your entitled to your opinion, Mine is it works great, also the same opinion of many other engineers including Astra's DD for over 2 years, or they IMO would have walked long ago. Grab a cold Iced Tea or a beer and watch it play out.
What information did Astra publish that would tank the stock? They only publish material fact as in line with SEC guidelines. Astra is focused on growing all 3 divisions and not needing to respond to all the bashers/ non-shareholders and plaintiffs or related parties that are here 100% to be against Astra and Holcomb. I as a shareholder am glad that they are not here or even looking at their stupid posts. I am sure you will see all you need to see in the future when they are ready to do so with the Gen 2 HES.

He is here and well, may have taken a quick vacation looking for a hiding place for Uncle Bob. All is good except for the plaintiff's and bashers.
The bashers /non-shareholders are clueless on anything going on with Astra/Holcomb. All divisions are going very well.
LOL, poor Timmy, I see you are up very late past your bedtime unable to sleep over something you are clueless about and not even a shareholder but just a basher and related party to Plaintiffs that have lost their ass in court. I hope Uncle Bob is paying you well still to keep posting after hours. Tell him to send you his script earlier so you can post and get to bed at a normal time.
3 major reasons ASRE is a buy and hold at current levels.
Zanzibar 50 MW Clean and Renewable Energy Park
The Zanzibar Clean and Renewable Energy Park project (“ZCREP” or “Project”) on Unguja Island in the Zanzibar Archipelago will address two of Zanzibar’s most pressing issues: access to clean, reliable power and the growing problem of municipal solid waste (“MSW”) disposal. It aims to consume 300 tons of that MSW per day, reducing the stress on the Kibele landfill, the island’s only dedicated receptacle for waste, while drastically reducing their reliance on a single 100-megawatt (“MW”) submarine cable from mainland Tanzania, which is currently its sole source of power and is routinely operated at greater than 90% of its capacity during periods of peak demand on the island. Astra intends to own and operate the Project as an independent power producer, selling the 50 MW of clean and renewable energy to the Zanzibar Electricity Corporation, Zanzibar’s state-owned utility, via a long-term power purchase agreement. ZCREP will sit on 207 acres of land secured by a 33-year renewable lease with the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar and will comprise of 42.5 MW of solar generation, coupled with Astra’s proprietary Regreen waste-to-energy technology, which will generate the remaining 7.5 MW and create marketable revenue-generating by-products. Astra also plans to deploy Holcomb Energy Systems’ cutting-edge In-Line Power Generator to amplify the project’s output, while also including a battery energy storage system, a much-needed source of grid stability.
The Zanzibar Clean and Renewable Energy Park Project is supported by the president of Zanzibar, H.E. Dr. Hussein Mwinyi, the Zanzibar Electricity Corporation, the Ministry of Water, Energy and Minerals, and the Zanzibar Utilities Regulatory Authority. ZCREP will also complement the Zanzibar Energy Sector Transformation Project, a $142M World Bank and Clean Technology Fund initiative whose objective is to “expand access to electricity service and to create an enabling environment for private-sector participation in the Zanzibar electricity sector.” ZCREP will contribute to the decarbonization of the energy industry while also generating long-term, sustainable revenue for Astra, and delivering value to shareholders. This also aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, SDG 7, "ensuring access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all', resulting in direct benefits to the residents of Zanzibar.
Targets 7.1, 7.a, and 7.b of SDG 7 - Affordable and Clean Energy
350 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant
Astra and the Tanzania Electric Supply Company, (“TANESCO”) executed a memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) to develop and construct a 350-megawatt (“MW”) combined cycle power plant in mainland Tanzania. Subsequently, Astra intends to proceed with the development of a bankable feasibility study and initiate negotiations for a long-term power purchase agreement, arranging for financing to design, develop, operate, and maintain the power plant as an independent power producer, selling the power to TANESCO. The 350 MW of power to be generated at the proposed plant will augment the country’s baseload and enable TANESCO to meet the soaring demand for electricity caused by the growing population and economic growth. We believe that a viable and sustainable path to prosperity requires preservation of Africa’s natural resources by providing access to reliable, modern energy. Availability of modern energy is key to stimulating Africa’s economic growth and it reduces the need for traditional biomass that is responsible for depleting Africa’s natural forests. Recent data shows that the average per-capita electricity consumption in Tanzania is 108 KWH per year, just a fraction of the 2,500 KWH worldwide average. A large factor in this statistic is that currently less than 40% of Tanzanian households are connected to electricity. Astra’s involvement in Tanzania and the success of the project will play a transformative role in modernizing the country’s critical energy infrastructure, providing reliable, sustainable, affordable power and creating both direct and indirect jobs for the Tanzanian people. The potential socio-economic benefits from improving energy access will extend into many areas including local value creation and is directly linked to the achievement of the following United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Targets 8.2 and 8.4 of SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth
Targets 9.1 and 9.4 of SDG 9 – Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure
Regreen Technologies Inc.
