Thank you, MKA. That clarifies something. Still murky is how dilluted the long position is, really.

I pessimistically assume that the 12 billion shares now come into play, not the 6 billion shares that were in play prior to the APRU activity, even though most of the new 6 billion are restricted, held in escrow, perhaps, and said to be subject to a return to the company via buyback or increase in RSHN share price.

Ergo, while RSHN owns 51%-now 46% of Apple Rush, the position of the longs who were here prior to Apple Rush spin-off were technically 51% originally and are now 22.5% or 23%, relative to the float.

If that's actually the case, then it's a fifty percent loss, or 50% donation to the cause, if you prefer, for those longs.
