See no Patents...
I went on-line to the US Patent and trademark office and searched and found a couple of Trademarks. A trademark is no big deal as anyone can trademark a name... However I did not see any patents, patent filings or applications, or patent pendings under any of the companies associated with COHO or Bresse. When he says patented, then there should be a number and we should be able to see the owner of that patent?
I am sure there is more to this and I need to do more dd before I invest further.
Are 3 Felony convictions bad?
When you did your own DD I imagine like myself, you would have seen Rusty's past.
That was my thought when I saw that earlier this morning. I don't have very much $ into this company and don't invest in pennies unlike many of you. I find it odd that a PR would go out for something COHO always said they own in their marketing material?
Rusty, not COHO owns the trade mark for this name, so perhaps it is something internal?
Who or what is Credlogix?
Anyone got more insight here? I searched and was drawn to http://targetscoresimulator.com/ which is a product of Score Navigator which is owned by COHO.
On that page it states that Credlogix a software company that owns Point Deduction Technology (trademarked) However Rusty is listed as the owner.

Is Rusty Credlogix?
What plan? It is all talk and it hasn't come together.
A public company of this size is, or should be bigger than one person... (So its not just on Rusty and Brian's shoulders)
Looking at their last financials, increased cash flow came from controlling expenses (downsizing their sales and support) That struck me as being odd and I should have gone with my gut instead of the hype and forward looking plans.
I am salvaging what I can and moving on. Good luck amd g**d bless.
I don't think so...
Looking at those Financials, what struck me as odd is what is being spent on Wages. They are down! For a start up company with lofty growth expectations, you would have thought that some of it would have kicked in by now and they would be hiring and expanding their workforce? Although the backbone of this company is technology based, their product needs staff to service the clients using the program so I don't expect all of these so called major contracts are coming together as quickly as we had hoped.
That would be their company office in Melville, New York?
Salaries and Wages 'down'
Payroll Liabilities & Withholdings 'down'
Receivables up
My guess is that they are not outgrowing their current facilities in the near future, so internal expansion plans may be delayed. But they do appear profitable.
I know what you are saying... I like the growth potential of this industry but I am concerned and skeptical of what I see being reported. Perhaps I am just cautious by nature having done my own DD but I am still curious and tracking COHO and their competitors in this growing market.
My take is that they have two products:
Score Navigator is a program that suggests fixes that a client can do themselves to improve their credit score in 30 days and longer term actions 90 days.
Credit DNA is similar to the above but is hands on approach as a specialist looks after the more complicated fixes that probably fall into the 90 day window and would likely be handled better by someone in the credit repair business.
They have a 'trademark' to a name and no patent pending etc. That is way different than what you are saying. Google Rusty Bresse and Crednology Holding. He has been in this industry for a long while.
I think you are right, there could be an explosion sooner than many think.
I didn't charge for that did I. It was just something I found and if it means nothing to you then so be it.
This is what got me started...
In the United States District Court
For the Northern District of California
Federal Trade Commission vs Action Credit Systems Inc.
Civil # c 88 1322 EFL

I did my homework, you need to do yours..
When does COHO have to post the details that they are defendants a couple of significant ongoing law suits? One of them is claiming $5.5M in damages. What do we know about Bresse and company.
