If that's the case this ticker would be dissolved fairly soon, wouldn't you say?

If this Kevin simply uses the company as a way to resolve debt in another shell, he loses nothing by alowing the assets of Bitzio to fall into the hands of the creditor, which sound as if he is directly involved with himself, it's a win win for him, just a matter of time. which is what, 12 months?
