Any one hear anything? Noticing the volume lately and can’t find a reason.
I did put a pre buy in on Nov 2 and it showed order #1429 so not sure if that means the number of pre orders by that date or what
Hopefully we can some updates from how things went at SEMA this week and hopefully there was a lot of interest. Wonder how many reservations they took this week?
Ford only produced the engines. With the Tesla option you can get the whole kit which means you have the controllers and batteries all in a kit that has been tried tested and proven to work. This decreases expenses on trial and error. Companies spend millions trying to reinvent the wheel. The great thing about Elon is he made some of his technology open source which helps competition. With the ford motors there wasn’t a kit which provided a kit and it would have taken more effort and dollars to find a controller and battery that would as comparable.
The 222 sports car has a price tag of 222k now let’s be realistic. If they sell 5k vehicles at range from the most affordable $70k-$80k to most expensive $222k + the conservative avg would be $125k x 5000. That would over $600 mil annual revs. No way to know if they ever get that far but that’s big numbers for an otc. Not to mention if they produce vehicles for another company they might be able qualify for another 5k vehicles for each manufacturer they produce for. Gene’s experience is a gods send for this company. I don’t know how this stock isn’t on the top of everyone’s list with his expertise.
One thing to take into consideration is in several states it’s not going to be an option to buy anything but an EV and the no gas vehicles sold after 2035 in California and Washington along with other countries like Canada doesn’t take age into consideration. Every age if you drive and want a new vehicle will be buying EV in those places. That’s why this makes it more enticing. Anything the government is forcing through policy has a better chance at succeeding. It becomes need and not want. If a country or state bans the sale of gas vehicles it won’t be about want. So if forced would you rather drive the cookie cutter or a classic that you might not be able to get anymore.

What’s going on here? Nice volume here lately.
I was doing some dd and noticed the new ceo is part of Cicero Transact. It is the company that Kevin Harrington is part of from Shark Tank. Cicero was involved with KN*S that went to .45. https://www.cicerotransact.com/team. Wonder if they announce a partnership with them in the future.
Nice volume today. Hopefully see some nice continuation. Moves pretty easy with volume.
Added a few on the dip today. Moves real easy on the way up. Might add a few more if it dips some more. Liking this one for the small float and lack of recent dilution. Should move real easy when the updates come.
What’s tour price target and why?
It looks like the merger will happen as Nevada sos shows "cbd life sciences inc" as the entities name now. It also shows an amendment to the a/s going from 2 billion back down 500 million which is less then the current o/s. It also shows par share count at 16 million which would signify a r/s. Based off this I sold for a loss this morning. The r/s and name change has not been filed with finra yet from what I can see.either way not worth the risk for me .
Did someone say government contracts and patents?
A lot of accumulation here. Expecting a big move once we break through .003. The company is doing all the right things with getting current and releasing updates. Should see a nice sustained run here once it goes.
Annual report was filed today. Stop sign was removed and the yield sign added. Hopefully we will be pink current shortly. I am guessing that updates will start flowing after that.

The current o/s as of today is 252 million shares. TA is ungagged.

They became non-compliant 1/1/2017 and they were reinstated 2/28/2017
Nice to see they were recently reinstated with the Colorado SOS. Companies usually don't go through the trouble after being dormant unless they have something in the works.
Noticed a little volume in the last week. Maybe a new pump soon?
Low volume shake down. Now if we can keep the flippers from stacking the ask we should see a nice run.

How many store's in your area are carrying their Biochar. Do you see more people using it?
Check out twitter. Looks like a couple more pics
I used it the other night to order some biochar and I got a response back the next day confirming they got my order.
Has anyone else on here tried Vegas biochar and have some input on what works best? Thanks
Insidious what size was the biochar you used? I got the 3mm. I am not sure if it matters or if one size works better then the other. Thanks
Did it help the plants mature faster? We had a really short growing season last year because of the extended Minnesota winter. I am hoping this stuff works to help the plants mature so I can actually eat some corn out of the garden. Thanks
Insidious, I am going to be doing a test grow with our biochar. I know you did a test grow last year and said it worked awesome. What percentage of biochar did you use? Did you try different percentages to see what worked best? I am going going to be growing just vegetables.
Didn't you do a test grow last year with the bio-char that Vega markets last year? How did that turn out?
Hopefully that means we will be getting revenue from bio-coal right away instead of first quarter of next year and vcor stock dividend. May be the blockbuster deal.
I was watching the L2 when the selling started. There were a couple times when the bid was whacked the ask was raised by the same amount. There was a 4380000 order that went through and with in seconds 4380000 was added to the ask. Both were nite. Either someone flipping or using the shares to build a wall to keep the price down to accumulate more shares.

Don't worry, you will be fine. If you recall, this happened a couple of months ago when people were anxious for a pr to come out but it took a while and sent us much higher. As for .02, that will be cheap soon. I know you keep hearing that but please realize that these kind of things have to go through tons of legal processes. The CEO said it was going to happen, and he has came through every time. There is much more to come here. Much more than just biochar. If you ask me, you made a great purchase. GLTY

Joe James' Summary
Agri-Tech Producers, LLC (ATP) has an exclusive license to patented torrefaction technology developed by NC State University (NCSU). With ATP's help, NCSU has secured patents in Australia, South Africa and the US. ATP's simple, lower-cost unit, its auto-thermal heating process, which creatively produces essentially all process heat from the biomass feedstock being treated, results in low life-cycle impacts, eliminates the need for pre-drying most biomass inputs.
ATP's operating affiliates, like ATP-SC, LLC (ATP-SC), will produce clean and renewable torrefied products, for domestic and foreign customers, from animal, plant and wood biomass. ATP-SC has been given the exclusive right to develop torrefaction plants in South Carolina and is developing a $3.65 million, 13,000 TPY pilot plant on the grounds of a very large wood processing operation, in Allendale, South Carolina. Funding has now been committed and the plant is scheduled to open in Q1 2015. ATP-SC's landlord will supply it with wood biomass, at very favorable prices. Bio-crop partners will also help supply plant-based feedstock, grown in proximity to the pilot plant.
Joe James, ATP's tech-wise founder, a former, 33-year economic development professional, also the founder of South Carolina Scientific, Inc., which has licensed and commercialized a USDA, synthetic, insect pheromone technology, is a biomass leader in the Southeast, a member of the federal Biomass R&D Technical Advisory Committee, and a 2008 Purpose Prize winner.
