"LQMT licensed away all watchmaking tech to SWATCH: LQMT are not receiving sheet." Actual truth: Apple has the right to make smart watches using LQMT. Omega has and is using LQMT in their watches.

"LQMT has licensed away all NON CE to Lugee Li: LQMT is not receiving sheet from Lugee Li" Actual Truth: Both companies has a cross license agreement sharing ALL IP for BOTH companies. This means not only BMG, but also magnesium alloys. So LQMT has broadened their capabilities with this agreement.
