If you're looking for a better dialogue about this stock, check out the cashtag $omvs on twitter some good DD there and you can follow the CEO @stevereinharz
https://twitter.com/kron_dan/status/972955077165056001
omvs does not have 60m in revenue right now
the stock is NOT worth $2.80 right now, your valuation is conservative for the end of 2018 if we have $60 million in revenue by then. right now omvs is undervalued, but only because its intellectual property has huge potential value. Right now I'd say omvs is worth around a dollar based on IP, but good luck making that point to OTC traders.
Because you know better than RAD's f100 business and distribution partners
The sky is green
Ah nice I missed that - when did he say it? Under 125m makes me happy to hear. Thanks Heidi
Someone had to do it
And not to blow the lid off this thing but turns out the competitions is taking investments too. Anyone have an account? Let's get get the dirty dirty on the competition:
https://www.equitynet.com/c/nxt-robotics-corp?s=p?sp=NG
My Sunday DD:
I started with the fact that Knightscope is not RAD's competition, as the CEO has stated, and that is probably good news. But we do have competition. I googled "Autonomous all-terrain security robots" and found:
http://www.nxtrobotics.com/outdoor-robots/
http://www.marketwired.com/AdvancedSearch/AdvancedSearchResults.aspx?sid=8f2e2440-d778-4079-95f6-57507fb08020
https://twitter.com/nxtrobotics?lang=en
I would call that competition, not really sure how serious. That same private company and a few others have also set themselves up to compete with Knightscope.
Then I googled "Unmanned ground vehicles". Here's the part you'll like:
http://www.unmannedsystemstechnology.com/category/news/ugv-news/
http://www.unmannedsystemstechnology.com/2017/06/smp-robotics-unveils-security-robots-enhanced-ai/
But the truth is that there are at least dozens of companies making robots with AI (search for yourself.) Most of these are used by the military or sectors that don't exactly compete with us.
I still consider SMP/RAD's partners in cutting edge technology and north american security distribution plus their apparent foothold in the market enough to become an investor and hope not to be restructured too badly. We don't really know what the share structure is going to look like, do we? That is my main remaining question that I'm putting forth here.
PR Translation: Allied Universal signs distribution with OMVS

I just can't buy it hook line and sinker that the company ever had 100K fans in the past- purchasing twitter followers to appear more popular is a red flag and while I am tempted by this opportunity, the CEO using that 100K figure as a bare-minimum benchmark seems questionable. They plan a multi-prong marketing strategy. Do you know anything about how they will reach people?
Does anybody have a screenshot of the platform being mentioned on Activision/Blizzard's landing page as claimed?
91K twitter followers... but are they real? Very low post engagement, and the facebook has like 10 likes- raises concerns. I have my eye on this stock but I am not sold yet. Can anyone quell my fears?
Not true- the price has fallen on very low volume, because the float is totally locked up.
Also, if you have experience on the plaintiff side of this type of thing, maybe you could expand on that experience- I'm sure there is something to be learned from your story as compared to this case.
I agree, Wilma. Seems like very shady circumstances here. On the other hand, even if the allegations are only 10% true, PSS could see some bad press. Personally, I hope we see a significant drop in share price here so I can pick up more of this UNDENIABLY VALUABLE ENTITY.
Hey Wilma, thanks for sharing, but the fact that that specific offering doesn't relate to a merger has nothing to do with our rtm theory here. The forms you posted were about compensation for scientific consulting services, nothing to do with business reorganization.
Nice find, looks like some good reading.
What's your angle, Wilma? What do you actually hope to accomplish by bashing here? Pretty obvious you're just trying to drive the price down so you can hop in.
The reasons it seems this is happening SOON:
1: The good doctor SS is all over the place right now- making significant looking business moves and a big splash in the press.
2: 9/30/14 is the end of KEYO's quarter. A good time to make a change.
3: We are seeing more buys and the price is going up, even with a very thin float. More people are seeing how much sense it would make for this reverse triangle merger into keyo to be Dr. Soon-Shiong plan for his Nant empire.
What I would do if I was the doctor is have trading halt on Tuesday and go incommunicado as Jim Cramer reads transcripts of the comments on this board, and then reinstate on Wednesday after the reverse triangular merger to send wall street scrambling to get a piece of the stock formerly known as KEYO. Because I can.
My humble opinion only of course
Maybe it's just that a pharmaceutical distribution company is too big to be a subsidiary, or maybe it will be included, just later on, when the fruits of Bioscience and Cell begin to flower. Pharma seems almost like an obligatory thing that would be a cornerstone of a health/tech empire like nant, but maybe it's gone under the radar simply because it hasn't done much yet. Is it distinctly independent of nant holdings in some obvious way that the branches in our illustrations are not?
Question regarding the branches of nantworks: with PSS's history of inventing therapies and new drugs, is there likely to be a pharmaceutical development/distribution project included in the nant family, and if so which baby nant would it fall under? Health? Bioscience? Some collaboration? Just wondering because I am surprised not to see, explicitly, "nantpharma."
Seems like they are gearing up to actually install the technology in a hospital, or a few hospitals.
Good point. Thanks a lot!
Thanks! If only I could afford 10 times as many shares as I have.
Thanks. New question, for anyone who can answer it. This $277/share figure that's been floating around, that's based on the current share structure, but it's likely they would restructure, right? Does anyone have a guess about what kind of dilution us early comers would see?
Are you sure it's a good idea to spread the word that much? Obviously our DD here is only speculation, but if this speculation gets too widespread and reaches back to anyone close to the company or with other knowledge, and too many dots get connected, couldn't it could verge on insider trading?
Think before you sell! People are just beginning to see the value of this play, but KEYO remains way undervalued. We're on breakout boards, and we're due for a bigger surge than this. Don't get left in the lurch!
Thanks a lot!
Been gone a few days, lots to sift through here- can anyone direct me to anything important posted here in the past week or so?
So there is no site for NantTronics? I assume this is something different altogether? http://www.nantronics.com/Home.html
Has anyone noticed the way someone is gaming the ask and bid? Bid automates to .0224, but the second you bid .025 it goes to .0251, up to a certain point. Same with the ask. Is this common amongst low volume stocks which maintain a big gap between ask and bid price, that someone uses a bot to remain both highest bid and lowest ask?
WHYWONTITGOUP
Thanks a lot, Lesn. Glad to be here.
I've seen it mentioned on this board that some months ago Soon-Shiong announced plans to take Nantworks public. Does anyone have the link to him making that comment?
