Management doesn't care about the stock, and the ambiguous PR they keep putting out for shoe retailer and big box customers are getting old and tired. CEO seems to wish the company was taken private so he wouldn't have to listen to us share holders complain.

I've had enough, I need a tax write off anyhow, good luck PLUG, I'll be watching for moves, but a constant 30% short position against this company just shows a lack of respect and confidence for the management team.

Agreed! There has been a difference in communication for the past few months. The conspiracy part of my brain assumes management wants to squeeze all the shorts out once and for all. My negative side says they are inept and not sure what to do.
