Best comment of the year! DOPEIUM
LOL ??
Read the SEC docs, there is a lock up period. They cannot sell until after the lock up period.
Exercising the options means nothing. They probably already exercised them. It simply means they now hold the shares. They can't sell them for 2+ year and under certain conditions. When they sell them is what matters.
"Let me tell you a story about LQMT's licensing prowess:"
"LQMT licensed away all of the CE business to Apple: LQMT investors have not received any return on this licensing." Actual truth: LQMT has limited use in CE through other companies. Read recent 10Q.
"LQMT licensed away all aeronautical to VPC: LQMT investors havent' received sheet." Actual truth: There is no license to VPC, that was terminated.
"LQMT licensed away all watchmaking tech to SWATCH: LQMT are not receiving sheet." Actual truth: Apple has the right to make smart watches using LQMT. Omega has and is using LQMT in their watches.
"LQMT has licensed away all NON CE to Lugee Li: LQMT is not receiving sheet from Lugee Li" Actual Truth: Both companies has a cross license agreement sharing ALL IP for BOTH companies. This means not only BMG, but also magnesium alloys. So LQMT has broadened their capabilities with this agreement.
U.S. Steel cut to Sell at Goldman, which turns defensive as steel prices slip.
That because this company is an overrated POS! 10% short interest! How many other companies have this much short interest. Huge amounts of debt and printing shares like toilet paper!!!
When China gets back on track for steel production, it's game over!
Final distribution maybe.
If we are going to get a final distribution it will be from this filing.
After this is executed the case will be closed and then all of those old AAMRQ shares will be deleted from your account.
I don't know what the multiple will be if we receive something.
edit: After looking at some of my old post it looks like it could be around a 0.005
?

Here is the answer right from Eontec:
Hello, Yi'an Technology to mobile phone production customers with liquid metal hinge structural parts, is LQMT and Apple signed a permanent exclusive patent licensing agreement in the consumer electronics sector?
Hello! Thank you for your interest in the company. The company's liquid metal hinged structural parts are not affected by LQMT's agreement with Apple for permanent exclusive patent licensing in the consumer electronics sector. Thank you!
It is a very clear answer. Hinges CAN be used in other companies CE components.
Sorry, meant the 8K. I believe they stated the options would be accelerated.
The PR stated that these options were accelerated.
Other than to laugh at his desperation...
DILUTION - $5.4BILLION IN DEBT - AND PRINTING SHARES LIKE TOILET PAPER.
THIS STOCK IS LIQUID HORSE SHIT!!!
In 2020 Cleveland-Cliffs issued 506,832,537 new shares.
Can anyone say DILUTION!!
Debt of almost $5.4 billion at the end of June 2021. Only $182M in FCF. NOT GOOD AT ALL.
10% SHORT INTEREST on this stock.
China steel merger to proce world's third largest producer....

