lol this just keeps getting worse and worse
I don't even know why I'm holding my shares. Probably sunk-cost fallacy and genuine curiosity about how bad it'll get.
I doubt it. Reinstatement was a year ago and nothing happened. There was only $500 worth of shares sold today. I tried to have hopes for this thing, I really did, but I don't think we're seeing anything that signals a bright future ahead for GEGP.
Nevermind I get the context
I haven't seen the site in a few weeks, but sections have been updated (sales did not say under construction before but had placeholder Latin iirc).
fwiw turbineengine.aero has been updated lately
I'm still here, as are many longs (I suspect), but there's not really much to add to the conversation atm. I don't even know if holding was a good decision but once I got word of the R/S it was down like 95pp anyway.
It's depressing that they didn't say a word about that specific document. I don't trust anyone on this site anymore.
I think our best bet is that new investors come to this after (and if) they show good revenues. Right now they're worth around 80k. If, as we hoped, we see 5-25mil a year in revenue that'd be a nice payoff. Wait and see (or sell that these prices).
If we look at the series of events, we see something like:
1. 10,000:1 RS filed with NVSOS end of summer
2. Pumpers showed us all filings except this one, even upon being asked
3. All pumpers dropped off the radar
4. Merger announced with the 10,000:1 Reverse Split on FINRA
5. Price drops because no other shareholders saw it
Honestly, I think it's far reaching to say the company did much wrong-doing. It's clearly the fault of pumpers and the longs who didn't spend the 15 bucks or so getting every filing. There were things the company could have done better, but I don't think malice is at play here.
I don't know if we'll see prices where they were before (which would be around 30 bucks/share after the RS), and I don't know if I'd recommend people buy shares of this, but I don't think I'd say anything illegal was going on.
In law, treason is the crime that covers some of the more extreme acts against one's sovereign or nation.
It's definitely not treason. Might be other stuff involved but I'm actually gonna guess that pumpers found out about the R/S months ago and dropped out without saying a word. We're now bag-holders unless the company has nice filings and generates shareholder interest. I'm on the fence about buying more shares just in case but will probably opt out. I'll probably stay in this out of pure curiosity though. I don't care if I lose the rest of the cash I have in it now.
I remember asking people on this board for this filing more than once and getting ignored. Lesson learned.
It's weird the SOS didn't mention the R/S below the filing though.
There's a bit more to it than that. A rise in share price can kill the liquidity of the stock--especially on OTC stocks. Only time will tell.
I get that the 10,000:1 R/S screwed us all over, but what did Price do that was against regulations?
Yeah I didn't put more than I could afford to lose. Specifically put an amount where worst case scenario it doesn't affect me too much. It still sucks because I'd rather have more beer money etc. than nothing. Might average down to .0015 and try to break even like you say. You live and learn.
.0033 iirc
Jesus Christ...this stinks. At least I only bet what I could afford to lose. Don't know if I should pull out now or hold for a long time, load a bit, and maybe break even after a year..
Paint jobs are meaningless by definition. I think a huge trade like the one in the middle can mean anything. It might be bad or good. I wouldn't say it's good news.
It looked more like a paint job to me. The big trade in the middle of the day is, by far, the most indicative thing about the day.
I don't know if I'd call this a good day...
Honestly I don't consider a non-development a development. Still, we've seen no bad signs so I'm still in this. It stinks that it's taken this long for this R/M though.
Thanks
Was GLGT always under Homeland Security on ihub?
Not sure why my replies were deleted.

CTRL-F "Turbine" and "Integrity" for a hint.
Anyone know what's up with this:

Holloran reserves Occidental Development Group's name and had a merger dissolved by the SOS around the same time. OXDG was active around July. Those in GLGT for a while know that OXDG plays an important role in this merger.
Effective today? It's been like that for a few weeks.
We gotta hold our shares no matter what happens. I hope those people are correct.
Gut feeling. I mean it's now inactive and some people just said it's from 2007. Reggae record label doesn't sound to good either as in investment

Weird stuff going on with GEGP. Status: INACTIVE but a bunch of new ownership. Looks like some type-of reggae record label or something. Kind-of a bad sign imo, but I'll reserve judgment. May as well--we won't be able to sell our shares for a while.
GLGT is still Turbine Aviation on Google Finance. Don't know about anything else.
Not sure what the point of this post was. This was always in Latin. It's a standard placeholder for websites.
Google finance also showing Turbine Aviation, Inc.

All news related to it is aviation news, and the related companies are in security.
I noticed that Global General Technologies doesn't even pop up on the NVSOS search anymore:

Not a big piece of DD but nice stuff nonetheless.
Holy crap what a day! This is it, guys. We have huge volume and price, but this time it's being backed up by fundamental news. The shares are locked up and I'm not touching mine for a while. Beauty.
Beauty. First sign that things are gonna escalate soon. We're really close.
Jokes aside, this has taken an awfully long time. We've seen some small progress, but bleh.
Whether or not the merger will go through is not a function of how many people are buying and selling shares of the current shell. That is, the probability that the merger will work out does not depend on current shareholder interest. Current PPS/volume does not affect the actions of Price, Marsenison, Farias, and co.
That's some neat stuff you dug up. It felt nice seeing Farias' face in that video!

It's a guy named Richard Moos. I haven't heard anything about him before.
Also, BIGG is an amazing stock symbol. Just saying.
BIGG expectations!
