Not sure if I want a position or not.
I looked at this stock back in March and it has been dropping ever since then.
To many outstanding shares and the two reverse splits have kept me away, saw the news article the other day and decided to re visit.
This is a long shot and maybe I will just buy 10,000 shares for fun, I feel like throwing my money away and $70 bucks won't hurt.
If they have such a great product why do they still dilute the shares, hopefully after another RS I will have a couple hundred shares
Thanks for the info, the dilemma is that
during this 30 days what if TDCP comes out with big news and makes a run, because the stock I am looking at is around $4.25 a share and a 10 cent run with TDCP will net me out more than a 1000 shares of this credit card security company ( I don't want to spam)
Game will be over if I take the money and buy TDCP and it hits $1.50 and the other stock will only max be out at 10-15k maybe?
What would you do?
TDCP Buy?...I have $5,000 to invest and
already own TDCP but I am torn between this stock and another one
I don't want to split the money, other stock will double in 30 days ( can't tell you because that's not why I am here)what is the play
could take the sure thing and hope TDCP will be at the same price, but a ten cent move on TDCP would be better
I have done a ton of DD and it is a tough call
Patents Japan and Europe for TDCP

Doug Freitag, President of Bayside Materials Technology, a U.S. federal government business development company that has been working with both SCHOTT and 3DIcon, had this to say: "From the beginning of my involvement with 3DIcon, the synergy and strategic fit between these two companies was both obvious and compelling. The 3DIcon 3D display technology is expected to deliver higher performance at lower risk than most, if not all, of the 3D display technologies that have received significant federal funding to date. In addition to the applications within the federal government that are based on 3D data captured via satellite, radar, sonar, LIDAR, and other imaging systems, there also appear to be significant opportunities for this technology to visualize big data for multiple organizations within the Department of Defense and civilian agencies."

