Lol and yours truly also replied.
Thanks for sharing this insight - I came in about 6 months ago and am holding for a similar outcome in 2022..
Because this is a good sign, a larger investor must have wanted in this round so they made room.
I scooped some more today. Heading towards new highs IMHO.
Lol just saw this - SR certainly told a good story but I actually learned a lot from that period.
Def still long here and also much more deeply engaged in the healthcare space.
This will pay off one day this year.
Thank you for sharing - I wonder who built that medical grade Operating System so quickly.
Thanks - I see that now. Also our Wolff man is gone as well. I hope this is just cleaning ship of people who wanted to live in "designing the perfect robot world" and we're adding people who want to live in "let's sell something in 2020 or sooner" world.
Really shocked nothing came of design-freeze.
How do you know this? Post a link?
I think there's something about having less Outstanding Shares - I'll take that option with all other reasons being equal between the two options..
Yep - crazy eh? I'm also in the small-volume blood testing industry so it was good to see it all first-hand!!
I think it’s private so can only go by revenues as a proxy for relative size.
I’m just hoping we don’t. That timeline that was just confirmed last week better hold!
Then HC can take home the prize and first round at Vegas.
So I’ve been here for 8 years but can’t shake this feeling we are getting bad news tonight.
Outside of HC who’s feeling good today?
I don’t think KS has the $$ to buy us out for the SP I want. :)
BTW welcome back! I doubled down at $2.25 !!
I'll give you one good (and in my opinion the only reason) why this happens.
We've been "funded" from the start from the same group/individual/company, and in order for that one "entity" to not become a majority stakeholder, they've dumped their holdings immediately, yet retained warrants (representing no ownership yet).
The entity provides the funding, exits, and spreads the new shares out to the general public. Again, holding the warrants.
That's why the leadership is always drumming up interest in the post funding buying, and not too much beforehand.
Just IMHO
* Frankly, I never understood why whomever bought this deal would want to sell ASAP for the quick profit but that concept is what it is. I guess they would rather have a 40 cent profit and FREE warrants rather than a $96 profit on 7m shares and 7m warrants (inside of 2 years) ? LOL - GLTA
I think they don't want to offer too much to allow a loss of control, vs. a state-law limited approach.
Also, and we'll see how time goes on, but I feel they have the same band of investors, who are providing $$ each time.
In my experiences raising funds, it's always easier to go back to the well you already know, vs., finding and nurturing a new well to produce funds..
It's cause his "rock" weighs him down with old school funding ways..
Yah - I'm nervous too. Been burned a lot so don't expect it to be anything but.
I’ve been long since the first sport IP licensing announcement!
Hey can someone post details about where the SPORT is installed in NYC?? I may have a chance to see it just need to confirm if I’ve got the details right !! Thanks!
If I was to speculate, the spread between "old market cap, Pre Nasdaq" and "Current market cap today" is about $40MM. I suspect we've dropped that much to represent the dilution we are about to face.
Once the funding is closed (ie: $40MM), our new market cap is back to $100MM, and then we take off.
In the US, they are.
I think the point is we had 0 for last 8 years. Anything is better than nothing and more will come. Can’t argue the facts here.
That's very likely, the number appears to be based on a % calculation.. Either way, this is the new norm, we're being bought up slowly over time, hopefully to the point where 25%+ of our float is owned by institutions!
From AGM - the Sept 5, 6, and onwards larger healthcare conferences are exciting.. WellsFargo would be a nice one to get some skin in the game for example...
Incredible update on all fronts! Simpler product is better all around from cost to build and cost to maintain. Awesome!!
Very old post that is out of context now.
Right where it is now, but will include a warrant. IMHO
While I do agree that I believe DM critically thinks through the moves, the AGM has always been held at a law firm.
LOL - I do remember those words.. I'm not sure what he was thinking?
Because truthfully that detail only makes retail investors happy and we don’t make the big investments. The institutions get courted and provided a great amount of insight to get them to open their purses.
Cool, appreciate it in advance, and I look forward to reading your post!!
What do you mean?
Totally agreed!
I think we had an amazing first day with no Analyst coverage or PR. We may even be in a holding pattern while the investment community first advises clients to buy them we get the classic analyst “strong buy” research posts.
It is almost unreal how much less risk is on the table - compared to when I know we all first invested (I've been 8 years!)
All thumbs up !! Let's now enjoy the ride!
I think we can all agree that from now on, we should treat this company, its executives, and the product as a we would treat a brand new company, with top execs, and the best product !!
