I heard that heavy dilution and cash shortage is of great concern over at SCMI. As you all know, I am a great supporter of SCMI but people are telling me that the dilution is WAY out of hand.
But don't worry, we are getting $0.05 a CD, split it 50/50 by QTIG and SCMI, so SCMI gets $0.025 a CD. We are already protecting 10 million CDS!!! We are the industry standard. 10 million CDS X $0.025 is $250,000 already... WE ARE THE STANDARD.
May I remind you that we are the STANDARD in the music industry and we are the STANDARD in the DVD market as well. WE HAVE NO COMPETITION.
The majors are DYING and begging for MM5.
My sources say that 4/5 majors by end of 2005.
Okay, the news that I was telling you to expect got postponed. But nevertheless, it is still scheduled, expect it after New Years. I heard that they didn't want to release the news during such an off time as this.
So expect "UNIVERSALLLY" good news the first week of January. I've been hearing, especially from CGIbellino. And I heard that they wanted to start off the year with a BIG BANG!!!!
So keep your ears open for "Universally" good news the first week of Jan.
My sources have never been wrong.
3-4 MAJORS by Year end 2005, that's what I'm hearing... WE ARE ON THE VERGE OF CORNERING THE ENTIRE MARKET.
shoot just wanted to let everyone know that I tried burning a DVD that I rented from Blockbuster, "Bourne Identity", and it is protected.
This is their newest release. All the older ones, couple months ago I could burn with no problem. But this DVD is protected.
I checked, and yep, it's MVSN. Shucks. Maybe next time.
We still lead CDS!!! WE ARE THE STANDARD IN THE CD INDUSTRY.
Remember that GE was at SCMI 2 weeks ago. And they weren't there to change the light bulbs. Trust me. I know what I'm talking about. Expect "universally" good news next week.
Don't worry ii2. Our day of reward is right around the corner.
QTIG is an actual separate company which is on the guidelines for getting listed on a better exchange.
Just don't listen to a single word of bad news that bashers say.
WE ARE GOING TO BE RICH.
No expect great news this week. I already said that. But there might have been a SLIGHT delay. SO if it doesn't come out next week. You can still expect it to come out slightly late next week.
Still expecting "universally" great news this week.
I'm getting news that if it does not come out this week, we can expect it next week. I hear that things may have been delayed for some unknown reason.
But rest assured, if it does not come out this week, it will come next week.
EXPECT GREAT NEWS NEXT WEEK!
My sources are seeming very antsy~!!!
You've been in this company for 4 years? You should be honored to be a SCMI veteran. Then as you know we shall be rewarded indeed! I'm glad you're such a firm believer in SCMI... CHEERS!~
What better company?
YOURE WRONG
SCMI revenues and future revenues:
Okay, here's calculations. If you don't believe me look at the numbers. I predict that by 2005, we'll have full rollouts by 4/5 majors. If we stay conservative, we'll protect a billion CDs for each major. That's 4 billion CDs annually.
We get to split $0.05 for each CD protected so SCMI will get $0.025 per CD. If you have SCMI and QTIG, twice the fun!!!
4 billion CDs annually X $0.025 = $100,000,000 annual sales.
Let's say SCMI is an "average" company making a 15% profit margin.
$100,000,000 sales X 15% = $15,000,000 annual profit.
Then we would have an earnings per share, or EPS, of:
$15,000,000 / 500,000,000 shares o/s = $0.03
Multiply EPS of $0.03 by a conservative multiple of 20 and we get $0.60. So if we protect 4 billion CDs annually, our share price should be $0.60 SWEEEET!!!!
Do you know what's even better? Our Profit margin is not a measly 15% like MVSN. Our profit margin is 90%!!!! MVSN is in the SAME EXACT line of business by licensing their software to disc duplicators, but their management is stupid and doesn't know how to handle expenses, SCMI DOES.
So with a 90% profit margin calculation, we'll have:
$100,000,000 sales X 90% = $90,000,000 profit.
$90,000,000 annual profit / 500,000,000 shares o/s will equal an EPS of .18. Multiply that by 20 and we get a share price of $3.60! HOLY SMOKES. Do you know the ROI on that from here!!!!
And it even gets better.
These calculations were based on using:
1) 4 billion CDs protected annually. We can easily see 4 majors with full rollouts.
2) This is calculating 4/5 majors. Imagine if we get 5!!!!
3) shares outstanding using 500 million shares o/s. I heard we breached 500 million but no more dilution.
4) A short squeeze of 250-400 million shares short and sky rocket us quicker and higher!!!
SCMI revenues and future revenues.
From what I understand, MM5 is gaining major traction in the market and we'll have 4/5 majors soon.
Comprising these 4 majors, I expect that we'll protect 4 billion CDs annually.
We get $0.05 per CD to split between SCMI and QTIG so SCMI will get $0.025 per CD and if you own SCMI and QTIG, then TWICE THE FUN!!!
So 4 billion CDs X $0.025 is $100,000,000 annual revenue for SCMI. SWEET!!!
Let's say that SCMI is an "average" company and makes a 15% profit or has a 15% profit margin.
$100,000,000 X 0.15 = $15,000,000 profit
Then divide $15,000,000 by 500,000,000 shares outstanding then we get an EPS of $0.03. Then multipy that $0.03 EPS by a conservative multiple of 20 then we get $0.60 a share when we're protecting 4 majors with 4 billion CDs annually.
