Dumping shares

Can companies dump as many shares as they want? I would think that a market/buyers would have to exist to buy the shares being dumped? Otherwise the MM's would get caught holding the bag...correct? Maybe I am way off.

The best thing about that PR is the timing (Nov)....If I remember correctly when we pulled the data from the State of Delaware the increase to 2 billion was documented on December 13th...approx.

I just want to know how bad it really is! How this company has double crossed us AGAIN.

I cannot tell you how many posts I have created but not posted about this company. Took a breath and stepped back. Hoping that Ed will come thru.

I am as P.O'd as you. This company always says..."doing to increase share price or for the shareholders." I can say that they have not done one thing that benefits you/I. Yes we got those share dividends almost two years ago but....That wonderful RS took all that away!

Question about the golf course. I just re-read that last PR about the golf course. It says IBCX executed their side of the contract. It does not say that it was approved and the deal is closed. We are not teeing off yet! Ha Ha

The thing that gets me is, what is this company waiting for? It seems that they could put alot of money in their pockets as well as the shareholders.

cwy48...I only partially agree. It is not my/our responsibility to increase share price. I/we did our part we bought a long time ago and look what happened....RS. It is the companies responsibilty to generate new support. You and I buying X shares will not move anything. Look at today...Over 5 million shares traded and NO movement.

This stock is perfect for short term investors. Buy at .005 and sell at .01.

The company needs to generate something major to get us out of this rut. Dare I say audit and/or move to OTCBB???? I know they are saying audit by months end.

Our only hope is a company that comes clean and is fully reporting.

Speaking of OTCBB....anyone notice that recent PR's do NOT say anything about moving to OTCBB or any exchange.

Alright IBCX....its time. Ed you have been promising things for all most two years. Its time to come clean. Your stock is locked and loaded. The thing that worries me is that you seem to not want to take advantage of this. I would think that even you stand to make alot of money in the success of this rather then the failure? Next time so you dont have to go thru the inconvenience of issuing bogus PR's just provide us with an offshore account number. We can just send money there...same net result for us. You take our money any we get nothing. Even better you really wont have to do any work. Especially dealing with us little POS shareholders.

Anything new
Nice volume today. However no real movement. Anyone have any updated info? I do not. Just waiting for the company to make a move that finally provides some confidence in this company.

Half Full
Atleast someone is still positive about this stock.
When I first invested about 1.5 years ago I had high hopes for this stock. However I really ask...what has this company done for me lately?
1. Does not return phone calls
2. Does not return emails.
3. Reverse splits on me.
4. Can you say dilution?
5. Pubilcally stated 2006 Q1 audit completion, otcbb. Then they just let that slide away. Now they dont even give a timeframe...do I dare say, NEVER.

IBAC CORP. You have many loyal shareholders. I hope that some day you can reward them.

PS: The last dividend would have been a nice but, you did that twice last year and it did nothing for me. Remember that was when you had been dumping shares? I almost forgot...that last divided was also just after the RS...Thanks

Todays PR:

From above todays PR looks good....company trying to inform shareholders. However they had been advertising for some time audit would be done by end of Q1. Link from company website says that the audit will begin shortly (Letter dated April 4th 2006). I must admit that I became a little nervous when recent PR's no longer mentioned audit would be completed by end of Q1.
Interested in 2 things:
1. What was the last PR to state; Audit done by end of Q1 2006?
2. Did any PR ever state the audit was underway? If so I would be a little "concerned." I am sure company could say internally we had been preparing for the audit at that point.

Do I dare say....will we see .0001 again.

This company needs to step up to the plate. Had good intentions when I invested in this company. Starting to wonder if the company had good intentions with my investment? I hope they prove me wrong.

The only way any long will see an ROI is if this company completes audit and moves to otcbb.

You cannot tell me that the land they have is worth nothing.

Over the past three years all this has been discussed thousands of times. This "conversation" will not resolve or sway anyones opinions. Last time I checked you can no longer buy CMKX stock anyway.

Did not catch this about symbol when I read last week.

So the big story is the rumor that the TA will be ungaged tomorrow. Lets see....

On a nother note: Thinking back to early 2005 PR's was it not in ICAN's plan to release audited financials by the end of the second quarter? Second quarter ends this Thursday....

Just think: Close on hotel today, ungag TA tomorrow, release audited financials by COB Thursday. That would make for a heck of a week. Not getting my hopes up...however my glass is still half full.
