position to advance at a moderate pace. News from Clinical tests have all been favorable and many who strictly follow Biotech company's are realizing that "Reolysin" is catching the eyes of cancer institutes. That's the exact point "The Wall Street Cheat" article was referring too. Every test coming back positive and consecutively in last few months. Hence the large volume pouring. Even my Daughter in her science class made reference to a new cancer fighting method using modified viruses as being a new medicine her teacher told her yesterday. Word is getting out this may help prolong life with those fighting cancer. Much like the Aids virus thats now controlled when caught my advanced medicines. Magic Johnson comes to mind!
Well said. It's "do as I do" or "follow me" says the rich or giant hedge funds and according to those in that circle, Oncolytics Biotech, symbol ONCY is now included in their Market vernacular.
Look at the volume bars from February 10 to yesterday, solid purchases totaling over 48 M shares accumulated in that period. Those figures have never been seen here @ ONCY before. Yesterday's 34 M rotation was healthy on solid news some taking profits and many others buying for what looks like continuing highs in the very near future. If UK news comes back soon of positive findings as most expect you'll see more record volume and additional institutional players driving this up into $2s, $3s IMO!
Increased buying volume of shares of (ONCY) actually started days before yesterday's announcement. It's clear to me now that before an announcement of any pertinent information we should be looking for increased volume beyond normal day to day. I read "the Streets" blurb on Oncolytics Biotech and they mentioned them as one to watch closely. Normally I wouldn't give them much credit but it seems that yesterday's volume was higher than normal with news that in most cases would draw that kind of attention. I seriously believe that most shares bought in that rally were held for future press releases if I'm reading between the lines correctly. If UK news comes back positive there could be some big players starting to look at this much closer. The one thing that stuck me the most is the Street's mention of FDA approving multiple drugs in quick order under Oncolytics Biotech umbrella. They said that's rare and one to watch closely as well!
My 10K purchase at $1.24 is now safely parked for the next big news which I expect soon. Analysts estimates have now increased from ONCY 52 wk high in the low $2s to the high $3s. That is also another indicator you'll find rare for Bio companies still waiting approval of phases I, II, III unless they truly have a tried and true medicine.
Exciting times ahead if this "ONE DRUG" wonder beats any cancer let alone many strains!
Stadnyk in an old interview said " we may be looking at possible buy of another canabis company , like Abbatis".
Obviously Fowler is not allowed to answer any direct questions of what lies ahead in such a transaction if it were true.
At that time Abbatis looked promising to attain a MMPR license and if so it may land in Supreme's lap if they were the primary stakeholder. I doubt now that is going to happen ...EVER!
I agree with you that HC has been avoiding inspections as of late. I'm noticing several (illegal) dispensaries located throughout parts of Canada are now being regarded as OK by law enforcement. They're turning a blind eye to whole operation as though it's legal already. they're subordinates have said ignore them and handle other crimes that involve serious situations. It's as though they're really legal. They are claiming there are bigger things to enforce other than temporary illegal dispensaries. That's very unsettling or is it a sign of what's coming in the outcome of the case. Still many homes throughout Canada converted to grow houses. Some right in school proximity. It could come down to keeping MMAR as is but requiring certain distances for home growers in neighborhoods where residents and schools reside. We'll know by March where all this is going.
Finally an interview with some meat in it. Not once did Zachary Stadnyk use the phrase "in a few weeks"! Explained every possible scenario not leaving any room for uncertainty.
I admired this particular back and forth;
"so you're going to be growing more medical maraj. than anyone's every seen, hopefully, hopefully"!
So Supreme is expecting HC soon as Stadnyk has now laid the plans out to have plants in ground by Q2 of 2015.
Will the case be ruled in favor of LP vs home growing that should be the only hurdle left for any hopes of Supreme getting licensed. The fact that they are going to use all the plant excluding stems and seeds is another plus as patients will have access to what many have used for decades just leaves. They worked just fine!
Please do shareholders a giant favor and never let Fowler do interviews any longer, Thanks!
Sure glad Fowler is an attorney so he can do most of his own legal preparation upon Health Canada's refusal to license their facility anytime soon. there's only 311 applicants waiting and a few dozen workers to do all the inspections. This is designed perfectly TO FAIL!
SUPREME Pharmaceutical will not attain a license as article explains.
Health Canada expects to spend more than $2 million this year to review applications from companies vying for entry into the commercial medical marijuana market, some of them having burned through millions of dollars trying to navigate a process that insiders say is mired in red tape.
The federal government, which has attracted about 1,200 would-be pot producers with the allure of a potential $1.3 billion industry, has licensed only two new companies to sell the drug in nearly a year, amid growing accusations that Health Canada’s selection process is sluggish, convoluted and arbitrary. One company even believes the government is deliberately trying to stop medical marijuana growers from getting licensed, according to a court affidavit.
In total, Health Canada has licensed 23 producers, far short of the 60 originally projected to be in the market at the end of its first fiscal year in March, according to a 2012 cost-benefit analysis prepared for Health Canada.
The 32 government employees working on the new medical marijuana program had 311 applications in their backlog as of Dec. 22.
SO LONG SPRWF!!!
Fowler, what will your next project be when this one goes BANKRUPT?
I think Health Canada has been trying to get to your facility for several weeks but can't get through the heavy snow. Maybe you could rent them a helicopter so they can at least find the place!
Hey Fowler that brain of yours should stay involved in law not MJ growing!

