Take this bounce and run! This company is going bankrupt, even with a buyout I doubt they would get more than the current share price.
They have already failed to keep the promise of buying back shares within a month of the Jan 22 Press Release. Dont make an official statement and not follow through and maybe the stock wouldn't make new lows every single day.
If they dont hold up to this share purchase the slight resistance of .65 we have been seeing the past week or so is going to get blown away...watch out below. One month from the original press release is Monday FYI
I am a buyer at .0001
IF this thing bounces, and that is a BIG IF, it wont be until the annual report is released and we see some serious debt reduction and increased revenue. To bad historically they don't release this report until April, and there is a lot of room to go down between now and then. Cut your losses, buy back in in 3 months.
This company nearly doubled its SG&A expenses from 280k to 500k to make $16,000 in revenue. Not to mention their investment in TERO will only take about 20 years to recoup at the current revenue levels.
I don't see how this company expects to make any money, this is not a "New Ground Breaking Technology" like they make it sound. There are people already doing this and with a much stronger balance sheet who are not even turning profits.

Technically it was when they announced the partnership with Vizio and Sony, just delays on both ends as he states but still expected to make the holiday season.
Felt like I should update on my earlier post with an email just received from IR.
UltraFlix will be on the Sony and Vizio smart tvs, but we are waiting for them to push out the update to the customers, so they will have the UltraFlix app automatically. We fully expect to have it running on 90% of all smart 4k tvs this holiday season and 100% by next quarter. The key is not black Friday in order for the success of UltraFlix, as consumers will already be purchasing 4k tvs regardless. It very well may be available by black Friday, but customers are going to be starving for content and as soon as the update is pushed, customers will start using it right away. With all of the free content available, various ppv, and minimal competition in the space I cannot see people at the very least giving it a try. I own a 4k tv and with very limited content out there, UltraFlix is one of the only solutions. We expect at any time for these updates to be released, as this will definitely help Sony and Vizio sell more tvs. It’s also a good comparison when we speculate on time frame for developments, when even Sony and Vizio have delays. I will update you as soon as the update is pushed out and appreciate your patience while we work on the releases.

Me: so these would all be in the 4k HD?
Chaeli: The only app with 4K content currently is Netflix.
Interesting how T-Trades are best suited for overseas investors and Wild Bill seems to have quite the interest in Tanzania and Ukraine....
Yeah they met the growing requirements but the POD itself did not meet the security requirement so it will need to be reinspected on that measure.
What kind of CEO building a company they believe in sits and monitors the daily Bid/Ask unless they are playing it themselves...
Apparently $20 Million now days buys a warehouse with some solar panels and security cameras, and a replica of a grow room
The pot bubble has come and burst. This November - April will be nothing like last years
Just get back to like .06 so I can run sooooooo far away and never look back.
Well if they don't have license in hand before the new year, we will be saying "were going to push the .02s this week!"