WASTE-TO-ENERGY
On August 5, 2022 Astra entered into definitive agreements to acquire Regreen Technologies Inc.
Regreen is the sole owner of the total waste system (TWS), a patented process using specialized technology to turn any solid waste material into a marketable product with zero bacteria and zero carbon footprint. This includes not only industrial, domestic, institutional, construction and commercial waste, but also includes specialized waste in organic forms such as food waste, feedstock, hemp, seaweed, palm leaves and green biomass. The Regreen system is designed to eliminate the need for a landfill.
Holcomb Energy Systems LLC
CLEAN ENERGY
Astra Energy Inc. and Holcomb Energy Systems LLC ("HES") entered in to a joint venture creating Astra Holcomb Energy Systems LLC. ("A-HES") to commercialize the HES In-Line Power Generator, ("ILPG") making scaleable, zero emission energy more accessible everywhere that electricity is needed. The ILPG is a revolutionary clean energy technology that takes power input from any source - fossil fuels or renewables - and magnifies power output by over 200%. A-HES will manufacture and distribute the HES ILPG and the HES Self-Sustaining Power Plant for residential, commercial and industrial buildings, renewable energy projects, electric vehicle charging stations and power grid applications. On September 25th, 2023 Astra announced an agreement with HES that secures exclusive worldwide manufacturing rights to both technologies and to sub-license manufacturing rights to qualified joint venture partners.
On March 08, 2024, Astra Energy Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (the "Agreement") with Powertron Global LLC ("Powertron").
The Company is the majority owner of Regreen Technologies Inc. (“Regreen”), which holds patents related to the processing of waste-to-energy (the “Patents”).
Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company and Powertron will create a new entity under which all the Company’s patents will be held by the Company (“Newco”) and will assign the Patents from Regreen to Newco.
In consideration of the Agreement, Powertron made a non-refundable payments of $1,000,000 to the Company. It has not yet; created a NEWCO, provided a plan of arrangement for its public listing of which an initial 4M shares of stock would be distributed to Astra shareholders, or made a lump sum payment of $4,000,000 that was due September 10, 2024.
At Powertron's request Astra has granted a 45-day extension for the closing for the reasons that Powertron is engaged in a more complex transaction than originally anticipated and the public listing may include not just the NEWCO but also the operating entity Powertron. As this is a larger, successful, operating entity, the offering will be larger than anticipated along with a potentially significant capital event, Astra feels providing full support of this transaction will ultimately deliver the greatest benefit to its shareholders.
I have seen the HES working live 3 times and been told this multinational corporation that already paid $1,000,000 deposit for the first unit did not do so without first verifying with their on engineers testing with their own meters and equipment that the HES works. As soon as the Gen 2 HES is out from the 3rd party manufacture site, UL will be in and out in 2 weeks to certify the Gen 2 HES. I will believe what I have seen with my own eyes and the company VS the Bashers/ non shareholders/ loosing plaintiffs that are clueless.
On June 03, 2024, Astra Energy Inc. (the “Company”) through its subsidiary A-HES Power Co. have entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (the "Agreement") with a multinational corporation (the "Client"), collectively (the "Parties")
The Company has received a $1,000,000 deposit towards the manufacture and installation of a one-megawatt Holcomb Energy Systems Inline Power Generator as a pilot unit with the intention that it will lead to further business.
In consideration of the Agreement:
The Client will retain the non-exclusive right to engage in the resale of products and services to the end user for use in the digital coin mining, cryptocurrency, and data center marketplace.
The Client will pay a license fee of $50,000 per megawatt for each project to a maximum of $500,000 per project to be paid upon delivery and a 5% Royalty of the cost of goods installed upon delivery. For this pilot system the license fee will be waived.
The Parties have agreed to a confidential split of the gross revenue derived from the power savings and/or power magnification.
