I would have thought by now with the court case way in the rear view that their leadership would have hosted a call to give everyone an update. At this point, I think we all deserve updates on where all of the “announcements” currently are at the company. Are they scaling to put the production team in position to fulfill these potential orders? Are we even going to see those orders?
I understand we are all long and it is the big picture we’re looking at, but I would love an AOP update of some sort. The silence has been deafening.
What analyst projected this? Can you please send in here?
Respectfully, do you know something the rest of us don’t? With the most recent financials, I do not see any jump in sales from this press release which is almost exactly two years old which came out in October of 2021. I would love to know what happened with this agreement and why it never came to fruition in sales.
I agree but why would they have to “resign” on? They carried our product in the past and was under the impression they dropped it due to the legal case. Legal case has been resolved and we’re still not back on their shelves.
The other major reservation I still have is the cost increase compared to the competition. I have said it before, but if I am a GC I am looking at the bottom line and insultex doesn’t help the bottom line when doing a project.
I don’t understand why we are not back in lowes or Home Depot yet? Court case has been resolved for quite some time. What’s the hold up there? Does anyone know?
Progress!!!! Pricing and available to order on the website.
R-3: $159 500 sqft
R-6: $319 500 sqft
Does anyone else not see this as a major problem? In today’s world, a ton of purchases are made online. The fact that you cannot order online or see pricing on the website is an issue.
Majority of potential buyers are going to go the path of lease resistance and order from someone who has online ordering and pricing readily available.
Whoever has connections on this forum internally should be in their ear.
We recently renovated our house last Summer and as an investor, I wanted to use insultex. End of the day it was much easier and faster to order the competition’s product.
So pitcook I completely agree with everything, but one of these monster competitors already know about this game changing technology. They were concerned to the point where we were brought to trial, and we won. Why aren’t they knocking on our door? I was optimistic that once we won the court case that whichever competitor tried to take us down would come acquire the company. And all this time later we are still not even close to our old $2 highs. I continue to see these announcements and tweets, but no significant increase in sales or share price. Very frustrating
The projections are incredible but I still have reservations on how much market share we will end up with when it’s all said and done. Frustrating when you scientifically proved we have the best product, but time will tell.
I couldn’t agree more. It’s mind blowing that the stock price is still this cheap. Does anyone know why we still are not back in lowes or Home Depot? Lowes still has it on their website but it says this item is no longer sold at Lowe’s. It doesn’t even come up on Home Depot’s website. When you google insultex house wrap, tyvek is the first picture to buy off google. I understand this is paid for but it still doesn’t make sense….
FDA rejected Eli Lilly's attempt for quick approval of Alzheimer's drug

With a recession on the horizon and the real estate market cooling off, this Florida rebuild may be our only hope for a significant boost in the near future.
Look forward to seeing what comes out of this marketing consultant. Patiently waiting for an update with the partnership.
Absolutely mind blowing that you cannot place an order on their website in todays e-commerce happy society.
Also, to touch on the insultex being slightly higher in cost compared to tyvek. Being in sales, it is much more difficult to sell a product on “soft” savings like an efficiency benefit. Majority of businesses are looking at hard dollars. If a contractor is putting the money out for product to build a job, the benefits of insultex mean nothing to them. They’ll make less profit using a more expensive house wrap regardless of the benefits.
Hopefully the new PR/advertising firm can highlight if this is actually a savings compared to the tyveks of the industry. If it is actually cheaper and offers significantly better insulation, then it is very disheartening as there is no literature comparing our product to the top guns in the industry highlighting these differences.
I was confident once this lawsuit was resolved we would be back in lowes/Home Depot and the share price would be back to $1 - $1.25 at the floor. We are still not back in these major retailers and haven’t sniffed $0.50. Why???? Can anyone help answer this for me?
Lecanemab, an Alzheimer’s drug from Eisai and Biogen, slowed cognitive decline in patients with early Alzheimer’s by 27% over 18 months in a final-phase trial, the companies said yesterday. That rate of decline met the study’s targets and offers hope to the 6 million people in the US with Alzheimer’s that their dementia can be slowed down or delayed. The companies hope lecanemab will fare better commercially than their previous Alzheimer’s drug Aduhelm—which was a total flop.
Really hoping McKibbon is all they’re hyped up to be because I think they need more help than any of us could have imagined. I reached out to multiple builders from residential to commercial and nobody has ever heard of insultex. Hoping this changes soon. I thought we would be over $1 after the legal battle, and we still are not even close….Never thought I’d miss the days when we had $1 share prices.
Building Trades Conferences/shows - do we know if insultex is going to these events? Are they setting up booths to get our technology/product out there? After reading the last post, I would assume they are not….
They don’t necessarily have to host an in-person meeting and spend any capital. Couldn’t they do a virtual shareholder meeting via zoom?
I thought we would see a decent bump once the court case was finally resolved, but still waiting. Does anyone have insight if Lowes or Home Depot will start distributing again?
That makes sense which would be equivalent to massive hard dollars savings on raw materials for these projects. Thank you for the breakdown. Hopefully some of these major builders get us on their radar asap!
Great post, pitcook. Can you please elaborate a bit more on being able to use 2x4’s opposed to 2x6’s? How exactly would our wrap impact which wood the builder is using for that respective project?
If I remember right, it was over $2....

Where can you purchase it?
The website being back is very encouraging, but I do not see anywhere to buy the wrap on the website. I am assuming you cannot buy it until the court case is over?
Also, does anyone recall if you were able to buy the wrap direct before this witch hunt of a court case or did they only sell through distributors?
I have been an ivdn advocate for a long time now. Each time we see a light at the end of the tunnel, we hit another speed bump in the road.
Does anyone have a timeline on how long they have to respond to the most recent appeal?
At this point, would we rather a big retailer buy IVDN out and cash out? Who knows when we will be back on the shelves in Home Depot’s and Lowe’s....
Staying optimistic!