Not Possible...IT WILL Happen This week
or next.....let me put it this way, we will be waking up any day now and will think it is x mas.....so many shares will be sold it will have a pullback, but then trade normally as it can ...I look for 60 cents easy with funding news and then from there who knows.....just have trading and long term shares...inhop
Your right but I think TDCP will never
get to that value....I would be happy for a $10 cash offer and for every 1000 shares of TDCP we hold we would receive 1 share of the acquiring company..imhop
I see the DR made $380,000 in compensation for 2010 according to Forbes and has 5,000,000 shares authorized to him....I am sure he would like to see some royalties from his invention on C Space at sometime... and I wish I had more shares, if it drops below a penny I may have to ask relatives for money...I don't want to sell my other stocks..
TDCP HAS WORKING Color Prototype!!!!
The company recently achieved a historic breakthrough in the development of 3D display technologies with the creation of a working laboratory prototype of its proprietary 3D display system CSpace®. CSpace® renders high-resolution, 360-degree, three-dimensional images without any viewing aids. 3DIcon’s CSpace® technology is expected to be scalable to large volumes, high resolutions, and will eventually support full color images.
This technological breakthrough represented by CSpace® has been recognized by the U.S. Patent and Trademark office, which issued 3DIcon patents in December of 2010 and September 2012. Patents #7,858,913 and 8,247,755 were issued to 3DIcon for “Light surface display for rendering a three-dimensional image” and “3D Volumetric Display.” These patents strategically position the company to lead the emergence and commercialization of volumetric 3D display technologies.
TDCP...It may be a PERFECT STORM...
it could hit $3 or more in one day if we get funding, contracts, buyout all at once..these big companies like facebook, amazon, apple have a TON of cash right now..it's nothing to pay 100-300 million for a company such as TDCP..imhop...something is brewing besides the hops and malt..lol
TDCP...June, I don't believe in coincidences....
wish I had more money to buy more
2 Million Funding....50 Mill Sales...!!! News
Any funding takes us over 40 cents...each million will add another 20 cents over the first 1.5 mill......50 mill in sales revenue gives up a $15 stock..imhop
Funding is coming, you can take that to the BANK....imhop
TDCP, Sub Penny Again, I HOPE SO!!!
This time I am not holding back on my BUY !!!
TDCP will be used by all armed forces, later.
Schott will not spread this technology out just yet so they will stay focused on one area for now...imhop
I posted some of my information on the stealth and it was deleted.
If you dig into the last 10 years, competitors of TDCP, abstract's, asia, and some DOD web sites, you may come to the same conclusion..imhop
TDCP..My Conclusion on the Stock..
I have not been in this as long as most of you, I have been through reverse splits before and they are Never good....I am 100% sure if TDCP did another one, the company would be finished and would have to go private which I do NOT think that will happen either.....like many of you I have done hours of DD and came up with 2 scenarios I think will happen soon...
1. History repeats itself and TDCP is setting themselves up for the third time for a run over $1 for sure....it will take longer because so many got burnt on the R/S.....this is a mirror image (except Schott)before the last 2 big runs in dollar land
2. TDCP has to have solid REVENUES to make the 3rd time a charm and stay in the dollar mark to have any impact on shareholders and TDCP bottom line...I do believe SChott brought TDCP on for the technology in 2 areas, homeland security and stealth for the navy. All my 2 cents worth and imhop
TDCP), CSpace[TM] 3D imaging system has received praise and acknowledgement as a groundbreaking technology in the field of 3D imaging from scientific and industrial technology leaders.
3DIcon recently announced an historic breakthrough in the development of 3D display technologies with the invention of a working prototype of its proprietary 3D display system CSpace[TM]. The CSpace display technology is capable of rendering high-resolution, 360-degree, three-dimensional images without any viewing aids. CSpace is the first system of its kind that has no mechanical moving parts and is also scalable.
"CSpace, from 3DIcon, is breakthrough technology for the next generation of 360x, multi-view, high-resolution, real-time volumetric
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
imaging," stated David Klugh, Vice President Surveillance and Security Solutions, ARIA International Incorporated. "I can definitely envision extensive applications for CSpace with the Department of Defense, especially the Navy Combat Information Center, and in situational-awareness applications. CSpace could be the image engine for homeland security scanning of cargo, luggage, and vehicles at border crossings. Beyond military applications, I can certainly envision its potential in 3D marketing kiosks and in medical imaging."
ARIA International Incorporated is a premier provider of special surveillance and communications solutions to military and government agencies. It recently licensed the exclusive rights to CSpace in select military and homeland security applications.
Dr. Hans Jenssen commented, "As a materials expert, I can say that the creation of a static image space is a major breakthrough in display engineering and a core competitive advantage for 3DIcon's scientific team. The creation of a non-linear phenomenon in the crystal image space is unique. This image space is the most efficient in the world in its ability to convert non-visible light into visible light."
Dr. Jenssen is a world-renowned expert in new laser materials. He received B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology
. Dr. Jenssen was involved in the development of the 2-mm Ho laser, the tunable alexandrite
laser, and the first Cr-doped fluoride tunable laser. After a long career as a principal research scientist at MIT, he joined CREOL at the University of Central Florida
, where he was a research scientist before joining AC Materials in 2005. At AC Materials, where he is a vice-president of research, he continues to work in the field of spectroscopy, crystal growth, and materials development for lasers, phosphors, and other optical materials.
"The effective use of lasers in the CSpace system allows it to create the highest quality images possible," added Dr. Rui Q. Yang. "The use of lasers, instead of regular light sources, gives CSpace precise control over the image medium. This, I believe, is an important difference between CSpace and other emerging 3D technologies. I would add that 3DIcon has achieved a major breakthrough in an optoelectronic system that combines several advanced technologies. I'm very impressed," concluded Dr. Yang.
Dr. Yang is the inventor of interband cascade lasers, and his research activities have ranged from condensed matter physics
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
to semiconductor quantum devices such as tunneling diodes, mid-infrared lasers, and detectors. Dr. Yang is currently a professor at the University of Oklahoma, where much of 3DIcon's research has been performed. Prior to joining OU, he was a Principal Member of Engineering Staff and a Task Manager at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory
at the California Institute of Technology where he led the development of advanced mid-infrared interband cascade lasers for applications in earth sciences and planetary explorations. He received the Edward Stone Award in 2007 from JPL for outstanding research publication and the successful accelerated infusion of cutting-edge interband cascade semiconductor laser technology into flight-mission readiness.

3DIcon Enters Into $197,631 Equity Transaction With Institutional Investor -- Accelerating Technology Development
TULSA, OK, Jul 30, 2013 (Marketwired via COMTEX) -- 3DIcon Corporation (otcqb:TDCP), a developer of three-dimensional projection display technologies, today announced that it settled almost $200,000 in debt and trade payables, removing these obligations from its balance sheet, in exchange for the issuance of shares of its common stock to IBC Funds LLC ("IBC"), an institutional investor specializing in direct equity investments in public companies with growth potential. IBC previously purchased certain debts of the Company held by third party creditors, which make up the amount settled.
The Company is focused on the development and commercialization of its CSpace® volumetric 3D display technology that is initially intended for use in government and industrial applications like air traffic control, homeland security, medical imaging, and oil & gas exploration. This transaction will enable 3DIcon to direct more of its future cash flow to CSpace® business and technical development while, at the same time, strengthen 3DIcon's balance sheet. The Company believes that these benefits will, in turn, provide greater confidence to potential strategic partners and customers. By eliminating most past due payment obligations, this transaction will enable the Company to spend more of its future cash flow on CSpace® research and development, which could decrease the time-to-market for this potentially breakthrough technology. This transaction will help support investments in equipment, software and materials.
Mark Willner, CEO of 3DIcon said, "This transaction is very important for us and comes at a good time for the Company. We are focusing most of our capital and human resources on CSpace® technical and business development in order to bring our technology to market as quickly as possible. As evidenced by the recent $300,000 State of Oklahoma grant and first place in that grant competition, independent reviewers from across the US agree with us about the potential of this technology. This transaction frees up a significant amount of future cash flow, which we intend to utilize to accelerate our development of our third generation laboratory prototype and begin development of our first product platform. This will include further investment in our collaborations with current materials partners, as well as investments in optics design software and measurement equipment that will be required moving forward."
"I would like to thank IBC for their confidence in 3DIcon and we look forward to working with them in the future," said Victor Keen, Co-Chairman of the Board of 3DIcon.
"We are impressed with what Mark and the team at 3DIcon have accomplished so far and we are delighted to be able to provide the Company with the capability to accelerate their efforts with this exciting technology," commented Samuel Oshana, Managing Member of IBC Funds LLC. "We believe 3DIcon is well positioned to enter into and take advantage of the tremendous growth that is expected in the glasses-free 3D display market. We are pleased to be one of 3DIcon's business partners moving forward."
The other companies seem outdated with news that Keen mentioned, so
it looks like TDCP is one of the frontrunners, I would say Google by my surprise is very heavy into this market, hopefully we have something they want, Schott sees it....
the other thing is if history repeats itself, looks like TDCP could be into a serious 4-5 day run, imho
What will TDCP announce this week, !!!
TDCP..Competition... Zecotek files Additional Patents for 3D Display...as mentioned by Victor Keen