“2024 is going to be a great year for Astra and its Shareholders”
Timmy, how many months in a year is on your calendar? 9 LOL
No thesis or justification needed, IMO this month should prove your statement wrong
IMO, all is moving along very well
Astra Energy is advancing a "Clean Energy Park" on the island of Zanzibar which includes a 42.5MW solar farm combined with a waste to energy system to convert 15 tons of municipal solid waste per hour into 7.5MW/hour of electric power and battery storage. The project will enable the island to dispose of all its garbage, thereby avoiding the need for a garbage landfill. Landfills are major generators of methane, a major greenhouse gas that is responsible for global warming.
Astra Energy in concert with the government of Tanzania is advancing a 350MW (Megawatt) Combined Cycle Gas Power Plant project. The government of Tanzania provided a positive response to the expression of interest, and they have requested a technical proposal or Project Feasibility Report. Astra is applying for Advocacy support for this project from the US Mission in Tanzania. The Company is currently in discussions to acquire land and is looking at an existing 350MW Combined Cycle Gas Power Plant (the “Plant”).
On March 8, 2024, the Company entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (the "Agreement") with Powertron Global LLC ("Powertron"). Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Company and Powertron will create a new entity (“Newco”), to hold the Patents related to the processing of waste to energy, which will be assigned from Regreen Technologies, Inc. to Newco. Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Company has received $750,000 in cash with remaining consideration of $4 million in cash and 4 million shares of common stock of Newco.

Astra is in continuing discussions to secure both a Power Purchase Agreement and a gas supply agreement with the Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation for the natural gas required to fuel the Plant. Once these agreements are executed, the Company will seek an equity partner for the project and debt financing to build out the project.

The Prefeasibility Report has been completed and there are continuing discussions with the island government regarding the Power Purchase Agreement to feed the power into the grid network. Over 200 acres of land has been secured by Astra on a long-term lease basis.
The island of Zanzibar is a semi-autonomous territory of Tanzania in the Indian ocean. Electric power to the island is currently provided using two 100MW submarine cables from mainland Tanzania. These cables are now at capacity. The island wishes to have an independent power supply. Therefore, the immediate need for an additional 50MW of power in less than two years.
Then I want some of those special capacitors that held and released energy 3 to 1 in the Tennessee building for over 2 months and 2+ years and still going 2 to1 in the HES building using the older gen 1 unit. All of which is backed up by digital meters over time.
I am sure IMO that the Germans and the multi-National company in the prior PR's have done legitimate testing of the HES with their own equipment before placing an order and entering into an agreement. When you just recently develop a Gen 2 unit with better results you don't just turn on your 3D printer and get them out the next day. It takes time and yes after the Gen 2 is fully completed, they call in UL for certification before its placed on a 3rd party site as a sold or leased revenue share unit. Why Africia for power plants because the last time I checked the USA has full electric power. IMO, Astra will release updates when they are good and ready too in the correct manor and continue to ignore the bashers.
Join the club, I was also for a while from a basher on this board. This company is ready to rocket with all 3 divisions. Keep up the great posts
A lot is going on that you and most know nothing about including myself other than what is legal to disclose to a shareholder. I am sure all your bashers' days are limited.
Hey Timmy, The Holcomb's did not just drop this video as you know. It was done over 1 year ago and just published now by Creative Society Official before Astra secured the Worldwide Exclusive rights to manufacture the HES units. Why you should know since I believe I see in the video at 4:09 of the video. I thank you for posting this since I may have never seen this great video. Please ask Uncle Bob and his brother Mark to post a video showing how the HES went from working so great for months to not working in their opinion and complaint with their experts.
Same related plaintiff and I hear the case is dead. They the plaintiffs were so good at making videos showing how well the HES works for months hooking the system up themselves with new meters and their own master electrician until one day into the future they claim it no longer works by just stating it in a complaint. Did all their cellphone cameras fail and no others were available to do a video again with a master electrician showing how they were mistaken, and the new meters were wrong? Or did they not have a few dollars to hire another independent expert to state after inspection of the HES, it does not work and why not and how they apparently make the hookup mistake for a few months with it working so well. No, No and Nope.
Court cases can often have unexpected results especially when you have an Ex-Felon as a plaintiff that committed Felony Forgery on documents in an attempt to try to cause an eviction and steal a commercial building from the Holcomb's HES facility.
lol, bad Meth again?
Well please stay close by to be shocked how well the HES gen 2 works in the near future.