BUT WHAT DO YOU KNOW... OUR PROFIT MARGIN IS 90%!!!! NOT a measly 15%. MVSN is in the same line of business with licensing but have stupid management and only eek out a 15% profit margin...losers.
WE'RE AT 90%. So calculating with $90,000,000 annual profit, we'll be justified at $3.60 a share!!! That return from here is AMAZING!!!
So here's the key factors:
1) Our profit margin is HUMONGOUS, not a measly 15%, it's 90%!
2) We can easily protect 4 billion CDs annually with 4 majors, and imagine if we get 5 MAJORS!!!
3) New line of credit so no more dilution.
4) We're talking about a 5,000% ROI here! DUH!!!!
You decide.
I'm hearing good news... can anyone confirm the "GE" visit?
I don't know who these names are "corey" and "x" and "y" and such... so NO.
I just found out about this site a week ago. Looks like the only lively board.
If SCMI is so bad? Then why would someone give them a $5,000,000 credit line? Huh? Can you explain that? They wouldnt give them that much if they didnt have MAJOR business on the way.
And my sources confirm what I am seeing. I wouldnt be surprised to see $3 by years end or early january. And with the amount of shares short, wouldnt be surprised to see SCMI at $5-$8 by Spring.
That's not true. MM5 was so impressive that they decided to skip MM4. Didn't you read the PRs?
Another buying opportunity to steal shares from weak hands. Don't worry people. This is just shaking weak hands. It just falls into stronger hands. Another buying opportunity to take advantage of... nowhere to go but up.
This is an amazing little stock and I've loaded up.
DON'T WORRY ABOUT DAY TO DAY FLUCTUATIONS. Look at the charts, it shows we're going up. Worry about the big picture.
And they're not allowed to give inside information if Universal is signed... remember *wink *wink.
What do you mean by a "bad" history. Okay, first off here are the things going for us:
1) Huge upside potential. Who would you rather invest in, MVSN who's at $26 or SCMI who's at $0.09? It's easier for SCMI to get to $0.18 than MVSN to get to $52.
2) WE ARE THE INDUSTRY STANDARD in copy protection.
3) We just got $5 million financing, which I expect is enough to last us for at least 2 years. I believe 4 to 5 majors will be on board by then.
4) Industry is begging for us. BMG is already using us. EMI is looking good and so is universal. And sony is looking good too.
5) Potentially a HUGE SHORT POSITION. 250-400 million shares short. And with our low float, we could sky rocket to incredible heights like TASR. Think about it~!
6) I hear that its a 90% profit margin for us since all we do is sit back and enjoy the ride.
7) We're already giving stock dividends. This is AMAZING!!
CGIBELLINO AGREES with me that good things are stirring. He's a pretty good source and I've never seen him call a wrong shot... EXPECT THINGS TO HAPPEN.
Don't worry yellowdog. SCMI has a good history of delivering and will prove you wrong. WE ARE THE INDUSTRY STANDARD, believe it or not and MAJORS are begging for us.
EXPECT "universally" good news next week, says my sources.
stingray, how come ppl keep telling me that MM5 is being adopted by independent labels but not by the majors?
Isn't it foolhearty to believe that independent music labels and major labels have the same business structure in all aspects of business?
Sources say to expect "Universally" good news next week. wink wink..
Stingray I agree. The battles are not important. If we lose all the battles we can still win the war right?
This is a perfect setup by PJ. There's 3 weeks still left in December. I still believe that 3/4 majors will be announced by year's end.
3 majors will be announced by year's end to be conservative. And what do you know... 3 weeks left?
1 a week? Coincidence? I don't think so... congrats SCMI holders we will be rewarded soon!
EXPECT BIG NEWS NEXT WEEK!
Sources have a good idea of something big next week.
"MM games"
Screamingeagle, you are the moderator of this board. How can you of all people believe in that nonsense.
That's just a cliche every uses for a stock that doesn't deliver in PPS. It's the "blame game".
Why can't anyone just face the facts that it's not the MM's fault. Do you guys even know how the stock market works? It's "supply and demand". Many people are not falling for the BS "fluff" PRs, therefore, not creating a demand.
Increasing revenues create demand, not fluff. Face it, it's not the MMs, it's because there's no demand for SCMI.
If you believe in "the MMs are playing games", I bet you still believe there's a short position... LOL. The QTIG distribution CLEARLY showed that there's no short position.
COMMON SENSE PEOPLE.
next week should be great.
Dadgummit about the Universal DVDs:
the line where it states that less space is used up so that more space can be used for bonus features really leans towards MVSN's rather than SCMI's product.
If you're talking "space" wise on the DVD, SCMI is known to use an archaic structure which is known to be inefficient in terms of "storage" and "space" (you can even see the content on any CD that you put into your PC, just go to "my computer" then right click "open with" and then you can open up the content with any autodecryptor such as Sandtrap or Netintercept.
And here is the history of MVSN:
"Macrovision's technologies are embedded in over 8.9 billion DVD, VHS and CD units representing over $130 billion of protected entertainment content."
LOL you tell me who the leader is:
"SEATTLE, Nov 1, 2004 (Reuters) - Macrovision Corp. (MVSN.O: Quote, Profile, Research) , which makes software to prevent copying of movies, said on Monday that sales rose nearly 60 percent but that its profit fell on higher amortization and other charges."
Amortization simply means depreciation of intangible property which doesn't affect cash flow... LOL. Don't confuse SCMI with MVSN. Yes, this is like David vs. Goliath in a wrestling match.