Hello,
ME:
I was hoping you could provide some answers regarding the November 5th date for the Macrilen NDA and what happens if it is approved.
ME:
With the approval of the NDA, what is the timeline to getting Macrilen on the market?
IR:
It would be probably be in the first few months of 2015.
ME:
What is the anticipated market size for people diagnosed with AGHD that would switch to using Macrilen over there current treatments?
IR:
It is very difficult at this time to say what will be our market penetration. One of our main goals will be to raise awareness of this new product through KOLs and sales reps by outlining the following :
-only FDA approved product
-accurate
-oral vs injected
-safer (less side-effects)
-less medical surpervision
-quicker (less than an hour vs 3 to 4 hours)
As for market size ($), please see slides 10 through 14 of our corporate presentation : http://www.aezsinc.com/pdfdyn/AEZS%20Investor%20Presentation_Sept_19.pdf
ME:
Is there any indication as to what kind of profit margin can be expected from the sale of Macrilen?
IR:
We cannot discuss this at the moment
ME:
If it is not approved on November 5th, what is the next steps from there?
IR:
There are a few possible scenarios other than outright approval. The FDA could decide to extend the PDUFA date by a few months (the standard is a 3 month period) to resolve some issues. The FDA could also reject approval in which case we would meet with the agency to find out what are the issues preventing an approval, work on those issues and submit another NDA. A lot of drugs are not approved after a first review by the FDA. As an example, Gilead recently got approval for its product Tybost, after resubmitting an NDA. Their first NDA submission was in April 2013. So a first refusal does not mean the end of a possible approval.
ME:
I am assuming by the fact that your company is already hiring sales reps to market Macrilen that you are estimating that you will pass the November 5th review and not have to resort to these additional steps above?
IR:
You can never be sure if a produc twill be approved or not.The fact that we are in the process of building our sales force does not necessarily reflect our degree of confidence regarding Macrilen’s approval. It mostly reflects the overall change in strategy that our CEO David Dodd has been implementing which is to transition into a commercial entity as quickly as possible, regardless if Macrilen is approved or not. As you may know, we recently signed an agreement with Ascend Therapeutics to co-promote their already marketed product, Estrogel, through our own reps in certain territories in the U.S. We are actively looking to add other commercial products to our pipeline in order to grow our revenue-generating activities, without, however, leaving aside our main drug development programs such as the ongoing Phase 3 trial in endometrial cancer.
Regards,
Paul
No way in hell will they even come close to 1/3 of the 1.3mm pounds anytime within the next 2+ years. FITX is looking at more like 100,000 pounds tops right now.
Don't think this company is getting anywhere near $1 without some massive revenues and a whole lot of share buybacks.
Looks to me like the best play here is to wait for this license (if it ever comes) cash out for a 40% gain the day its released and take your earnings. This thing will pop and be back to the 6 cents mark within a month of announcing license.
Its been almost a year for WOM. A previously licensed producer under the old regulations. This gives me a lot of skepticism on the other two facilities getting a license if it has been over a year and they cant even obtain one for a previously licensed facility. The last update on this facility can be seen below when they expect the license inspection "soon"...this was December of last year.
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/enertopia-announces-corporate-mmj-summary-130100691.html
I feel like the WOM should have been a quick and easy inspection and pass for a license. I would think a company such as Enertopia would want to get a license under there belt before going into to more operations and this one should have been an easy win. Something is not right here.
My email communications with Robert Mccalister CEO of Enertopia.
I saw those and thank you for the updates on those facilities. However there was and has been no mention of the WOM in these releases or any releases in the past few months. If you recall on a previous email we had this conversation (you are in red)
I was wondering did WOM and TGC get their visits from Health Canada as expected?
We are still waiting for Health Canada to visit the WOM facility. The TGC is still several months away from a Health Canada inspection.
Unless I am mistaken the press releases only give an update on TGC, yet the WOM has been awaiting inspection since last October. Why are there no updates on the progress there? This is especially interesting as I mentioned in my first email as FITX another publicly traded company in the MMPR space applied for inspection at the beginning of summer and got it in July, about 4 months. What are the delays with the WOM, are you more focused on the other two ventures in the releases above that WOM has just been sidelined for now?
Thanks
Robert McAllister

to me,
Hi Mike when we have news to update each Joint Venture we release the news.
Sincerely,
Robert
Multiple times I have asked for an update on WOM license and there seems to be no answer to why it has been over a year
It has been almost a year sine the World of Marijuana venture partially owned by ENRT applied for their license inspection, and still no word. Yet other companies such as FITX apply for inspection and get there pre-inspection within four months, what is taking the WOM so long??
He did claim financials by this Friday on his twitter last week. Lets see if he holds up to it.
Yeah I thought that was interesting when I asked him that. I hadn't heard any mention of another 1.25 million tons before?
There is no bid...
Over 200 million shares just filled at .0001
Anyone still get in today at .0001?
2 million shares sold at .0002 this morning already...not a lot but at least its getting up there a bit.
Did he mention anything about how he plans to go from 750 tons in 3 weeks to 1000 tons / week. That seemed like a stretch.
And if my math is correct and they keep up the .1 per ton they are looking at 32 million just from the contract in Arizona?
Do they have other mines on the radar or is this an all in on the one claim play?
Anyone have any luck buying with Fidelity?