Zecotek files Two US Patents for 3D Display Technology
Singapore, March 6, 2014 - Zecotek Photonics Inc. (TSX-V: ZMS; Frankfurt: W1I.F), a developer of leading-edge photonics technologies for medical, industrial and scientific markets, today announced that it has filed two important patents with the US Patent Office relating to front and rear-projection autostereoscopic 3D display systems. The first patent application is for a front-projection auto-stereoscopic 3D display system which enables viewers to experience autostereoscopic 3D content through a front-projection system without the need for any special glasses. The second patent application is a rear-projection auto-stereoscopic 3D display system which enables viewers to experience auto-stereoscopic 3D content through a rear-projection system without the need for any special glasses.
“Protecting our intellectual property is of the utmost importance and the two patents filed for our 3D display technology cover key areas for future growth,” said Dr. A.F. Zerrouk, Chairman, President, and CEO of Zecotek Photonics Inc. “We have introduce two 3D system designs which do not require the need for special glasses. The front-projector 3D system design uses a special reflection screen to allow viewers to experience auto-stereoscopic 3D content. The rear-projection 3D system, similar to our patented 3D display technology (US Patent No. 7,944,465) which uses a vibrating lenticular display, does not require a vibrating lenticular component which makes the system easier to manufacture and scalable to larger sizes. We will continue to vigorously protect all of the Company`s underlying technology through patents.”
On December 16, 2013, Zecotek announced it was demonstrating the patented 3D display technology to major electronics companies in its lab in Vancouver, BC. The Company is in discussions with certain major electronics companies to co-develop an OLED/LED (organic light emitting diode) based, flat screen, glasses-free, true 3D HD television. Zecotek has overcome the main technical barriers required for a flat screen form display with HD picture quality with available OLED/LED flat screen display technologies. Furthermore, there is significant interest in the 3D industry for a replacement for display systems which require glasses or provide limited views.
Zecotek previously received patent allowances from the United States, Europe and Eurasia covering the 3D/2D switchable optical imaging system of Zecotek’s 3D Display. The 3D/2D switchable optical imaging system further improves the core capabilities of the 3D display technology by introducing a software-selectable full-resolution 2D mode with viewing angles and dynamic range/colour depth on par with conventional 2D displays. The patent covers technology for both 3D and 2D modes, dynamic adjustment of viewing angle, number and width of viewing zones as well as the functionality to dynamically control the positioning of different viewing zones.
Patents have now been granted to Zecotek for its 3D display system in the United States, China, Europe, Eurasia, Russia and Australia. Other patents have been filed and are pending in Japan, Korea and India.

About Zecotek's 3D Display System
Zecotek's 3D Display System is based on the auto-stereoscopic principle, but with substantial innovative and patented improvements and represents a new and unique generation of 3D displays. It has the capability of simultaneously presenting 3D and 2D images on the same screen, and for separate views at different viewing angles. Zecotek's true, auto-stereoscopic 3D2D display system requires no eyewear and has an effective viewing angle of 40 degrees with 90 concurrent perspectives allowing for multiple views at the same time. Another unique feature of the Zecotek system is constant motion parallax within the viewing angle. Motion parallax eliminates the sense of imbalance and dizziness during normal observation which can occur with polarized and shutter glasses used with other commercial systems. Furthermore Zecotek’s 3D display features the preservation of the base resolution in every perspective view irrespective of the number of such views. This is not true for any other glasses-free displays where the base resolution is divided by the number of views. Zecotek`s white paper on 3D display technology is available on www.zecotek.com.
