Geezus is this another RS?
"Share reduction" doesn't really explain it for me.
Sounds great in a PR I know
First and last thing I look at or see is exactly what you pointed out, where they keyword is 'forecasting'.
With this, I mention the weatherman. Now I'm not sure about anyone else, but my local weatherman forecasts all day, sometimes he's on, other times he's on another continent, or something.
I'll be looking at not revenues, but would like to see how many 'packages' WERE sold, and how many NEW clients are coming on, as well as sentiment from actual users of the product, which is by far the most difficult analytics in the beat.
Only when they are backed up, sold out, awaiting a shipment, will there be any positive forecast. As in, they do not print 500 million packages hoping to sell some to clients, they print just enough as the purchase orders require, and maybe a bit more.
Sure thing
Revenue does help with what the PR's and public books look like. Though at this point it's one son of a gun to a long road to make any real difference.
For instance, they could bring in $25k/ month for the next 12 months. Awesome right? Sure thing , but it won't make a dribble of a difference towards the current amortized debt. Which is compiling on them like the hair off a mange infested sewer rat. Heck that would not even pay the interest I would imagine.
That is not the type of company I expect ERBB to become.
Revenue wont prove anything at this point
They are now charged with proving they can manage what any non public company does ten thousand times over each day. Business. That means forgetting about money, completely, and focusing on what, if any passion those directly involved have towards what their mission is stated as.
There is a general breakdown in pinkies calling themselves a business.
The general idea is this, Provide a service, then get paid per agreement, re invest in ideas to provide more, better, future services in the speculative field.
In pinkyland, 'business' means no more than how can we network people that know how much we can get away with before three hots and a cot is presented. Even this is many times no deterrent for that live fast show off, big me style.
Wait a second here
Not really
At this point further investigating is useless with this ticker. The only thing I need to look at from here on out is the books.
Nothing, no digging into past issues will do anything other than stop me from moving forward with what if anything is or will happen with ERBB.
Meaning from here on out if I see they are falsifying accomplishments in PR's, I'm out of here completely and for the life of the ticker and company itself. No turning back, not even for a glance.
Right here at this PPS is where this ticker should have been playing for the last two years. Up a pip or ten, but thats it.
As I stand with it anyhow. I could care less what the outstanding is, makes no difference with anything currently happening here. If it's ten billion or 30 billion, completely irrelevant. The 7.5 billion is more than enough to show how utterly impossible it is to spend one give a care about the structure at this point. It's massive, and will weight heavy for quite some time as far as shareholders are concerned. Which in turn has nothing to do with what the company is, or can do to build something feasible liquid.
Sure, the recent internal changes in direction were not only necessary to refresh the mind of the company itself, but if they had not, oooph, trouble come to those on the board in which waved that majic wand towards the printer.
IF - they continue to expand as they claim they are
And IF - they can manage clients on a much larger scale than they current manage
And IF - greed does not overtake what teensy (respectively) liquid they are moving at this time
And IF - this thing catches on by bringing value to clients; in other words, repeatable business model; aka repeat customers, as in they come back time and again for a reliable product
At that point we might have something to work with here.
As it stands, the complete and utter antithesis of the prior model appears to have taken place.
Many made a decent living there for a minute, and a few will continue gaining on residuals for quite some time. That is to say, success to those that knew how their actions would unfold prior to making movements. Flawless in all honesty.
Exactly thanks for making the point
Which can only mean one thing here, there is more to come. Get the popcorn. It's gonna go one way or another, and by the looks of what we can see, it should be interesting.
/cryptic enough?
I'm waiting to actually hear something from this company besides a fragment in another tickers debt merg PR
We know jack squat right now. And I like it this way. keeps it worth having an ear to the floor. After all, thats why I play these pinkers, adds a bit of guesswork and excitement to the day.
That is the first I've read anything further about that deal. Company did not make any statements along the lines of a failed agreement. So it's speculation without text regarding.
Fan taco tastic!
BTZO moving forward
No your right, looks like I was lost in the alphabet soup.
None the less, the question now might be, does Mrs.Oeth remain CCO
It sure might.
At the same time, crazier things have been happening in the OTC as of late, without using the RS tactic, essentially destroying all credibility.
Besides, thats not what time of year this is.
All corporate figures are out for one thing , to scam people, that is who they are, they don't believe in anyone else making money, they kick puppies, toss old ladies keys in the storm drains, and most of all, they hate chocolate. yes thats right.
But BTZO is a gem, and shines like one.
Just ride the momo if it ever happens yes?
Her signature was for nothing but a chance to use later for false validity. Mental trickery.
She's in, she's out bam just like that, no current purpose but quick to claim CFO status for a payoff.
What other reasoning if not?
Signing fee payment went through:
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=70291468
If that might be the case these guys might do well to hook up with Perlowin, and wrap this thing up in a bundle.
Geezus wish I had under 6K in pennies right now. haha Then again it's just like hitting up the arcade, going in I know I'm gonna lose a little, bring back a stuffed bear the size of Arkansas, and have a bit left over for fried cheese sticks and some of that salty taffy on the way out for the ride home. But guess what, I had lots of fun while playing, not pissing and moaning.