Most plausible would be a MacBook hinge or watch parts. Smaller parts are most cost effective. But if not them, some other US CE company will be using a BMG hinge this year. But may not be able to announce it if Apple doesn't. Its clear to any long term investor that this company has gone out of their way to keep a low profile. There is certainly a reason for this.
Steipp was a placeholder...nothing else.
"I believe Apple chose Li and gave him the task of industrializing LM." You are 100% correct about this and he has set up the ecco system to mass produce. Its just a matter of Apple using the material or if Google or Microsoft use it first. We already know there is one US hinge customer that is coming this fall (per Eon's Q&A website where it was acknowledged). If it is Apple and they announce the material and thereby release the company from the NDA, the the flood gates open. If it is one of the other two, then they may use it and not announce its use. In which case we only see the increased revenue at yearend. Which will still cause share price appreciation, just not open the flood gates...yet.
Interesting that he spent HALF of his net worth to be a common shareholder of LQMT and to commercialize it. I don't think it was an accident that Li and LQMT got together. Look at the timing and the Apple Agrements....
I think you are supposed to make up multiple aliases to imitate "user w". But good satire of what goes on here.
Because this stock is a SCAM! 10% Short interest....NUFF SAID!
He's still locked up for 2 years regardless if the share price gets to a buck or it gets listed. That is the good part, because if it shoots up this year (or even next) based on one contract, he has to keep it about a buck or keep building it higher (more contracts). After the 2 year lock up, then the share price is evaluated and he is given his bonus. So this is a very incentive based plan.
And I've made $50K shorting this POS company.
This company nothing but a SCAM!! Nothing but a bunch of criminals running this company. An overvalued mining company with 10% shorts. POS!
Thanks, it was the old website yesterday for some reason....tried it on multiple devices to make sure. Maybe they had to edit something with the new website. Good to see it back up because the new website noted the expanded BMG production capabilities along with the addition of 106.
Clearly someone from the company still reads this board as Eutectix just reverted back to their old website after I posted this information.
Please provide a link to contract.
Do you have proof that BB is no longer employed there?
Eutectix just changed their website: https://eutectix.com/
They now have an entire section on BMG's along with spec sheet (includes 106).
"AMORPHOUS MICROSTRUCTURE BULK METALLIC GLASS PROVIDES INCREASED ELASTICITY
Eutectix offers a variety of zirconium based bulk metallic glass alloys (BMGs). Also referred to as amorphous glass forming alloys, the Vitreloy product line includes Vit1b, Vit105 and Vit106a. With our expertise in vacuum melting and other processes critical to metallic glass production, we provide the highest quality alloys in commercial quantities."

Not titanium alloy as that is more expensive than stainless steel, let alone LQMT. And far too difficult to cut and mill. LQMT is the answer here...
Hinges this year, midframe next year....
No, it means nothing. They will be vested to him unless he declines them which he will obviously not. Means nothing at all.
The vesting is irrelevant, it just gives him the right to own the stock. The lock up period is what keeps him from selling it.
Please stop spreading misinformation on this board. Chung's options all have a minimum of a two year lock up period.
https://liquidmetal.gcs-web.com/node/11651/html#ex_262709.htm
Stock Options: As an additional inducement to join the Company, on the Start Date, we shall grant you under the Company’s 2015 Equity Incentive Plan (the “2015 Plan”) nonqualified stock options to purchase up to 7,500,000 shares of the common stock of the Company with an option exercise price equal to the closing LQMT stock price on the Start Date. The vesting schedule for your stock options shall be as follows:
Tranche 1: 2,500,000 stock options vesting ninety (90) days after the Start Date with a 2-year lock-up. After 2-years from the time of vesting, you may sell up to 1,250,000 of the option shares issued under Tranche 1 (provided you have exercised the options). After 3-years from the Start Date, the lock-up will terminate, and you may sell all option shares in Tranche 1 without restriction (provided you have exercised the options).
Fortunately, few people read this board any longer...
"we have no verifiable proof that LQMT hinges / mid frames are being made for the various cell phone manufacturers."
Did you not listen to the last ASHM? It was quite clearly stated that we are producing hinges for Huawei.
It doesn't matter where the goods are produced, it is where they are sold that matters. Case in point, we have products that Yihao is making for us right now and are sold in the US, of which we receive revenue.
Apple has already stated that they need multiple suppliers for any item they purchase. So Li had to widen the eco system so that there a few different suppliers capable of supplying them. Apple is also trying to get all of their eggs out of one (Chinese) basket. So having suppliers in other countries is clearly beneficial. As our process is highly automated, it is not too expensive to have a factory here in the US. If you go back to BB's blog, you will see he noted a US supplier expected this year.
So it is just a matter of diversifying the supply chain enough to be able to have multiple suppliers for the larger firms like Apple. In my opinion, Li has accomplished this and it is just a matter of time now.
Yes, he is a common shareholder, just like anyone else. Except he owns over 45% of the company. You think he might want to get the share price up?
It was obviously a non-answer from all the stuttering. And we before Li stepped down. Li stepped down once the contract was put in place. But feel free to believe what you like.
If it weren't for Apple, this company would not have survived. So hate them all you want, but they are the ones that are going to make this company successful.
