Yes, it was a general question, not a personal criticism. Where, for instance, is the proof that Publix has ordered 30-40K cases? I've seen repeated references to it, but no proof of it nor do I recall seeing even a request for proof.
Not the Zero Sugar. Click on it: http://bellissimaprosecco.com/#/organic-collection
Something I've been wondering about....For the sake or argument, let's say that they actually could sell 20,000 cases of Zero Sugar in the fourth quarter. Where would they get it? There's a 7+ month fermentation process, and given the March-May sales volume, I don't know why they would have geared up to have it on hand.
Thanks, but what I am trying to determine is by what percentage would the addition of 1150 stores increase the total number of Bellissima retail outlets. One-third perhaps? Just wondering.
Asyp, you appear to be a pretty informed guy. Do you know/have an estimate at how many retail locations Bellissima is currently (pre-Publix) available?
Yes, people's experiences in that regard appear to vary wildly.
At how many retail locations is Bellissima currently available? 1500? 2000? I don't recall seeing an estimated number since early in the year.
She is the Lt. Governor. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donna_Lynne
It was Brinkley herself (or her proxy) who kicked off the whole "Bellissima Summer!" pump back in late April. After that, the usual fanboys ran with it here and elsewhere.
It is not an idea without merit. People are very set in the times and occasions when they think to drink champagne. They are much less set when it comes to proseccos, cavas, and other sparkling wines. But did it turn out to be the "Summer of Bellissima"? It doesn't appear so.

Another ICNB/Bellissima fan: #msg-134183324
I see no chance of that happening. Hey, congrats on getting through those few lucid moments you had in the one o'clock hour. I was concerned.
I wanted to like it. I tried all three at least once. I don't think it's worth $19.99/bottle or anything close to that.
If I saw LaMarca, Mionetto and Bellissima all for sale priced at !2.99 and was told I could only buy two, I would buy the LaMarca and Mionetto.
Here's another question. Are they actually paying Chazz Palminteri the $150-200K listed in note 10b of the Quarterly? And if so, why? I don't think they've sold any of that panther piss since the first quarter of 2016.
The p.r. stated that they had "already booked sales close to Q2 in the first 6 weeks of Q3," so I don't think your (2) would be accurate.
$190K is only "slightly lower than anticipated"? With what would he have been happy, $220K?
But...but....what about Bivi, the Sicilian vodka for which they only fire up the stills when the moon is just right?
Rich put 8/22 in the notification of late filing, so that is when I expect it.
Any number below $300K would be horrible in my mind.
She has until November 12 to exercise the option (under the original agreement). It probably makes sense to wait and see what the scoop is in November. It's possible that the "fully diluted basis" then will be different from the fully diluted basis now.
" I wonder why she didn't exercise that option?" It will be interesting to see if the Q2 quarterly includes any additional information about the ICNB-Brinkley contract extension.
Do you happen to know when they acquired the eight percent interests? I haven't seen it documented anywhere.
This is the company that claims to have "an 8% interest in two liquor brand licenses, Bellissima Prosecco and BiVi Vodka." http://thecse.com/sites/default/files/investorx/TGIF/1706301402590514.pdf
Two things to note:
1) I do not believe that the filing makes any claim to any ownership of ICNB itself.
2) The numbers are all screwed up. (For one thing, it gives ICNB a market cap of $814.79 Million.)
I'm bored with Bellissima and a guy that will knock off purple drank will sell anything. We need something new. Milanese Tequila? Napolitano Ouzo? I don't even care. Count me in.
I can feel his shock and appalment already.
Shucks.
Or a Chazzycello. Might as well get Palminteri in on it too.
Quite catchy. And I am pleased to note that we are but 46 days away from the start of the "4th quarter with the holiday season, a perfect time for Prosecco consumption and gifting." I'd argue that it's better for gifting than consumption, but to each his own.
New test slogan: "Bellissima....for the Easily Pleased Palate." Like it?
To be fair to sentiment on both sides of the aisle, the phrase "Q2 will show a leveling off following the surge from the end of 2016 that carried into Q1 of 2017" is so poorly constructed that it is open to various interpretations.
Sales for Q2 of 2016 were a nice round number: http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=ICNB&id=163271
If we ever get insight into repeat sales (or lack thereof), we'll see what the marketplace thinks.
Apparently, we are of different opinions on that. I thought that the Brut was bad-horrible and the Zero Sugar slightly-somewhat better. I haven't come across the Rose yet.
Unfortunately, advertising isn't going to make it taste any better.
Q4 = $363K. Q1 = $300K. Q2 = Unknown but it's going to stink. Flat would be an improvement.
Under $300K would be an unmitigated disaster.
$300,889.
Between now and mid-Q4, there's going to be a great point at which to buy and a great point at which to sell, and I have no confidence that I will correctly identify either one.
We're in Q3, awaiting fins from Q2.
I'm still working on "hockey stick milestone"
