I went on-line to the US Patent and trademark office and searched and found a couple of Trademarks. A trademark is no big deal as anyone can trademark a name... However I did not see any patents, patent filings or applications, or patent pendings under any of the companies associated with COHO or Bresse. When he says patented, then there should be a number and we should be able to see the owner of that patent?
I am sure there is more to this and I need to do more dd before I invest further.