The only rip off attempt was from Uncle Bobby committing Felony Forgery and more on the Plaintiffs side and related parties and I am sure you will know more about in the near future. The African deal and people are solid, the only criminal threat was local from a Ex felon and related parties.
Your both right and wrong. For shareholders that sold I agree. For the rest of us long term shareholders it's been great to be able to accumulate 2 times the about shares for the same total cost. For Astra it's been great also with all 3 divisions moving forward. For the Holcomb's watching crooks trying to forge fake documents and then have the balls to try to steal a building and an eviction attempt lose their ass in court on every attempt it's been a great year, I hear the Tennessee Morge is being called in to haul off and bury that case also LOL. So, tell us how your year is going Timmy? Tell us how Uncle Bobby's year is going now facing a new Felony Forgery charge being already an Ex-Felon and his cases DOA? FYI again in case you or Uncle Bobby is asking for a friend. Nations such as Afghanistan, Algeria, North Korea, and Syria are noted for their stringent non-extradition policies. Typically, these countries do not have formal extradition treaties with the US and other Western nations.
Yep, along with the building eviction last year that turned into a Felony Forgery on Uncle Bobby and the Tennessee case is DOA.
I will tell you something lucky and that is if Uncle Bobby does not do jail time for Felony Forgery after already being an ex felon.
Sorry I disappointed you Timmy,. Get use to it when Astra kicks ass and disappoints you even more with their success .
Hopefully soon anytime in the next few months. It will fully fund the Zanzibar project and start construction while Astra management moves on to funding the next close by project. All good things moving forward. Yes, including the other 2 divisions.

So, Einstein Timmy, what are you and all the bashers going to say when IMO, this year a PR comes out that the project has been fully funded and construction is starting soon? Make sure you have google earth to watch the progress.
No hired pumper here or needed. Astra is in a great position with 3 divisions on the move. Tell us about how well the lawsuits are going. Hopefully you returned all those U-Hauls you were going to use to haul your cash winnings out of the court houses. Trust me if any of us long-termers holding Astra shareholders were paid pumpers, this would be the last board we would waste our time on trying to convince all the bashers to invest in anything. Have a drink and chill, while watching how well things are going for Astra this year and beyond. No need to invest, just watch the success.
On June 10, 2024, Astra Energy Inc. (the “Company”) have entered into an Agency and Service Agreement (the "Agreement") with Aztec Management Consultants Inc. (the “Agent”), with an office located at 79-13eme Rue, Limete Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo.
The Agent is a consulting and project management firm specializing in securing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and overseeing pre-development, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities for Independent Power Producers (IPPs), particularly those involved in renewable and clean energy projects.
The Agent brought the 100 Megawatt Clean and Renewable Energy Park project in Lesotho project to Astra. The estimated budget for the development is $350 million and they are being engaged to advance PPA negotiations and prepare the project for development. Astra will retain 100% equity interest in the project and pay the Agent:
(a)
Deal Fees: 2% of the total project cost, paid in full within 15 days of financial closure.
(b)
Project Management Fees: 5% of the total project cost shall be paid as follows:
i.
1% for Mobilization, disbursed within 15 business days of financial closure.
ii.
4% prorated over the construction term, with billing monthly starting from the commencement of construction activities.
(c)
Design Engineer Fees: 4% of the total project cost, disbursed within 15 business of financial closure. This is a cost that is normally within the scope of the project, but the Agent will have engineers on staff to accommodate this and replace it from the project budget if agreeable to both parties. The main reason for this is that financing the project is the first consideration and if that is in place the parties would be in favor of saving money with the potentially lower fees of 4%.
(d)
Upon successful sourcing or securing of the necessary project funding by the Agent, the Principal agrees to initiate negotiations for a separate agreement for an equity position.
This project was announced by the company February 21, 2024: Astra Energy Inc. Executes MOU to Develop a 100-Megawatt Clean and Renewable Energy Park with Lesotho National Development Corporation.
That information was on a google search. Like I said before I am no energy expert, just a shareholder that has had a great track record in the past of picking great companies to invest in including IMO, Astra

FYI,
How many homes can 1 megawatt run?
One megawatt is equivalent to one million watts. It is a common unit used to describe the power output of large power plants or energy-generating facilities. To put it into perspective, one megawatt of power can light up approximately 1000 homes.

I have not seen anything that indicates who or what country or persons where the funding source originates from. Similar to an escrow closing agent attorney. It's not like give us 2 mil and we will send you 195 mil after the fact.
