Could you or someone more familiar with S-1 comment and explain what is going on? From my understanding they are applying for Nasdaq uplisting and will be offering IPO on Nasdaq for 10M offering and then spend 3.5M on machinery etc. Did I interpret this correctly or can someone more familiar with the current state of SGLB explain more clearly?
Thanks
You may reply to topics in a more "forceful manner" but that's better than Mr Wittys 1 sentence reply to my emails.. I've stopped emailing him all together and only call him with my concerns because of the lack of response I get from an email from him. I'm not as concerned for the independent BOD right now as I don't think that should occur pre-revenue, however I completely agree that down the line it must be looked into and implemented in regards to proper uplisting as well as yielding substantial growth for the company.
Thank you, I knew someone would be able to better clarify.
If I remember correctly, and I hope someone else has an actual source to my claim as I do not and am doing strictly off memory... Their private placement agreement with Rockville had a stipulation to apply for market uplisting with the investment. I spoke to Chris Witty several months ago asking him which listing SGLB would be applying for and he stated that they have not made that decision yet/or it is not public knowledge. Regardless Sglb is planning to uplist at some point, but are only capable of doing so after certain requirements are met, such as no late filings for 2 years..etc. also they would/should uplist at a time when revenue has begun and commercial operations are more or less fully in place.
If anyone else remembers this and would like to add or correct my understanding of this agreement or has a source to the original statements to uplist please share
Still at least 10 months out...I'd say even more unless things begin to really ramp up..but it is on their agenda as it was a qualification for the Rockville placement
Here's a link to the fight... I had no clue they sponsored Ken, and I definitely recognized the advertising accidentally without searching...however I am familiar with the label, someone who is unfamiliar would have to pause the fight in order to make out what it says...5-7second mark on the first video...sorry I couldn't find a direct link.

Emailed Tom,
Thank you! I posted too soon and did not read your follow up message
Yes I have signed up and have not received any mids report
I own too many shares of both, no shame here both companies will be worth much more 2-3 years from now as the AM industry is still an infant and most do not understand the difference between AM for production and 3D printing for consumers.
No faith lost with Sigma, if anything my faith has been restored with the previous run and future October conference, you should just be aware that the stock has been heavily manipulated and will be for quite some time until they get off of the OTC, ideally within the next 18 months.
Mark made a statement in the last conference call saying PR3D will be implemented into AI's new AM machine... Whether it is MetalFab1 or another machine they may be working on we do not have confronted, however one would absolutely assume MetalFab1 would include PR3D based on AIs website and Marks previous comments. I don't have a transcript at hand but I'm sure someone has this if you want Marks exact statement from the last investors conference
Please post the link here when the site is updated if possible.
Thank you
I too agree. No need for a huge marketing campaign but to begin Brand awareness especially in the U.S. would be great for the continued and future adoption of mtls software and technologies
Second everything he says. Thank you for all you do jj
Very interesting video, thank you for posting. I haven't sat through an entire 30 minute YouTube clip in god knows how long
Any idea on next date of attempt? We shall fly soon enough, and we are all getting anxious.
I'm still here and have managed to double my MTLS position while in the 6's
Yes that is correct they don't do tests on Mondays because the staff needs to fly in.. But what tests are you referring to? Another mini-Evac? If they didn't pass nor fail and FAA has us in limbo wouldn't they first need to fail us before scheduling another mini for next week?
Sry this was a year old but dated April 22nd, my mistake
My bad, 2014... Nothing new. Just same date "April 22nd"
My link is directly from sigmas website, along with materializes website:

You posted this in the "wrong" board lol
DPS how do I become a gold member?
I too agree with you so I'll retract my original statement, but I just would've liked some more media coverage as opposed to searching online for a local newspaper..
I feel like a little more media exposure still would have been nice or some type of live feed for investors... If they can build PR3D, they can plug in a webcam..
"Thanks to our amazing customers, industry partners, and team, i3D MFG™ is proud to be the first North American company to own the new EOS M290 DMLS 3D printer. We heat treat, tumble, and hand finish in-house. i3D MFG™ is a 3D metal company focused on metal manufacturing excellence."
From i3mfg website... Looks like great potential 3DPR customers!

Okay I will be looking forward to the article!
Thank you!
If you decide to you can use a site such as "http://tinypic.com" to upload the images and post the direct links given.
Did you manage to take any pictures of the event?
Also if you dont mind could you give a summary of what was said by the team/speakers? Any significant timeline (short or long term) updates? DEFORM?
Thank you!
There is an April 14th (today) open house that we were hoping to get some eyes-on action from if you weren't too busy. Why have you stepped out of sigma of you don't mind me asking?
We need a SF local-forum contributer... I keep refreshing for anything
I'll pay for it if someone calls it in
I hope we get SOME update!
Will anyone be onsite at the open house tomorrow?
They got sold out of product 2-3 days immediately after launch and have been manufacturing filament on an order-by-order basis with a 3 week turnaround time per order.
Made it seem like the filament was very in-demand based on sales and how quickly it took to sell out but I did not get a total amount that was sold..
I'm not sure why I got a phone call from their IR as I don't have millions of shares or anything like that
Anyone else get a call from IR?