This ticker is one serious 'who knows what the flip'
Every idea from scam to slick pam LMAO
Any lockup on them shares?
No I don't feel like reading through filings, thought someone might already know.
Truth is this right here
I almost left the OTC last year, for obvious reasons, glad I didn't. When I don't feel like doing what I should be doing , I'm in the OTC watching the plastic cups flying left and right, trying to guess which one has the prize.
Speculate away ;)
So if Christy Oeth is the CCO and only holds 3,419,852 common shares, which amounts to basically a weekend fling for two where the sand is almost white, this might lead crazy minds to believe something more interesting is headed down the line.
Thats IF this is the same Christy Oeth, and if not, why not preferred, as stated, not even 3.4 million shares at .002 is a duh-me moment.
Outside of this, does BTZO own 80% of GERS, or is that completely mistaken and it's truly the antithesis?
Then again , maybe the 6 grand payment is for a 'signing fee' which can be sold at any time. I mean to put her name on the thing could be used as a tool at a later date. Though, this could be entrapment, so it more or less nullifies that.
Even so, IF this thing has the suspected or prospected potential it is giving a glimpse of, that won't matter will it.
Am I the only one who can't seem to put this all together?
There are so far two well known legit, not to mention outstanding players (or affiliations) involved here.
Along with a certain gentleman in which people claim is an artist 'of sorts'.
Now what the blazes is happening?
Seriously? NITE ?
The same person? wth?
This thing keeps getting more strange all the time.

Step right up folks
Take a chance at winning a lifetime supply of either butt-hurt or what was that? A Camaro?
We can pour maple syrup on a turd but it doesn't make it a pancake.
Maybe not right away
But s I stated, what about waiting for Bitzio to fail to cover their loans, boom, assets gone, company dissolved.
If that's the case this ticker would be dissolved fairly soon, wouldn't you say?
If this Kevin simply uses the company as a way to resolve debt in another shell, he loses nothing by alowing the assets of Bitzio to fall into the hands of the creditor, which sound as if he is directly involved with himself, it's a win win for him, just a matter of time. which is what, 12 months?
We know nothing at this point, the fact is this nothing more.
Shareholders that are severely under water here should take this as a learning environment, until they can understand how this all works.
It is inevitable there will be some sort of news soon, likely preceded by a filing. Only then will have have a more clear image as to the direction this is headed.
Honestly when they release something to place in the iBox I'm game.
Right now, what would it be, adding the partial information we have regarding GERS? A CEO change?
This is just little pieces of this thing, imo useless and a waste of time to try and decipher what should and should not be changed.
Maybe someone else has an idea.
I hear ya, at the same time all we have to go by at this point, is the fact there is a good bit more in the path in front of us. Who knows what that is? Nobody.
Then again, so many of us have been holding a pile for so long, it gets excruciating I know. That though, is the name of the game in the pinks.
Buy after the RS, set and wait.
This one, does it need share restructure, hell yes lol. Will it be a split? That right there is the question.
I don't think it will split right now, if it does though it's gonna be huge though. It would have to be in the neighborhood of a 1000:1 to do anything.
When too many shares are held in the 100's of millions, it's never a good thing for a company to leave it set that way. They require liquidity when they can't do it by commerce. But we all knew this already.
Is that better now volume wise?
Guess there is a 15 minute lapse in time when your not looking at a platform.
Truth be told here
I would imagine after so many months of sitting stagnate, BTZO shareholders are just that, shareholders.
ie: holding shares
ie: has some
ie: holding for movement
ie: taking it all in waiting for the rest of the story
There has been no news specific to BTZO, out side of a backdoor comment made through GERS from Marilu, hence no reason to go adding when (shareholders(see above for explanation)) are already holding.
Someday this ticker will prove what fantastic volume is.
The key word here is 'someday'
Just because you bought long does not mean the actual order went in that way ;)
A plethora of different companies and issues involving each one here.
A bucket, filled with sheep tons of the above. Though, there is more to that post yet the non grammatical compliant statement fits here, this thing is a mess paper wise.
Truth be told here in my opinion
No way many can completely understand what is in this multi faceted change. How many companies and subsidiaries are involved here is a bit crazy. A person would be required to be a cog in that wheel.
History of a pinky CEO is not all that shiny? Ya don't say. Not many can be called saints other than on the ability to bring overflowing buckets of plethora together, along the lines of accountants, lawyers, all the way to the poor sap who fills the empty roll each morning. So kudos for that accomplishment, while staying a free man at the same time, explains they know the laws and regs and run them.
It's a watcher. Grab the popcorn.
The problem with this is that they had somehow repaid that bid for the sugar. Someone said it was the wrong product, who knows.
I don't expect to see much astonishing, at least we'll see if they are doing anything at all.
I'm just not sure what the talk is about, unless someone knows something and there not exposing exactly what that might be, if anything.
From the sounds of it something is brewing here.
It's been long enough to where they could have gotten traction with something.