Marijuana grown indoors functions better at moderate temperatures between 70 and 75*F (21-23*C) during the light period and a drop of no more than 15*F (9*C) to 60*F (15*C) during the dark period. CO2-enriched plants will produce more at a marginally higher temperature of just under 80*F (27*C).
Do the math Fowler your only about 90 degrees away from getting a plant to grow, Brilliant!
Yep, and the same is going to happen to Supreme or has already. Island Harvest is a great example of being sloppy or possibly unliked by HC. We are running parallel to their exact scenario and will face a denial soon as well.
Supreme is close to falling into record lows first the teens then $0.09 and on down quickly. I think HC has all the applicants they're looking for at the moment. Until this case is heard and decided on this sort of problematic business will be the norm. Also, the fewer the license the easier it will be to back out of the overload of paperwork of pre-licensed companies.
If HC pulled into a snow covered glass house and a facility that only has 1/10th of their under roof growing capacity finished the'd surely find them "Not Ready"! I think Fowler has been talking big garbage on public radio and cutting his own throat as though they have all but got a license handed them soon. He's a bragger and big shot amongst his staff but smart investors figured him out long ago. He can't get the job done and this hobby he's chasing with a ghost town green house will be bankrupt in the next few months!
Silly, I'll take that $100.00 and keep it on ice for ya!
This company is the equivalent of adding 36 more numbers to the roulette wheel. It's clear that John Fowler has tooted his horn a bit early and failed to deliver regardless of any circumstances. He's done irrefutable damage to the share value by broadcasting events that were out of his control. The even bigger gamble owing SPRWF is the high risk of HC denying Supreme a license. Many other applicants have focused on licenses and attained them while Fowler and team have been unsuccessful and still expect investors to remain optimistic. Wrong Fowler, deliver or get the "F" out and go practice law you pathetic leader!
Your the reason most smart folks here are now down to 1/2 their initial investments. You would have been better informing investors in October of last year that some time in mid 2015 we should know where Supreme stands regarding an MMPR license. If you fail inspection or the courts side with home growing it's lights out regardless for you. Those already licensed will shut down and this whole mess will finally be over.
Funny how during winter you don't feel the need to post any current facility pictures, could it be there isn't much above the snow to show. Can't wait to see what's next, employees in Russian winter gear jack hammering frozen ground to get a seed in it. If indeed you had any pull in Canada you'd have HC there already and been licensed and seeds in ground like you promised, you FAILED sir! Just look below and recognize the obvious, or should I say What can be done , not just talk!

Mr. Fowler you are a Supreme failure to date, care to make any more predictions?
Allow me to show you stupidity!
Letter From The President of Ammcan Supreme John Fowler
Dear Supreme Investors:
January 5, 2015
2014 was a tremendous year for us. We successfully entered the #$%$ space, acquired the 7--acre Kincardine greenhouse facility and its management team and we completed two successful financings. With your support, we have been one of the most successful MMPR applicant companies in the public markets, often out-performing our peers, even including those who have already obtained their MMPR license. It is this type of support and confidence in our company that gives me confidence that 2015 will be Supremes’ year to shine even more. In December 2014 we were thrilled to announce the completion
of our $4,000,000 pre-license construction project at the Kincardine facility.
Since going to print this has now fell below and of it's peers, what an idiot. And this guy's an attorney! Scam, Farce, Fake, Ponzi, those are the words that best describe this company. There will be no license or this wouldnt be sitting at $ o.20 ....Nevermind just keep drinking the Koolaid Fowler serves you !
This oughta tell you everything you need to know as to why Supreme Pharmaceuticals will fail!

It was never a good fit for growing MJ! Things don't grow in sub-zero weather especially margiwana! They love light which is why Tweed and others are already set for the game. They tried desperately to sell investors on the green house when it was summer. But now that the winter months arrived in Ontario the possibility of growing plants is impossible. Supreme would loose the entire crop due to natural light needed and be BK in one season. Fowler lied and his company might have a 5 month window to grow while competitors grow year round. Health Canada will most likely deny them a license as they know horticulture by now. Supreme's business model was failure from day one the minute they bought this ghost town glass house.
There may be a dozen share holders that own over 20K shares the rest are sitting dormant! Fowler is a joke much like those still pumping this company. how many attorney's get licensed then throw all that education away to grow (W)(E)(E)(D)!
In the article posted by silly the word "if" was used in nearly every sentence where a possible outcome could take place. Is that cover your A$$ strategy recommended for all MJ companies that are awaiting a HC inspection. I couldn't find one other company that has recently been licensed that had the word "if" associated with it during the waiting period.
This dude Fowler is so afraid and lacks any strength qualities that most Presidents possess and is the primary reason Supreme sits at it's lowest levels ever.
If any good does come it will be discounted by at least $0.50 per share due to the significant drop while waiting for construction and MMPR license. Best case scenario would put SPRWF back around $0.48 if an announcement was made that they were approved. Then a quick drop back to $0.29 as investors clear out. They wont make money for at least 4 Qs and then they will most likely need capital to continue upgrading remainder if facility for growing purposes.
The second this company gets any news good or bad this will be the fire sale of a life time. Fowler has do nothing to insure investors that Supreme can go the distance without more money. He is a weak leader and the rest of the board is simply trying to retrieve there initial investment and head to the exits.
I hope they prove me wrong and "if" they do then you all will be rich!
